Description

Compound microbial inoculum, biological fertilizer and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological fertilizers, and in particular relates to a compound microbial inoculum, a biological fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the expansion of the planting area of fruit trees (such as apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees, peach trees, citrus trees and the like), more and more plants suffer from yellowing disease, particularly adult fruit trees. The yellow rot of fruit trees is also called as mosaic disease, and the early stage of the yellow rot of fruit trees is mainly expressed as follows: the leaf yellowing, leaf mosaic, mottle and the like, wherein the middle stage mainly shows that: the diseased fruit trees are reduced in yield or dead in yield and are infectious; the later stage mainly shows that: the trees die and the entire orchard is destroyed due to serious infection.
The specialized people think that the causes of the fruit tree yellowing disease are many, and the fruit tree yellowing disease is difficult to be effectively prevented and treated by one medicament, and the type of the fruit tree yellowing disease needs to be distinguished, and the fruit tree yellowing disease can be prevented and treated symptomatically. According to the theory, the existing methods for preventing and treating the yellow chemical disease mainly comprise the following steps:
virus type yellow leaves, prevention and treatment measures: (1) aseptic seedlings are used; (2) timely discovering and destroying plants;
the prevention and treatment measures of the yellow leaves with nutrient deficiency: observing and analyzing yellow leaves to determine iron deficiency type yellow leaves, nitrogen deficiency type yellow leaves and the like, and applying ferrous sulfate, urea and the like for prevention and treatment according to actual elements deficiency factors;
root rot type yellow leaves, prevention measures: deeply turning and improving soil, and irrigating roots by using lime sulphur or copper sulfate solution for preventing and treating;
yellow leaves with insect pests, and the control measures are as follows: insect damage is found, and symptomatic control is carried out;
the method for preventing and treating the fruit tree yellowing disease in the prior art has the following defects:
1. the difficulty in determining the type of the yellow spot according to the characteristics of the yellow leaves is high, and the prevention and treatment of the yellow spot cannot be carried out in time under the condition that the cause of disease cannot be determined.
2. Each type of yellow chemical disease control has limitations, and positive control cannot be achieved.
3. The existing prevention and treatment methods are tree cutting or element supplement, have no conditioning function and are relatively passive.
4. The prevention and treatment effect of the yellow spot is poor.
