Abstract
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:建水紫陶粘土35份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份;所述建水紫陶粘土为我国建水县境内天然呈色为紫、白、青、黄、五花的陶土中的一种或几种。采用本发明的具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶制备的建水紫陶器皿可耐受高达600℃的高温,具有强度高、抗热震性好、不易开裂等优良性能。

技术领域
本发明属于建水紫陶技术领域。
背景技术
建水紫陶是中国四大名陶之一,建水紫陶生活器皿在人们日常生活中也受到人们的喜爱。现代生活中,电陶炉、电磁炉等加热电器也已广泛得到应用,人们也逐渐习惯采用电陶炉、电磁炉等来加热建水紫陶器皿,例如建水紫陶茶壶、建水紫陶锅具等。但是建水紫陶器皿脆性大,抗热震性差,置于电陶炉、电磁炉上加热时极易开裂破损,导致建水紫陶器皿的使用受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决建水紫陶抗热震性差、不方便用电陶炉、电磁炉加热的问题,提供一种具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:建水紫陶粘土35份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份;所述建水紫陶粘土为我国建水县境内天然呈色为紫、白、青、黄、五花的陶土中的一种或几种。
本发明采用传统的建水紫陶粘土,并添加了可提高热导率、降低热膨胀系数的锂辉石和堇青石,利用锂辉石稳定、耐热、具有良好抗热展性等特性,以及堇青石热膨胀系数小、抗急冷急热能力强的特性,弥补了传统的建水紫陶器皿高温易裂的缺点,使得制备的建水紫陶器皿既保持了建水紫陶硬度高、强度大、表面富有金属质感,叩击有金石之声的特点,又具备了较高的抗热震性能,采用电陶炉、电磁炉等电气进行加热也不会产生开裂破损,使用寿命大大延长。
采用本发明的具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶制备的建水紫陶器皿可耐受高达600℃的高温,具有强度高、抗热震性好、不易开裂等优良性能。

下面结合实施例进一步阐述本发明的内容。
实施例1
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:采自建水县境内五彩山的白土35份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份。
实施例2
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:采自建水县境内五彩山的红土35份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份。
实施例3
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:采自建水县境内五彩山的红土20份和黄土15份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份。
实施例4
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:采自建水县境内五彩山的五花土10份和黄土25份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份。
实施例5
具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:采自建水县境内五彩山的白土20份和紫土15份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份。
上述实施例所述采自建水县境内五彩山的白土、红土、紫土、黄土、五花土均可从市场采购得到。所述高岭土、锂辉石、堇青石也均可从市场采购得到,来源广泛。
将本发明的具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶原料采用传统的泥料制备→拉坯造型→湿坯装饰→雕刻填泥→高温烧制→无釉磨光工艺,制备得到的建水紫陶茶壶置放于电陶炉上烧煮茶水,使用200余次,茶壶仍然完好无损,证明其具有较高的抗热震性。而将传统的没有添加锂辉石和堇青石的建水紫陶陶泥料制备的茶壶置放于电陶炉上烧煮茶水,使用不足3次即出现裂纹破损。
将本发明的具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶原料制备得到的建水紫陶锅具置放于电磁炉上煮汤,使用200余次,锅具仍然完好无损,证明其具有较高的抗热震性。而将传统的没有添加锂辉石和堇青石的建水紫陶陶泥料制备的锅具置放于电陶炉上烧煮茶水,使用不足10次即出现裂纹破损。

1.具有高抗热震性的建水紫陶,其特征在于,由下述质量份数的原料配制而成:建水紫陶粘土35份、高岭土25份、锂辉石20份、堇青石13份;所述建水紫陶粘土为我国建水县境内天然呈色为紫、白、青、黄、五花的陶土中的一种或几种。
