Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine patches, and particularly relates to an acupoint application for treating bronchial asthma and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic lung disease in the world, and has the characteristics of high incidence rate and easy recurrent attacks. The disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways, which is involved by a plurality of cells and cell components, is mainly characterized by airway hyperresponsiveness and repeatedly shows symptoms of shortness of breath, chest distress, wheezing or cough and the like. The severity and duration of the attack are greatly different from one another, the chest is only pressed for a few minutes in light patients, the severe patients have extreme dyspnea for a few weeks or more, and inconvenience is brought to normal life, work and study of the patients.
At present, the treatment of bronchial asthma mainly relies on oral drugs; however, no medicine or technology for preventing and treating bronchial asthma exists in modern medicine. The western medicine mainly controls and relieves the symptoms of bronchial asthma by antibiotics, hormones and other medicines, treats the symptoms and the root causes, and has slow effect. The oral drug has more side effects, and the loss of the drug is large after the drug is absorbed by intestines and stomach, so that the defect of low drug effect exists; and poor compliance with elderly and pediatric patients. Under the situation, the technology for treating bronchial asthma by acupoint application has come and come, and the appearance of the technology arouses high importance in the industry.
The acupoint application is an external treatment method in which the traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese medicine extract is mixed with proper matrix and/or transdermal absorption enhancer, and then the mixture is applied to the surface of the skin or corresponding acupoints to achieve the treatment effect. The acupoint application has the best curative effect in three-volt days, the acupoint application medicines are obtained by cutting out multiple groups of 'cold asthma prescription', and specific medicines are absorbed at specific acupoints to play the pharmacological action of the medicines, so that the medicines are jointly used for tonifying lung qi, removing phlegm, relieving cough and relieving asthma. The curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is confirmed by the medical field, the bronchial asthma can be effectively prevented and treated, and the life quality of patients can be well improved. However, the existing acupuncture point application for treating bronchial asthma is more or less inconvenient for patients due to the fact that the application time is too long; the irritation is large, and discomfort symptoms such as burning sensation or pain of the skin can be often caused, so that the compliance of a patient is low, and the medication requirement of the patient can not be well met; has the defects of non-ideal effect, complex medication, slow curative effect and certain toxic and side effect.
In order to solve the problems, the Chinese patent application 200610020039.5 discloses an acupoint application for preventing and treating bronchial asthma, which comprises the raw materials of asarum, euphorbia kansui, rhizoma corydalis and semen brassicae in a weight ratio of 2:1-6:1-6:1-6, and also comprises a solvent carrier of ginger juice. The acupoint application is prepared by concocting rhizoma Zingiberis recens juice with raw materials into paste, and placing the paste on patch. However, the acupoint application is inconvenient to use, low in production efficiency, not suitable for large-scale production and incapable of well meeting market requirements; the irritation is large, uncomfortable symptoms such as burning feeling or pain of the skin can be often caused, the compliance of a patient is low, and the medication requirement of the patient can not be well met.
Therefore, the acupoint application for treating bronchial asthma and the preparation method thereof, which have the advantages of good curative effect, no toxic or side effect, small skin irritation, safe use, high efficiency, simplicity and convenience, are suitable for industrial mass production, meet the market demand, and have wide market value and application prospect, are developed.
