Description

A Chinese medicinal external preparation for treating eczema and psoriasis, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine external preparation for treating eczema and psoriasis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Eczema is a common skin disease, has complex etiology and severe clinical manifestation pruritus, is mainly characterized by herpes simplex in the acute stage and has a exudation tendency, and is easily and repeatedly attacked in the chronic stage, mainly characterized by lichenification. The eczematoid dermatitis is also a common disease and frequently encountered disease of dermatology, is an allergic skin disease caused by complex internal and external exciting factors, is governed by genetic factors and is influenced by health conditions and environmental factors, on the basis of infection focuses, erosion occurs to surrounding skin, the course of disease of a patient is long, itching is severe, the recurrence is strong, the rash surface of the patient is often accompanied by superficial fungal or bacterial infection or cross infection of the superficial fungal or bacterial infection and the like, great pain is brought to the patient, and the physical and mental health and the normal life of the patient are also seriously influenced.
Psoriasis, also known as psoriasis vulgaris, is also a common chronic skin disease, and is characterized in that papules and erythema with different sizes appear, the surface is covered with silvery-white scales, the boundary is clear, the psoriasis is better developed on the scalp, the extending sides and the back of four limbs, and the excessive female of common men is easy to relapse or aggravate in spring and winter, but is relieved in summer and autumn, the cause of the psoriasis is not clear, and the psoriasis can be radically cured by removing a medicine, and is one of ten stubborn diseases positioned by the world health organization because the psoriasis is difficult to radically cure, easy to relapse and delayed to cure.
At present, the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of eczema, psoriasis and the like has no breakthrough progress, the treatment methods are more, but most of the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment methods can only achieve the near-term clinical curative effect or temporarily relieve symptoms, and no good radical treatment method exists at present. In the existing western medicine treatment technology, a treatment mode of combining oral medicines and external medicines is generally adopted for treating eczema and psoriasis so as to achieve the purpose of relieving or inhibiting the state of an illness. At present, the main oral drugs include anti-tumor and immunosuppressive drugs, immunomodulators, glucocorticoid drugs, cytostatics, reducing agents, antibiotics, keratolytic agents and the like, the external drugs include coal tar, salicylic acid, anthralin, corticosteroid hormones, vitamin D3 derivatives and the like, and the external drugs have obvious effect of eliminating skin lesions in a short time.
With the development of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in modern treatment of eczema and psoriasis, has relatively rich treatment experience, is accepted by more and more people, gains the praise of many patients, and has more external traditional Chinese medicine preparations for treating eczema and psoriasis, such as common ointment, Jinghong powder ointment, Douqing ointment, Yuhuang ointment, hong powder ointment, camptothecin ointment, Binghuangfule ointment and the like; the Binghuangfule ointment is an emulsion-type lime ointment and has the effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, promoting blood circulation, dispelling wind, relieving itching and diminishing inflammation, but in the clinical application process, strong irritation is still found, and the ointment cannot achieve good eradication effect on eczema and psoriasis, so that on the whole, no ideal and exact traditional Chinese medicine treatment medicine which does not need to be taken orally is provided for eczema and psoriasis at present. Therefore, the development of a traditional Chinese medicine external preparation for treating eczema and psoriasis, which has the advantages of good curative effect, no irritation when being used in a large area, small toxic and side effects, convenient use, capability of improving the compliance of patients and reducing the administration times, and a preparation method thereof are objectively needed.
