Description

External traditional Chinese medicine composition for atopic dermatitis and eczema, dehumidification paste based on external traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation method of dehumidification paste
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating atopic dermatitis and eczema, dehumidification paste based on the external traditional Chinese medicine composition and a preparation method of the dehumidification paste.
Background
Atopic dermatitis (atopic dermatitis, AD) is a genetically predisposed chronic, recurrent, refractory skin disease that is manifested by recurrent episodes of intense skin itching, eczematous changes, frequent combined allergic rhinitis, asthma, and other atopic diseases with elevated blood eosinophils and IgE. Epidemiological surveys have shown that global AD prevalence increases year by year, affecting about 15-30% of children and 2-10% of adults worldwide. The prevalence of AD in China is rapidly increased in the last 10 years, and the investigation of 12 cities in China in 2019 shows that the prevalence of AD in infants of 1-12 months is 30.48%. The disease has long duration and difficult healing, seriously affects the growth and development and physical and mental health of the children, and brings heavy economic burden to families and society because of long-term and repeated discomfort such as itching, rash, damage and appearance, drug side effects and the like. Therefore, research on pathogenesis and therapeutic measures of AD is of great importance.
The prior researches indicate that the external preparation of the traditional Chinese medicine has higher safety, and has wide application space and market for relieving acute attacks of skin lesions and reducing recurrence of skin lesions. Therefore, the research and development of safe and effective external traditional Chinese medicine preparations is an important point and a hot spot of the research on atopic dermatitis and eczema.
The rash exudes in the onset period of the atopic dermatitis, the itching is severe, the treatment is troublesome, the current external medicine for improving subacute exudation skin lesions on the market is less, and the treatment effect for the exudation skin rash is not satisfactory. The AD external medicine is mainly external medicine ointment such as glucocorticoid, calcineurin inhibitor, antibacterial agent and the like, and according to the external medicine principle of skin disease treatment, exudation skin rash is not suitable for external medicine ointment, and paste is required to astringe and exude to protect wound surfaces. Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine external preparation for subacute rash, the traditional Chinese medicine external preparation for subacute rash has certain characteristics and advantages, has very good effects of astringing seepage and improving skin inflammation for subacute exudation rash after the compound traditional Chinese medicine is powdered and clinically observed for a long time, and has great development prospect and economic value.

The case is as follows:
men, 66 years old, 9 months and 18 days old in 2021, see the diagnosis by "repeated two lower limb polymorphous rash with liquid seepage and itching for more than 1 year, aggravated for 1 week". It can be seen that the lower limbs of patients are scattered on erythema, pimple, local erosion, exudation and pruritus, and the lower limbs are resolved mainly and distributed symmetrically. The external use of the conventional antiallergic hormone ointment is not improved after the external treatment for multiple times. The rash of the lower limbs is aggravated in the last week, the itching is obvious, and the local rash is eroded and oozes after scratching. The stomach-qi failing to sleep, the stool and urine being regulated, the tongue being pale, the coating being white and the pulse being slippery. Diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine: sores due to dampness (wind-damp-heat syndrome). Western diagnosis: eczema. Modified Wuling san and Ermiao san are added to the Chinese medicine. The external preparation is treated according to the formula and the using method of the embodiment 1 of the invention, the left lower leg is selected as a test side, the external preparation is used for medical application, the right lower leg is a control side, zinc oxide (40% zinc oxide in-hospital preparation) is used for control external application, and the using methods are the same on both sides. The patient has obvious curative effect on the self-complaint test side compared with the control side after the WeChat follow-up on the 4 th day of medication, and the two sides of the patient are changed into the medicine of the invention. The patients on day 7, 2021, 9 and 27 go to outpatient service for follow-up visit, the rash on both sides is converged, scabs and skin lesions are obviously repaired, a little scale, scabs and color deposit are left, no obvious liquid seepage exists, and no obvious itching exists. The external application of the medicine of the invention is changed into the external application of the hospital preparation compound snake fat ointment, the anti-inflammatory and antipruritic ointment, and the Chinese medicine is modified into the modified oral administration of the five-poria powder and two-Miao powder. After 2 weeks the outpatient service was re-diagnosed and the rash was basically stable.
The pre-dose state is shown in figure 1.
The effect of the third day of administration is shown in fig. 2, with the left leg as the test side and the right leg as the control side.
Both sides were subjected to the dehumidifying paste of example 1 of the present invention after the third day, and the effect on the seventh day of application is shown in fig. 3.
The effect after two weeks of drug withdrawal is shown in figure 4.
Therefore, the traditional conventional antiallergic hormone ointment has an unsatisfactory treatment effect on the disease by a pure zinc oxide product, and the treatment effect of the traditional conventional antiallergic hormone ointment is quite ideal.
Some men, 26 years old, 2022, 3 months and 9 days old, develop polymorphic rashes with itching for 4 years all over the body, aggravate 1 month more hospitalization. Looking up the body: the head, face, chest, back, waist, back and limbs are scattered on erythema, plaque and lichen-like transformation, and the local rash of the two lower limbs has the symptoms of liquid seepage, scabbing, dryness and desquamation, and the rash is symmetrically distributed. The rash area is more than 90% of the body surface area. Generally, poor sleep, difficulty in falling asleep and convenient adjustment.
