Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to a composition for erosive gastritis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gastritis (gastronitis) is a gastric mucositis caused by various causes and is one of the most common digestive diseases. According to the clinical onset of the disease, the disease can be generally divided into two types of acute gastritis and chronic gastritis; it can be classified into helicobacter pylori related gastritis, stress gastritis, autoimmune gastritis, etc. according to the cause of disease. Gastritis, which is caused by different etiologies, is also different in its pathological changes, and generally includes three processes, namely, epithelial injury, mucosal inflammatory response, and epithelial regeneration. Acute gastritis can be classified into simple gastritis, erosive gastritis, purulent gastritis, etc. according to its pathological changes, and chronic gastritis can be classified into non-atrophic gastritis, atrophic gastritis and special gastritis.
Gastric erosion generally refers to gastric ulcer, which is one of peptic ulcers that occur in the gastric horn, antrum, cardia, and hiatal hernia. Gastric ulcers are formed by the autodigestion of the mucosa by gastric acid and pepsin.
At present, western medicines are generally used for relieving treatment, but the western medicines have poor curative effect on part of patients, clinical symptoms are easy to relapse after the medicine is stopped, the tolerance is strong, the side effect is large after long-term use, and vicious circle is easy to form.

In this example, the volume ratio of ethanol to methanol in the mixed solvent was (2-5): 0.5. when the mixed solvent uses, methyl alcohol and ethanol combined action, be favorable to extracting as much as possible the active ingredient in the camphor pear, ethanol is volatile by the temperature influence, under the effect of methyl alcohol, the stability of ethanol is better, thereby can let inside ethanol can permeate into the camphor pear better faster, back and forth movement through methyl alcohol and ethanol, make the active ingredient in the camphor pear taken out, both cooperate the back, can show the extraction rate that improves camphor pear active ingredient.
In the embodiment, during microwave extraction, the extract is firstly extracted at 70-80 ℃ for 20-30min and then extracted at 40-50 ℃ for 30-40 min. The extraction is carried out at a higher temperature, so that the movement rate of the mixed solvent can be increased, the mixed solvent can permeate into the camphor pear more quickly, and the effective components in the camphor pear can be separated out more quickly; and then extracting at low temperature, so that the motion state of the mixed solvent can be changed, and the equilibrium state of the effective components during precipitation is broken, thereby being more beneficial to extracting the effective components in the camphor pear and improving the content of the effective components.
In this embodiment, after mixing the rest raw materials, before adding water, parching at 90-100 deg.C for 5-10min is also included. Therefore, the internal structures of the components can be loosened, so that the effective components can be more easily separated out during decoction, the extraction rate is improved, and the content of the effective components is increased.
In the embodiment, the decoction is carried out for 2-4h at 90-110 ℃.
In this embodiment, the centrifugation is performed at 1000r/min of 800-. After drying, the composition can be prepared into granules, powder, pills, capsules and the like.

Comparative example 1
The comparative example is different from example 1 in that camphor pear is not added to the raw materials. The preparation method of the composition for erosive gastritis is the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example is different from example 1 in that microwave extraction is carried out on the camphor pear by using ethanol only, and the rest of raw materials and operation steps are the same as example 1.
Test results
40 chronic erosive gastritis testers are selected and randomly divided into 8 groups, and each group comprises 5 persons, and the clinical manifestations of the chronic erosive gastritis are nonspecific dyspepsia, such as epigastric vague pain, acid regurgitation, postprandial fullness and anorexia. The endoscopic examination shows that the gastritis is erosive and swelling type.
The test method comprises the following steps: 1-8 groups correspond to the use of the compositions of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2, respectively, 3 times per day, 1 time with 10g, and 1 month of continuous administration.
The subjects were allowed to score themselves after administration, with the following symptom grading criteria:
TABLE 1 symptom Scoring criteria
Figure BDA0003640860450000131
TABLE 2 scoring results
Figure BDA0003640860450000132
Note: the scoring results of each group are the average value of each group, and the higher the score is, the better the treatment effect is.
As can be seen from Table 2, the higher scores of the subjects of the groups of examples 1 to 6 indicate that the compositions of examples 1 to 6 have better effects on the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. The lower score of comparative example 1 indicates that the composition without the addition of the camphor pear has a poor treatment effect on erosive gastritis. Comparative example 2 shows that the composition obtained by performing microwave extraction on the camphor pear by using the mixed solvent has a better treatment effect on erosive gastritis.
