Abstract
The invention discloses a nano zinc crust and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the nano zinc crust is prepared by the following raw materials: zinc oxide, protein and chitin. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the nano-scale zinc chitin can continuously and effectively produce Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, mold and viruses, and zinc ions in the nano-scale zinc chitin material can be partially dissociated to inhibit the replication of RNA viruses in the state of aqueous solution, so that the nano-scale zinc chitin has the effects of inhibiting influenza, SARS and new coronavirus; the nano chitin zinc is combined with the nano zinc on the chitin, so that the nano chitin zinc can release Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) under the condition of no illumination, namely, the nano chitin zinc can continuously play a role in sterilizing 24 hours all day long, and can also inhibit the functions of viruses and bacteria for a long time even in dark corners; the nano chitin zinc organically combines natural antibacterial components, is beneficial to body health after long-term use, and the components cannot be accumulated in the body and can be naturally metabolized and utilized in the body.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antibacterial materials, and particularly relates to nano chitosan, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the use of antibiotics, bactericides and other chemical drugs, more and more microorganisms generate drug resistance to the drugs, and thus, global microbial disaster events caused by the drug resistance frequently occur. In order to prevent the occurrence of microbial events, it is necessary to research a novel antibacterial material.
Chitin is generally referred to as chitin, a polysaccharide substance extracted from the shell of marine crustaceans.
