Abstract
本发明是有关一种可变吸排量泵、由该泵组成的可变速驱动装置及其驱动方法,主要在一叶轮式泵的内部,以一固定壁件(21)、一可移动壁件(22)及一可移动叶室套(23)组合成至少具有一叶室(230)的叶室体(2),再配合装置在该叶室体(2)内的叶片转子(3),构成该叶室(230)可沿叶片转子(3)的轴向进行伸缩的可变吸排量泵;并且利用至少两具该可变吸排量泵相交联通,形成一主动泵(101)驱动被动泵(102)型态的封闭回路;运转中,当主动泵(101)的驱动力与被动泵(102)的负载阻力产生差值时,可致使该主被动泵(101)的叶室(230)大小产生自动伸缩调节,直到上述驱动力与负载阻力达到平衡,且在主被动泵间的单位时间流体吸排量趋近相等的条件下,让主被动泵之间的叶室(230)容量与转速,自动调整为一反比关系的运转平衡,并达到滑顺变速驱动的目的。
