本公开内容涉及一种袋型电池制造设备,更具体地,涉及一种具有模块化密封工具的袋型电池制造设备。
背景技术
近年来,随着对诸如笔记本电脑、摄像机和手机之类的便携式电子产品的需求迅速增长,电动车辆、储能电池、机器人、卫星等的发展也在积极推进,正在对二次电池用作驱动电源进行大量研究。
安装在电池壳体中的电极组件是电力产生元件,具有能够充电和放电的正极/隔膜/负极堆叠结构,并且电极组件分为果冻卷(Jelly-roll)型、堆叠型和堆叠/折叠型。果冻卷型电极组件配置为具有其中被施加活性材料的长片型正极和长片型负极在隔膜插置在正极和负极之间的情况下进行卷绕的结构,堆叠型电极组件配置为具有其中具有预定尺寸的大量的正极和具有预定尺寸的大量的负极在隔膜插置在正极和负极之间的状态下顺序地堆叠的结构,并且堆叠/折叠型电极组件是果冻卷型电极组件和堆叠型电极组件的组合。其中,果冻卷型电极组件的优点在于,容易制造且每单位重量的能量密度高。
另外,根据电池壳体的形状,二次电池分为电极组件内置于圆柱形金属罐中的圆柱形电池、电极组件内置于棱柱形金属罐中的棱柱形电池,以及电极组件内置于由铝层压板形成的袋型壳体中的袋型电池。
袋型二次电池包括电极和隔膜交替层叠的电极组件和用于容纳电极组件的袋壳体。制造二次电池的方法包括:生产电极的电极生产步骤;交替层压电极和隔膜以生产电极组件的电极组件生产步骤;将电极引线结合至电极组件的电极引线结合步骤;以及袋密封步骤,在电极引线的末端引出到外部的状态下将电极组件容纳在袋壳体中,并且密封袋壳体的边缘表面。
在此,可通过使用包括上部工具和下部工具的密封装置密封袋壳体的边缘表面来执行袋密封步骤。
然而,密封装置可稳定地密封没有电极引线的袋壳体的边缘表面,但是具有电极引线的袋壳体的边缘表面存在由于电极引线的引出而出现密封缺陷的问题。
特别是,根据二次电池的容量、二次电池的设计、电极引线的材料以及销售公司,电极引线的宽度、厚度和位置可不同,因此,存在这样的问题,即每次当电极引线的宽度、厚度和位置改变时都需要制造新的密封装置。
发明内容
技术问题
本公开内容的一个目的是提供一种具有模块化密封工具的袋型电池制造设备。
然而,本公开内容的实施方式要解决的问题不限于上述问题,并且可在本公开内容中所包括的技术思想的范围内进行各种扩展。
技术方案
根据本公开内容的实施方式,提供了一种袋型电池制造设备,所述设备是用于密封袋型电池壳体的二次电池制造设备,所述设备包括:上部密封工具和下部密封工具,其中所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的每一个通过组装多个密封部件而形成,其中所述多个密封部件包括中央密封部件、位于所述中央密封部件的左侧和右侧的第一密封部件、以及设置在所述第一密封部件的外侧的第二密封部件,并且其中所述中央密封部件对应于被引线膜覆盖的电极引线,并且所述中央密封部件的上表面和下表面彼此平行。
所述第一密封部件的上表面和下表面之一可具有两个倾斜表面和连接所述两个倾斜表面的水平表面。
所述第一密封部件包括与所述中央密封部件连接的1-1密封部件、和位于所述1-1密封部件的外侧并且与所述1-1密封部件进行组装的1-2密封部件,并且所述1-1密封部件的上表面和下表面之一具有一个倾斜表面,所述1-2密封部件的上表面和下表面之一可具有与所述1-1密封部件的所述倾斜表面连接的水平表面、和与所述1-2密封部件的所述水平表面连接的倾斜表面。
所述1-2密封部件可以是两个密封部件进行组装的形式。
所述1-1密封部件的所述倾斜表面可对应于所述引线膜的倾斜部分。
所述引线膜的所述倾斜部分对应于所述电极引线的宽度方向上的边缘,所述电极引线的宽度方向上的所述边缘可具有锥形形状。
所述引线膜包括上引线膜和下引线膜,并且所述1-2密封部件的所述水平表面可对应于所述上引线膜和所述下引线膜在水平方向上被密封的部分。
所述袋型电池壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,其中所述第二密封部件可对应于所述上壳体和所述下壳体在水平方向上被密封的部分。
所述多个密封部件沿水平方向设置,在所述多个密封部件的每一个中形成有沿水平方向形成的孔部,并且所述多个密封部件可通过穿过所述孔部的固定构件而结合。
在所述多个密封部件的每一个中形成有凸部和凹部中的至少一个,并且所述密封部件的所述凸部结合到相邻的所述密封部件的所述凹部,因而所述多个密封部件彼此结合。
所述凸部和所述凹部形成的方向可与组装所述密封部件的方向相同。
所述多个密封部件的厚度朝向所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的中心减小,并且所述多个密封部件中的至少两个密封部件形成有朝向所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的中心的凹部。
所述多个密封部件可形成为关于上部密封工具和下部密封工具的中心对称的形状。
有益效果
根据本公开内容的实施方式,构成密封工具的各个模块可被制造为具有各种厚度、宽度、角度等,因而所制造的模块可根据需要进行组装以形成密封工具。通过以这种方式实现划分为多个部分的模块型密封工具,可防止不必要的模具生产并且快速应对设计的多样化。
本公开内容的效果不限于上述效果,并且本领域技术人员将从所附权利要求书的描述清楚地理解以上未描述的附加的其他效果。

为了清楚起见,本文将省略与描述无关的部分的描述,并且在整个描述中相同的附图标记表示相同的元件。
此外,在附图中,每个元件的尺寸和厚度是为了描述方便而任意示出的,并且本公开内容不必限于附图中所示的那些。在附图中,为了清楚起见夸大了层、区域等的厚度。在附图中,为了便于描述,夸大了某些层和区域的厚度。

参照图1至图3,根据本实施方式的袋型电池单元100可通过将电极组件200容纳在袋壳体300内部然后密封该壳体来制造。电极组件200可包括正极、负极以及设置在正极和负极之间的隔膜。电极组件200可以是堆叠型电极组件、果冻卷型电极组件或堆叠/折叠型电极组件。
正极和负极的每一个包括电极接片210t,并且各自连接到电极接片210t的电极引线210和220可暴露到袋壳体300的外部。此外,电极引线210和220可在覆盖有引线膜600的状态下分别位于密封部300S内,以确保密封性和绝缘性。
袋壳体300由层压板构成,并且可包括用于热熔合的树脂层和用于防止材料渗透的金属层。袋壳体300可包括上壳体310和下壳体320。
具体地,参照图4,上壳体310可包括用于密封的内侧树脂层310a、用于防止材料渗透的金属层310b和外侧树脂层310c。
上述关于上壳体310的层结构甚至可同样地应用于下壳体320。换句话说,下壳体320可包括沿远离电极组件200的方向的内侧树脂层、金属层和外侧树脂层。
外侧树脂层310c和封装片层可具有相较于它们的厚度来说优异的拉伸强度和耐候性,并且具有电绝缘特性,从而保护袋型二次电池免受外部影响。外侧树脂层310c可包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PolyEthylene Terephthalate、PET)树脂或尼龙树脂。金属层310b可防止空气、湿气等流入袋型电池单元100。金属层310b可包括铝(Al)。内侧树脂层310a可通过在内置有电极组件200的状态下由于施加的热量和压力来彼此热熔合。内侧树脂层310a可包括流延聚丙烯(Casted PolyPropylene、CPP)或聚丙烯(PolyPropylene、PP)。
返回参照图1至图3,可在上壳体310和下壳体320中各自形成电极组件200可安置于其中的凹形的容纳部300ST。对于上壳体310和下壳体320各自来说,可沿容纳部300ST的外周边设置密封部300S1和300S2。上壳体310的密封部300S1和下壳体320的密封部300S2可彼此热熔合以形成密封部300S并且密封袋壳体300。
在本公开内容的另一实施方式中,上壳体的一侧和下壳体的一侧可彼此一体连接,其余的三侧可热熔合。
另一方面,电极组件200中包括的多个正极和多个负极各自可包括被电极引线210和220连接的正极接片和负极接片。具体地,电极引线210和220中的一个可以是正极引线,而另一个可以是负极引线。如上所述,连接到电极组件200的电极引线210和220中的一个可从袋壳体300的一个端部突出并暴露到袋壳体300的外部,而电极引线210和220中的另一个可从袋壳体300的另一端部突出并暴露于电池壳体300的外部。在本实施方式中,已经描述了双向电极引线210和220的结构,但是电极引线210和220也可在一个方向上突出。
图5是示出根据本公开内容一实施方式的袋型电池制造设备的图。
参照图5,根据本实施方式的袋型电池制造设备1000包括通过组装多个密封部件而形成的密封工具500。密封工具500可包括上部密封工具和下部密封工具。在此,将主要描述上部密封工具。下部密封工具具有与上部密封工具相同的构造,并且为了密封袋型电池壳体,上部密封工具和下部密封工具可分别设置为面对袋型电池。
根据本实施方式的多个密封部件包括中央密封部件510、位于中央密封部件510的左侧和右侧的第一密封部件520、以及设置在第一密封部件520的外侧的第二密封部件530。中央密封部件510、第一密封部件520和第二密封部件530可彼此相邻地组装和结合、或分离。
图5中示出的袋型电池制造设备可形成沿图2的y轴方向所示的密封部300S。换句话说,图5的袋型电池制造设备是在图3的x方向上观察的视图。中央密封部件510对应于被引线膜600覆盖的电极引线210,中央密封部件510的上表面和下表面彼此平行。第一密封部件520的上表面具有与中央密封部件510的上表面平行的水平表面,第一密封部件520的下表面可具有两个倾斜表面520s1和520s2和用于连接两个倾斜表面520s1和520s2的水平表面520h。
参照图3和图5,第一密封部件520的第一倾斜表面520s1可对应于引线膜600的倾斜部分600s。引线膜600的倾斜部分600s可对应于电极引线210的宽度方向上的边缘。在此,电极引线210的宽度方向可指与电极引线210从电极组件200突出的方向垂直并且与形成有密封部300S的表面平行的方向。电极引线210的宽度方向上的边缘可具有锥形形状。电极引线210的左右边缘部分可设计为具有锥形形状,从而提高电极引线210的边缘部分的粘合性。
根据本实施方式的引线膜600包括上引线膜600a和下引线膜600b,第一密封部件520的水平表面520h可对应于上引线膜600a和下引线膜600b在水平方向上被密封的部分。
根据本实施方式的第二密封部件530可设置在最外面的部分并且可组装并结合到第一密封部件520。
图6是示出根据本公开内容的比较例的袋型电池制造设备的图。
参照图6,根据比较例的袋型电池制造设备可具有密封工具10,密封工具10具有通过模具加工的第一凹部GV1和第二凹部GV2。就是说,根据比较例的密封工具10可通过根据目标密封厚度以及电极引线和引线膜的尺寸来设计凹部的宽度和深度而一体形成。据此,厚度和宽度只能应用于最初设计的单一标准密封,如果设计标准发生变化,则必须制造新的密封工具以与之匹配。另一方面,由于根据本实施方式的密封工具是通过组装多个密封部件而形成的密封工具500,所以构成密封工具的每个密封部件可制造为具有各种厚度、宽度、角度等,因而所制造的密封部件可根据需要进行组装以形成密封工具。
图7是示出根据本公开内容另一实施方式的袋型电池制造设备的图。
参照图7,在根据本实施方式的袋型电池制造设备1100中,图5的第一密封部件520包括与中央密封部件510连接的1-1密封部件520a、和位于1-1密封部件520a的外侧并且与1-1密封部件520a进行组装的1-2密封部件520b。此时,1-1密封部件520a的下表面具有一个倾斜表面520s1,1-2密封部件520b的下表面具有与1-1密封部件520a的倾斜表面520s1连接的水平表面520h、和与1-2密封部件520b的水平表面520h连接的倾斜表面520s2。根据本实施方式的1-2密封部件520b的水平表面520h可对应于上引线膜600a和下引线膜600b在水平方向上被密封的部分。
除上述不同之处以外,在图5的实施方式中描述的所有内容均可应用于本实施方式。
图8是示出根据本公开内容另一实施方式的袋型电池制造设备的图。
参照图8,在根据本实施方式的袋型电池制造设备1200中,图7的1-2密封部件520b可以是两个密封部件520b1和520b2进行组装的形式。具体地,图7的1-2密封部件520b包括与1-1密封部件520a连接的1-2-1密封部件520b1、和位于1-2-1密封部件520b1的外侧并且与1-2-1密封部件520b1进行组装的1-2-2密封部件520b2。此时,1-2-1密封部件520b1的下表面具有与1-1密封部件520a的倾斜表面520s1连接的水平表面520h,并且1-2-2密封部件520b2的下表面可具有与1-2-1密封部件520b1的水平表面520h连接的倾斜表面520s2。根据本实施方式的1-2-1密封部件520b1的水平表面520h可对应于上引线膜600a和下引线膜600b在水平方向上被密封的部分。
除了上述不同之处以外,在图7的实施方式中描述的所有内容均可应用于本实施方式。
图9是示出将构成根据本公开内容一实施方式的袋型电池制造设备的多个密封部件结合的方法的图。
参照图9,构成根据本实施方式的密封工具500的多个密封部件510、520a、520b1、520b2和530沿水平方向设置,并且在多个密封部件510、520a、520b1、520b2和530的每一个中形成有沿水平方向形成的孔部HP。多个密封部件510、520a、520b1、520b2和530可通过穿过孔部HP的固定构件700彼此结合。固定构件700可通过螺栓/螺母方法固定在密封工具500的两侧。
图10是示出将构成根据本公开内容另一实施方式的袋型电池制造设备的多个密封部件结合的方法的图。
参照图10,在多个密封部件510、520a、520b1、520b2和530的每一个中形成有凸部500P和凹部500D中的至少一个。如图10中所示,中央密封部件510的凸部500P1可插入并固定到1-1密封部件520a的凹部500D1。同样地,1-1密封部件520a的凸部500P2能够插入并且固定到1-2-1密封部件520b1的凹部500D2。以这种方式,密封部件的凸部可结合到相邻的密封部件的凹部,使得多个密封部件510、520a、520b1、520b2和530可彼此结合。凸部500P和凹部500D的最外部形状可不同地应用,以包括局部小的曲率半径和/或角部,例如球形、棱柱形或圆柱形。
根据本实施方式,凸部500P和凹部500D形成的方向可与组装密封部件510、520a、520b1、520b2和530的方向相同。
图11是示出使用根据本公开内容一实施方式的袋型电池制造设备进行密封之前的袋型电池的图。图12是示出使用图11的袋型电池制造设备进行密封之后的袋型电池的图。
参照图11,上壳体310和下壳体320可分别设置在包裹有引线膜600的电极引线210的上部和下部。然后,上部密封工具500a设置在上壳体310的上部,下部密封工具500b设置在下壳体320的下部,然后如图12中所示按压上部密封工具500a和下部密封工具500b,以密封袋壳体300、引线膜600等,从而实现袋型二次电池的封装。在本实施方式中,多个密封部件的厚度朝向上部密封工具500a和下部密封工具500b的中心减小,并且多个密封部件中的至少两个密封部件可形成有朝向上部密封工具500a和下部密封工具500b的中心的凹部。另外,多个密封部件可以形成为关于上部密封工具500a和下部密封工具500b的中心对称的形状。
尽管上面已经描述了本公开内容的优选实施方式,但是本公开内容的范围不限于此,并且本领域技术人员可以使用在所附权利要求书中限定的本发明的原理进行许多其他变化和修改,这也落入本公开内容的精神和范围内。

Claims (11)

1.一种袋型电池制造设备,所述设备是用于密封袋型电池壳体的二次电池制造设备,所述设备包括:
上部密封工具和下部密封工具,
其中所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的每一个通过组装多个密封部件而形成,
其中所述多个密封部件包括中央密封部件、位于所述中央密封部件的左侧和右侧的第一密封部件、以及设置在所述第一密封部件的外侧的第二密封部件,并且
其中所述中央密封部件对应于被引线膜覆盖的电极引线,并且所述中央密封部件的上表面和下表面彼此平行,
其中所述多个密封部件通过以下方式来结合:
所述多个密封部件沿水平方向设置,在所述多个密封部件的每一个中形成有沿水平方向形成的孔部,并且所述多个密封部件通过穿过所述孔部的固定构件而结合,或者
在所述多个密封部件的每一个中形成有凸部和凹部中的至少一个,并且所述密封部件的所述凸部结合到相邻的所述密封部件的所述凹部,因而所述多个密封部件彼此结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述第一密封部件的上表面和下表面之一具有两个倾斜表面和连接所述两个倾斜表面的水平表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述第一密封部件包括与所述中央密封部件连接的1-1密封部件、和位于所述1-1密封部件的外侧并且与所述1-1密封部件进行组装的1-2密封部件,并且
所述1-1密封部件的上表面和下表面之一具有一个倾斜表面,所述1-2密封部件的上表面和下表面之一具有与所述1-1密封部件的所述倾斜表面连接的水平表面、和与所述1-2密封部件的所述水平表面连接的倾斜表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述1-2密封部件是两个密封部件进行组装的形式。
5.根据权利要求3所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述1-1密封部件的所述倾斜表面对应于所述引线膜的倾斜部分。
6.根据权利要求5所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述引线膜的所述倾斜部分对应于所述电极引线的宽度方向上的边缘,并且所述电极引线的宽度方向上的所述边缘具有锥形形状。
7.根据权利要求3所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述引线膜包括上引线膜和下引线膜,并且所述1-2密封部件的所述水平表面对应于所述上引线膜和所述下引线膜在水平方向上被密封的部分。
8.根据权利要求3所述的袋型电池制造设备,
所述袋型电池壳体包括上壳体和下壳体,
其中所述第二密封部件对应于所述上壳体和所述下壳体在水平方向上被密封的部分。
9.根据权利要求1所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述凸部和所述凹部形成的方向与组装所述密封部件的方向相同。
10.根据权利要求1所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述多个密封部件的厚度朝向所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的中心减小,并且
所述多个密封部件中的至少两个密封部件形成有朝向所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的中心的凹部。
11.根据权利要求1所述的袋型电池制造设备,其中:
所述多个密封部件形成为关于所述上部密封工具和所述下部密封工具的中心对称的形状。
