Claims (10)
- 分離膜が介在した状態で正極と負極が積層されている電極組立体、前記電極組立体から突出する少なくとも一つの電極タブ、および前記少なくとも一つの電極タブと連結される電極リードを含むセルアセンブリがパウチケースに収容されたパウチ型二次電池において、
前記パウチケースと前記電極リードの間に位置するリードフィルムを含み、
前記リードフィルムは前記電極組立体に遠い領域の第1シーリング部と前記電極組立体に近い領域の第2シーリング部を含み、前記第2シーリング部の厚さが前記第1シーリング部の厚さより厚い、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記リードフィルムの前記第2シーリング部に対応する前記パウチケースの部分は、前記リードフィルムと前記パウチケースがシーリングされる部位より厚い厚さを有する前記電極組立体の収納によって折り曲がる折り曲げ部を有する、請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記リードフィルムの前記第2シーリング部に対応する前記パウチケースの部分は、前記リードフィルムの前記第2シーリング部と接合されている、請求項2に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第1シーリング部および前記第2シーリング部が何れも前記パウチケースと接合されている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第1シーリング部はシーリングツール(Sealing Tool)により加圧されて形成される、請求項4に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記パウチケースは樹脂層と金属層を含み、
前記リードフィルムは第1層、第2層および第3層が順次積層された構造であり、
前記第1層、前記第2層および前記第3層のうち前記第3層が前記パウチケースに最も近く位置し、前記第3層は前記パウチケースの前記樹脂層と同じ材料で形成される、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第3層は前記電極組立体に近い第1端部と、前記第1端部の反対側に位置する第2端部を有し、前記第1端部の厚さが前記第2端部の厚さより厚い、請求項6に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第3層の前記第1端部と前記パウチケースが互いにシーリングされてシーリング部を形成する、請求項7に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第3層はポリプロピレンを含む、請求項7または8に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項によるパウチ型二次電池を含む、電池モジュール。
