Abstract
一种具有可变尺寸的挤出口的3D打印装置及其控制方法。该3D打印装置包括:输料部分(10),具有物料的入口(11)和出口(2);出料部分(20),具有一挤出口(21),挤出口(21)能够与输料部分(10)的出口(12)中的流体连通,以挤出物料,挤出口(21)被分割成多个孔道(211);控制部分(30),用于在利用挤出口(21)对一块单连通区域进行填充的过程中,控制输料部分(10)和出料部分(20)相对运动,以改变多个孔道(211)中的与输料部分(10)的出口(12)连通的孔道(211)的数量,从而改变挤出口(21)的尺寸。该3D打印装置能够在挤出物料的过程中改变挤出口的尺寸,并能够避免挤出口尺寸改变引起物料流率不均的问题。
