Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于驱动输送机驱动机的输送机驱动单元。
背景技术
输送机,例如电梯、自动扶梯或自动人行道,由输送机驱动机驱动,该输送机驱动机提供驱动扭矩或推进力的所需瞬时量以在不同的操作情况下操作输送机。输送机驱动机具有输送机驱动电机,即电动机,例如感应电机或永磁电机。驱动机通过利用输送机驱动单元(例如变频器)将电力供给到输送机驱动电机绕组来操作。
发明内容
本发明代表了一种紧凑且节省空间的输送机驱动单元,其可以容易地装配到建筑环境内的输送机中。输送机驱动单元还具有良好的EMC特性,从而满足输送机运行所需的EMC规定。
电梯驱动单元、自动扶梯驱动单元和自动人行道驱动单元是输送机驱动单元的示例性实施例。

具体实施方式
在示例性实施例中公开的输送机驱动单元提供有利于输送机、特别是无机房电梯的经济、扁平设计。扁平驱动单元易于安装到电梯井道内部的狭窄空间中,例如靠近井道壁、电梯轿厢轨迹之外。
图1-3中的输送机驱动单元配置用于驱动输送机驱动机。输送机驱动机包括用于操作相应输送机的必要部件,例如电动机、电梯的牵引绳轮或自动扶梯或自动人行道的环形带的驱动齿轮。
输送机驱动单元1包括主电路板4和附接在主电路板4顶部的输送机运动控制板(输送机运动控制板未图示)。或者,输送机运动控制板的控制部件可以安装在主电路板4上。主电路板4包括功率部件,至少是igbt-功率晶体管或mosfet-功率晶体管,构成变频器的整流桥和电机逆变桥拓扑。主电路板4还包括驱动电路,例如功率晶体管的igbt驱动器或mosfet驱动器,以及变频器的直流链路电容器。通过切换这些功率晶体管,可以为输送机驱动电机产生可变频率、可变幅度的电压。在输送机运动控制板中计算晶体管的开关基准,以便输送机运动,例如电梯轿厢运动遵循期望运动轮廓。
接地板2安装在输送机驱动单元1的外壳内部,从而将外壳内部分成两个不同的部分。线路滤波板5和备用电池控制板3在与主电路板4和输送机运动控制板相反的一侧附接到接地板2。
接地板2由金属制成,优选通过铸造制成。接地板2包括从接地板2的相对边缘垂直延伸的侧轮廓9。侧轮廓9形成外壳的侧表面,而前板14和背板7分别形成外壳的前表面和后表面。通过这种方式,可以实现紧凑的外壳,并具有至少IP23等级的环境保护。
线路滤波板5与备用电池控制板3置于同一外壳部分。它包括滤波部件,如用于对变频器的线路电流进行滤波的电感、电容等。
主电路板中的一些接口部件(隔离器)和滤波部件(电容器,如开关电源的Y电容器)与接地板2电连接。输送机运动控制板和线路滤波板5也与接地板2电连接。这种接地方案可以防止或减少循环电流和共模干扰,提高输送机驱动单元的EMC特性。
外壳的前板14和后板7可以由塑料或金属制成,例如通过铸造。
外部电缆,例如电源电缆和电机电缆,通过插头连接器13连接到驱动单元1。
此外,接地板2包括空隙。主电路板4包括适于冷却功率晶体管的散热器。主电路板4附接到接地板2的一侧,使得功率晶体管的散热器通过空隙延伸到接地板2的另一侧。风扇单元10,包括至少一个,优选地两个风扇,对主电路板4、线路滤波板5、备用电池控制板3和输送机运动控制板的部件进行对流冷却。扩散板用于将来自风扇单元10的气流分成两部分,指向接地板2的相对侧,从而实现对接地板2两侧的部件的对流冷却。
插头连接器13和风扇单元10通过接口单元12引入驱动单元1的底部。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于驱动输送机驱动机的输送机驱动单元(1),该输送机驱动单元包括:
-主电路板(4);
-具有空隙的接地板(2);和
-包围接地板(2)和主电路板(4)的外壳;
其中,主电路板(4)包括:
-功率部件,至少是驱动单元(1)的功率晶体管,
-功率晶体管的驱动电路,和
-适于冷却功率晶体管的散热器,
其中,接地板(2)适于将外壳的内部分成在接地板(2)的相对侧的两个部分,
其中,主电路板(4)附接到接地板(2)的一侧,使得功率晶体管的散热器通过空隙延伸到接地板(2)的另一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述主电路板(4)的功率部件包括所述驱动单元(1)的直流链路电容器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的输送机驱动单元,包括:
-用于冷却功率部件的风扇单元(10);和
-扩散板,适于将来自风扇单元(10)的气流分成指向接地板(2)相对侧的两个部分。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,包括:
-备用电池控制板(3),在与主电路板(4)相反的一侧附接到接地板(2)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,包括附接到所述主电路板(4)顶部的输送机运动控制板。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,包括在与所述主电路板(4)相反的一侧附接到所述接地板(2)的线路滤波板(5)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述外壳通过铸造制成。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述外壳由塑料制成并且所述接地板(2)由金属制成。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述主电路板(4)电连接到所述接地板(2)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述输送机运动控制板和线路滤波板(5)电连接到接地板(2)。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述接地板(2)包括从所述接地板的相对边缘垂直延伸的侧轮廓(9)以形成所述外壳的侧表面。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元,其中,所述接地板(2)通过铸造制成。
13.一种输送机,包括输送机驱动机,其中,所述输送机包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的输送机驱动单元。
