Description

Active water skin cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a water-activating skin cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increase of the use of the existing air conditioners, air pollution and the like, the problems of skin aging, metabolism slowing and the like are gradually increased, the water loss of the skin is caused, the tightness and the glossiness of the skin are influenced, and even various skin problems are caused, wherein the key step for solving the skin problems is to promote the supplement and the maintenance of the water. Moisture is the basis of skin care, and whitening, sun protection, oil control and the like are completed on the basis of water replenishing and moisture preserving.
The skin moisture has the main functions of controlling epidermal cells to delay entering a maturation stage, reducing metabolism, improving the activity and the fullness degree of mature cells and avoiding aging and wrinkle generation. And the water retention can also improve the resistance degree to external stimulation, reduce the appearance of acne and the like, and make the skin moist, soft and elastic. However, the current skin care products have difficulty in meeting the moisture supplement requirements required by skin. Therefore, the development of a cosmetic with multiple functions of moisturizing, moisturizing and activating skin is urgently needed.
In addition, in cosmetics, such as water-based cosmetics such as cream, water-soluble and water-insoluble components are generally contained, so that oil and a humectant, especially a polyhydric alcohol humectant such as glycerin, are required to be added to jointly act to promote emulsification and homogenization of all substances and avoid emulsification, layering and the like, but more oil and a humectant are required to be added, so that cosmetics with less oil and humectant addition amount are required to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a live water skin cream comprising:
and (2) component A: consists of at least one grease;
and B component: consists of water and a film forming agent;
and C, component C: comprises a main antibacterial agent, a thickening agent and a chelating agent;
And (D) component: consists of a pH regulator;
and E, component (A): consists of a skin conditioner and an auxiliary antibacterial agent;
the skin conditioner comprises sodium hyaluronate, beta-glucan, a opuntia ficus-indica stem extract, a hydrolyzed pansy extract and biological carbohydrate gum-1.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the component A accounts for 8-15 wt% of the skin cream, the water accounts for 80-85 wt% of the skin cream, and the film forming agent accounts for 0.1-0.4 wt% of the skin cream.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the main antibacterial agent accounts for 0.2-0.6 wt% of the skin cream, the thickening agent accounts for 1-1.6 wt% of the skin cream, and the chelating agent accounts for 0.2-0.5 wt% of the skin cream.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the film forming agent is at least one selected from polyvinyl alcohol, dextrin, hydroxymethyl cellulose, and acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the thickening agent is at least one selected from carbomer, acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer, betaine, xanthan gum and polysorbate-80.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chelating agent is at least one selected from allantoin, disodium EDTA, sugar alcohol, tetrasodium EDTA, and sodium citrate.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the pH regulator accounts for 0.2-0.8 wt% of the skin cream, the skin conditioner accounts for 0.4-3 wt% of the skin cream, and the auxiliary antibacterial agent accounts for 0.1-0.5 wt% of the skin cream.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the primary antibacterial agent is selected from one or more of ethylparaben, methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol and sodium benzoate, and the secondary antibacterial agent is selected from one or more of caprylyl glycol, panthenol, benzyl alcohol and dipropylene glycol.
As a preferable technical scheme, the raw materials for preparing the skin cream also comprise an F component, and the F component comprises at least one of an antioxidant, an aromatic, an ultraviolet absorbent and a buffering agent.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the active water skin cream, which comprises the following steps: adding A, B, C components into an emulsifying pot, mixing at 80-85 ℃, vacuumizing and emulsifying, adding D component, vacuumizing and emulsifying, cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding E component, vacuumizing and emulsifying to obtain the skin cream.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention provides a water-activating skin cream, which is prepared by using a natural extract of opuntia ficus-indica stem extract and a hydrolyzed pansy extract as main functional components, sodium hyaluronate, beta-glucan and biological carbohydrate gum-1 as auxiliary functional components and combining safe antibacterial components such as phenoxyethanol, panthenol and the like, and has high effects of multiple moisturizing, skin activating, skin firming and antioxidation.
(2) The inventor finds that the main functional components and the auxiliary functional components have high synergistic effect, and when one or more of the main functional components and the auxiliary functional components are removed, the effects of water retention, oxidation resistance and the like are obviously reduced.
(3) In addition, the inventor finds that the function of the functional components is related to the emulsification and homogenization effect and the stability of the skin cream, particularly, biological carbohydrate gum and the like have polyanion effect, sodium hyaluronate and the like are acidic mucopolysaccharide and the like, and interact with each other, so that layering, precipitation and the like are easily caused, and the function of the water retention and oxidation resistance of the skin cream is inhibited.
(4) This is probably because the substances containing amide and carboxylic acid groups such as allantoin, carbomer and betaine can stabilize the oil emulsion droplets together with film-forming agent, etc., thereby being used as the skin conditioner of functional components, and antibacterial agent, etc. can be dispersed uniformly and stably, and the inventor has surprisingly found that when the system is adopted, the high homogenization effect can be achieved even without adding humectant such as polyalcohol humectant, etc., and the precipitation, delamination, etc. can not occur after storing for 2 days at 50 ℃ and-10 ℃, while the inventor has found that when the skin thickening agent, chelating agent, etc. such as allantoin, carbomer and betaine, etc. are reduced or not used, the delamination can be generated slightly after storing for 2 days at the same temperature, and the effect of the skin cream is influenced.
