本发明涉及青梅精的抑菌应用领域,具体是青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用。
背景技术
据医学研究可知,幽门螺旋杆菌是胃炎、消化道溃疡、以及胃癌的元凶。其中消化道溃疡主要发生在胃到十二指肠段,80%的胃溃疡患者感染了幽门螺旋杆菌,而十二指肠溃疡患者则有95%感染了幽门螺旋杆菌。根除幽门螺旋杆菌,能有效治疗消化道溃疡并预防溃疡的复发,另有最新研究表明,根除幽门螺旋杆菌可以预防胃癌。
另外地,青梅含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和多种无机盐、有机酸。青梅果实中有机酸含量一般在3.0%-6.5%,远远高于一般水果。青梅所含的有机酸主要是柠檬酸、苹果酸、单宁酸、苦叶酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸等,具有生津解渴、刺激食欲、消除疲劳等功效,尤其是柠檬酸含量在各种水果中含量最多,柠檬酸是人体细胞物质代谢不可缺少的重要酸类,它能促进乳酸分解为二氧化碳和水排出体外,消除疲劳,且有益于钙的吸收。青梅营养丰富,低糖高酸,其T值(糖酸比)仅为0.2,是梨的1/70,杏的1/8,比柠檬的T值还低。其次,它具有合理的钙磷比,其Ca/P≈1:1,是开发儿童和老年保健食品的最佳食物。
青梅含有丰富的有机酸和矿物质,尤其是含有的钙等能预防老人骨质疏松。梅制品能使唾液腺分泌更多的腮腺激素,腮腺激素是一种内分泌素,常被称为“返老还童素”,它可以使血管及全身组织年轻化作用,并能促进皮肤细胞新陈代谢,起到美肌、美发效果;还可促进激素分泌物活化,从而达到延缓衰老的作用。
梅素,又称梅华,首次在高度浓缩的青梅汁(也叫青梅精)中发现,在我国传统的中药原料乌梅中,也发现有梅素的存在,是青梅精、乌梅等青梅制品中的主要功能成分之一。具有改善血液循环、抗流感病毒、改善认知功能障碍等作用。
然而,根据本申请人的长期调查研究,未见有关于青梅精用于抗幽门螺旋杆菌的研究报道,因此,本申请人经常长期研究,作出本专利申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用,为幽门螺旋杆菌的抗作用提供一种新的治疗手段。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用,其特征在于:所述青梅精的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、清洗筛选:选择七八分熟的青梅果,用清水洗净;
步骤二、粉碎去核:将步骤一得到的成颗的青梅果捣开取核,将保留下的果肉研磨成汁,再过滤;
步骤三、熬煮:将步骤二过滤后得到的青梅汁蒸煮72小时,练成乳液状物质;
步骤四、高温浓缩:升高温度,将步骤三得到的乳液状物质浓缩,得到青梅精;
所述青梅精具有对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的效果。
在步骤三中,所述青梅汁用蒸锅加热至120℃,煮72小时,不断搅拌得到乳液状物质。
在步骤三中,所述乳液状物质浓缩按照103∶1浓缩,得到膏状青梅精。
所述膏状青梅精烘干后得到颗粒状青梅精。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的青梅精的制备方法工艺简单,操作简单,所制备得到的青梅精是青梅熬制提炼之后浓缩而成的青梅精华,因内含的柠檬酸为有机酸,能够将肠内原本弱碱性的环境,暂时呈现酸性,进而发挥杀菌作用,此时对幽门螺旋杆菌具有抗效果,同时还具有止痒,杀菌、消炎等功效。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明优选的实施例进一步说明:
本发明所使用的青梅精,其制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、清洗筛选:选择七八分熟的青梅果,用清水洗净;将采出青梅人工分级做出严选筛选过滤。
步骤二、粉碎去核:将步骤一得到的成颗的青梅果捣开取核,将保留下的果肉研磨成汁,再过滤;这样才能保证梅精的最高纯度和最大疗效。
步骤三、熬煮:将步骤二过滤后得到的青梅汁蒸煮72小时,练成乳液状物质;
步骤四、高温浓缩:升高温度,将步骤三得到的乳液状物质浓缩,得到青梅精。
在步骤三中,所述青梅汁用蒸锅加热至120℃,煮72小时,不断搅拌得到乳液状物质。
在步骤三中,所述乳液状物质浓缩按照103∶1浓缩,得到膏状青梅精。103公斤的青梅果可以浓缩得到1公斤膏状青梅精。
所述膏状青梅精烘干后得到颗粒状青梅精。70公斤膏状青梅精精烘干后得到1公斤颗粒状青梅精。
以上方法制备而得的青梅精,具有对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的效果。
青梅精对于幽门螺旋杆菌能够发挥强力的抗效果,其机理如下:
现代人的体液很容易呈现酸性,青梅精含有丰富的柠檬酸,柠檬酸为有机酸,能够将肠内原本弱碱性的环境,暂时呈现酸性,进而发挥杀菌作用,此时对幽门螺旋杆菌具有抗效果就是其所含有柠檬酸所具备的效果。
以下为申请制备得到青梅精的各项检测数据。
检测1:营养成分如图1所示,按上述制备方法制得的丸状青梅精25g样品一份及45g样品各一份,所得检测结果的分析平均值。注:该测试报告来源于谱尼测试集团深圳有限公司,报告编号:MLAAINVU76689501,图1摘录自该报告。
检测2:酸碱性态的检测,如图2所示。按上述制备方法制得的丸状青梅精25g样品一份及45g样品各一份,所得检测结果的分析平均值。注:该测试报告来源于谱尼测试集团深圳有限公司,报告编号:MLAAINVU766895A01,图1摘录自该报告。
从检测2来看,可以明显获悉,该青霉素请生理酸性,与上述的机理相符。
检测3:对幽门螺旋杆菌的抗分析检测结果,如图3所示。检测兑现是按本发明所述方法制得的膏状青梅精500g,报告单位:广东省微生物分析检测中心,报告编号:2022FM00938R01D。
由图3所示的检测结果,本发明所得的青梅精对幽门螺旋杆菌的抗达99.95%至99.97%,甚至可以认为具有了全抗的作用,一致效果好。
人体临床试验结果,参见图4所示,表中的被观测人员所辅食的青梅丸是按本发明方法制备而得。临床试验说明,挑选出来的被观测人员分为A、B、C三组,每组各两人,每组人员的身体条件、临床病症以及医院常规处方药均是基本一致,其中各临床病症中均经检验是主要因幽门螺旋杆菌所引起,临床意义上可以认为是各组的人员病症与医院常规用药,也就是说康复情况的差异基本上是可以体现是否有辅用青梅丸。由图4可知,表中患者在服用医院常规处方药时,同时服用了青梅丸的比没有辅食青梅丸的,康复时间要缩短3到5天,由该临床试验可知,服用青梅丸后确定对幽门螺旋杆菌起到了较好的抗作用,并对因幽门螺旋杆菌引起的病症起到有效的辅助治疗作用。

1.青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用,其特征在于:所述青梅精的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、清洗筛选:选择七八分熟的青梅果,用清水洗净;
步骤二、粉碎去核:将步骤一得到的成颗的青梅果捣开取核,将保留下的果肉研磨成汁,再过滤;
步骤三、熬煮:将步骤二过滤后得到的青梅汁蒸煮72小时,练成乳液状物质;
步骤四、高温浓缩:升高温度,将步骤三得到的乳液状物质浓缩,得到青梅精;
所述青梅精具有对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用,其特征在于:在步骤三中,所述青梅汁用蒸锅加热至120℃,煮72小时,不断搅拌得到乳液状物质。
3.根据权利要求1所述青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用,其特征在于:在步骤三中,所述乳液状物质浓缩得到膏状青梅精。
4.根据权利要求3所述青梅精对抗幽门螺旋杆菌的应用,其特征在于:所述膏状青梅精烘干后得到颗粒状青梅精。
