The invention provides a cultivation method for improving radish quality, which comprises the following steps: when two true leaves of radish seedlings are unfolded, applying shepherd's purse leavening to roots; the shepherd's purse leavening is obtained by fermenting shepherd's purse whole plant serving as a fermentation substrate and aspergillus niger A46CGMCC No.3084 serving as zymophyte. The invention can well improve the biomass and the root weight of the radish; the crude fiber content can be obviously reduced, the protein content can be obviously improved, the malonaldehyde content can be obviously reduced, and the vitamin C content can be improved; the invention can also obviously reduce the accumulation of cadmium in the radish.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to a crop cultivation technology, and relates to a cultivation method for improving the quality of radishes.
Background
Radish is 1-year or 2-year herbaceous plant of Brassicaceae, and is a vegetable crop with edible, processing and medicinal values. Radish can enhance the body immunity, remove heat toxin in vivo, promote qi circulation and promote digestion, and has edible and medicinal values because of containing mineral substances, amino acids, fructose, crude fiber, glucose, vitamin C, sucrose and a small amount of crude protein.
The growth quality indexes of radish include protein, vitamin C, organic acid, crude fiber, soluble sugar, malondialdehyde content and the like, and researchers are concerned about the content of relevant heavy metals (such as cadmium) in radish. A common means for improving the growth quality of radishes is a fertilization technology, for example, Chenmai et al study the influence of the fertilization technology on the quality of radishes in the paper 'influence of cultivation density and fertilization treatment on main agronomic traits and yield of fruit radishes'.
In the research field of reducing cadmium content of vegetable crops, exogenous hormone is applied as one of main means, but the application of exogenous hormone is easy to cause soil deterioration, and hormone remained on the surface of crops can cause health safety problems.
Therefore, how to develop a radish cultivation technique which is easy to apply, environmentally friendly and safe, can effectively improve the core quality index of radish and can reduce the content of common heavy metal cadmium is urgently needed in the field.

In the invention, the Aspergillus niger A46 CGMCC No.3084 is obtained from the market, and the invention does not relate to the screening or discovery of new strains.
As an embodiment of the invention, during fermentation of the shepherd's purse leavening, during the initial fermentation, a fermentation substrate is smashed and added with water to be stirred until the solid content is 60-70% (w/w).
As an embodiment of the invention, during fermentation of the shepherd's purse leavening, the inoculation amount of Aspergillus niger A46 CGMCC No.3084 is 3% (w/w), and the bacterial liquid used during inoculation is the bacterial liquid growing to the plateau stage.
In one embodiment of the invention, the water content of the shepherd's purse leavening is 20-30% (w/w).

Example 1
1. Raw materials:
radish: weixian county green radish
Soil: from Sichuan agricultural university experiment base (without heavy metal)
Compound fertilizer: on the basis of the decomposed cow dung, the content of N, P, K is adjusted to be 15 percent;
Fermentation strain: aspergillus niger A46 CGMCC No.3084, commercially available
Capsella bursa-pastoris: obtained on the market
2. Experimental method
(1) Smashing Capsella bursa-pastoris, and adding water until the solid content is 70% (w/w) to serve as a fermentation substrate; carrying out liquid culture on Aspergillus niger A46 CGMCC No.3084, taking the bacterial liquid growing to a platform stage as an inoculated bacterial liquid, and adding the inoculated bacterial liquid into a fermentation substrate, wherein the inoculation amount is 3% (w/w); spreading with film, and fermenting for 3 days; adjusting the water content to 27% (w/w) after the fermentation is finished, and taking the obtained product as the shepherd's purse fermentation product for later use.
(2) Filling soil to perform pot experiment on the radishes, and uniformly mixing a compound fertilizer into the soil after filling the soil, wherein the using amount of the compound fertilizer is 150kg/hm2。
(3) After planting radish seedlings, when the radish seedlings expand two true leaves, applying shepherd's purse leavening to the roots, wherein the application amount is 80kg/hm2。
3. Results of the experiment
After the radish is mature, the root weight, the total biomass, the crude fiber content, the protein content, the malondialdehyde content and the vitamin C content are detected. Taking the scheme in the experimental method as an experimental group, and taking the shepherd's purse leavening without application as a control group. When relevant experimental data are taken, three times of repetition are carried out, and an average value is taken. The results of the experiments are shown in the following table.

Based on example 1, CdCl2 & 2.5H is added into tested soil2O is analyzed to be pure, so that the concentration of cadmium in the soil is 5mg kg-1.
