本发明公开了一种路桩表面的涂布方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将路桩的侧表面沿轴向划分为发光区和夜光区,夜光区高于发光区设置;S2、发光区进行涂布,具体包括以下步骤:S21、发光区上底漆,底漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:丙烯酸树脂25‑55%、反光粉5‑30%、锤纹剂0.2‑3%、成膜剂0.1‑2%、流平剂0.2‑2%、分散剂0.1‑1%、消泡剂0.1‑1%以及稀释剂35‑65%;S22、对上完底漆的发光区进行压制处理:将两个可拼接成圆柱状并且内壁上具有凹凸花纹的半套管套紧在路桩的发光区上,并于底漆层上形成凹凸结构;S23、发光区上面漆。本发明的一种路桩表面的涂布方法,可使得路桩反光效果更好,并且具有很好的夜光效果。

一种路桩表面的涂布方法
技术领域
本发明涉及道路交通设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种路桩表面的涂布方法。
背景技术
现有的路桩大多是呈立柱状的,并且通过在表面贴反光膜或者涂布具有反光作用的漆,从而起到反光警示的效果。然而,由于膜或漆是均匀贴附或涂覆于路桩,导致路桩的反光效果有待进一步的提升;并且现有的路桩仅具有反光作用,在夜晚时若未有光线照射,则不能够发光,可能会造成一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,可使得路桩反光效果更好,并且具有很好的夜光效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种路桩表面的涂布方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将路桩的侧表面沿轴向划分为发光区和夜光区,夜光区高于发光区设置;
S2、发光区进行涂布,具体包括以下步骤:
S21、发光区上底漆,底漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:丙烯酸树脂25-55%、反光粉5-30%、锤纹剂0.2-3%、成膜剂0.1-2%、流平剂0.2-2%、分散剂0.1-1%、消泡剂0.1-1%以及稀释剂35-65%;
S22、对上完底漆的发光区进行压制处理:将两个可拼接成圆柱状并且内壁上具有凹凸花纹的半套管套紧在路桩的发光区上,并于底漆层上形成凹凸结构;
S23、发光区上面漆,面漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:树脂45-55%、玻璃微珠20-25%、消泡剂1-2%、催干剂0.2-1%、增稠剂0.5-2%、溶剂10-40%;
S3、夜光区上夜光漆,夜光漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:乳液45-55%、纳米气相二氧化硅4-8%、纳米级夜光粉25%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、纳米色浆0.5-1%、增塑剂15-20%、成膜助剂0.3-1%、分散剂0.5-2%。
优选的,在S22中,凹凸结构的最凹处于最高处的高度差为0.3-2mm。凹凸结构的每一凹陷处和每一凸出部的宽度均为1-5mm。
优选的,在S21中,反光粉为锂云母材料制成,锤纹剂由聚酯树脂或水溶性醇酸树脂或丙烯酸酯制成。
优选的,在S23中,玻璃微珠的直径为0.01-0.1mm。
优选的,在S3中,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚醚多元醇或环氧增塑剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种路桩表面的涂布方法,可使得路桩反光效果更好,并且具有很好的夜光效果。

实施例一、底漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:丙烯酸树脂43%、反光粉15%、锤纹剂0.5%、成膜剂1.5%、流平剂0.8%、分散剂0.1%、消泡剂0.1%以及稀释剂40%;面漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:树脂50%、玻璃微珠20%、消泡剂1.5%、催干剂0.5%、增稠剂1%、溶剂27%;夜光漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:乳液50%、纳米气相二氧化硅4%、纳米级夜光粉25%、消泡剂0.3%、纳米色浆0.8%、增塑剂18%、成膜助剂0.4%、分散剂1.5%。
实施例二、底漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:丙烯酸树脂30%、反光粉20%、锤纹剂1%、成膜剂1%、流平剂1%、分散剂0.5%、消泡剂0.5%以及稀释剂46%;面漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:树脂45%、玻璃微珠22%、消泡剂1%、催干剂0.5%、增稠剂1.5%、溶剂30%;夜光漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:乳液49%、纳米气相二氧化硅6%、纳米级夜光粉25%、消泡剂0.2%、纳米色浆0.8%、增塑剂17.5%、成膜助剂0.3%、分散剂1.2%。
在本发明中,通过设置有发光区和夜光区,可起到光线照射发生,以及夜晚自发光的效果。其中,通过在底漆层上形成凹凸结构,并且面漆中含有玻璃微珠,在涂覆面漆时,底漆层的凹陷处优选被涂覆有玻璃微珠,即凹陷处具有玻璃微珠,如此,使得反光效果更好。

1.一种路桩表面的涂布方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将路桩的侧表面沿轴向划分为发光区和夜光区,夜光区高于发光区设置;
S2、发光区进行涂布,具体包括以下步骤:
S21、发光区上底漆,底漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:丙烯酸树脂25-55%、反光粉5-30%、锤纹剂0.2-3%、成膜剂0.1-2%、流平剂0.2-2%、分散剂0.1-1%、消泡剂0.1-1%以及稀释剂35-65%;
S22、对上完底漆的发光区进行压制处理:将两个可拼接成圆柱状并且内壁上具有凹凸花纹的半套管套紧在路桩的发光区上,并于底漆层上形成凹凸结构;
S23、发光区上面漆,面漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:树脂45-55%、玻璃微珠20-25%、消泡剂1-2%、催干剂0.2-1%、增稠剂0.5-2%、溶剂10-40%;
S3、夜光区上夜光漆,夜光漆按重量百分比计,其组分包括:乳液45-55%、纳米气相二氧化硅4-8%、纳米级夜光粉25%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、纳米色浆0.5-1%、增塑剂15-20%、成膜助剂0.3-1%、分散剂0.5-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种路桩表面的涂布方法,其特征在于,在S22中,凹凸结构的最凹处于最高处的高度差为0.3-2mm。
3.凹凸结构的每一凹陷处和每一凸出部的宽度均为1-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种路桩表面的涂布方法,其特征在于,在S21中,反光粉为锂云母材料制成,锤纹剂由聚酯树脂或水溶性醇酸树脂或丙烯酸酯制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种路桩表面的涂布方法,其特征在于,在S23中,玻璃微珠的直径为0.01-0.1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种路桩表面的涂布方法,其特征在于,在S3中,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、聚醚多元醇或环氧增塑剂。
