Abstract
本发明涉及一种热塑性弹性体材料及其制备和应用,所述材料组分包括:热塑性聚氨酯、苯乙烯弹性体、白油、增塑剂、相容剂、填充物、助剂。本发明热塑性弹性体材料具有较好的粘结强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于塑料技术领域,特别涉及一种热塑性弹性体材料及其制备和应用。
背景技术
热塑性弹性体,简称TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer),橡胶、塑料、相容剂及填充等通过双螺杆挤出机共混生产的一种可热塑性的弹性体材料。目前,热塑性弹性体广泛被应用于汽车、家电、建筑、电线电缆等众多行业。
包胶是利用弹性体材料与硬质塑料在软化熔融时的相容性,两种材料相容性越好越容易粘接,在硬胶与软胶接触面形成一层粘结层,大大提升弹性体与塑料的包胶粘合性。二次包覆成型工艺由于可以提高产品结构的密封性、美观性、便捷性等特点,被广泛应用于汽车、家电及消费品领域。PBT由于结晶快、冷却较快,导致包胶粘接力较差。
发明内容
基于现有技术的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种热塑性弹性体材料及其制备和应用。
本发明的一种热塑性弹性体材料,按重量份数,组分包括:
其中所述热塑性聚氨酯中,单体单元质量比例为,异氰酸酯MDI硬段/多元醇软段=20/80~40/60;
MDI硬段/多元醇软段的比例过高,则结晶太强不利于包胶,比例较小,则材料成型冷却太慢不利于成型。
所述增塑剂为偏苯三酸三辛酯类增塑剂TOTM,对苯二甲酸二辛酯类增塑剂TOTP中的一种或几种;相容剂为乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝物。
优选地,所述苯乙烯弹性体为氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-异戊二烯)、氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-丁二烯-b-苯乙烯)、氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-异戊二烯-b-苯乙烯)和氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-异戊二烯/丁二烯-b-苯乙烯)中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述白油在40℃的运动粘度90-100mm2/s、开口闪点260℃以上。
其中白油的运动粘度依据标准ASTM D445-2015,闪点测试标准依据ASTM D92-2012。白油粘度较高,流动性太低,不利于成型,白油粘度太低时,注塑易挥发不利于包胶;闪点太低,也同样在高速注塑时易挥发,不利于包胶成型。
优选地,所述乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝物为乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐。
优选地,所述填充物为碳酸钙。
优选地,所述助剂为抗氧剂、耐UV剂中的一种或几种。
其中所述抗氧剂包括四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、三[2,4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯中的一种或几种;所述耐UV剂为聚{[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)氨基]]-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-[(2,2,6,6,-四甲基-哌啶基)亚氨基]-1,6-己二撑[(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]}中的一种或几种。

本发明的一种所述热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法,包括:
按重量配比称取各组分,将白油和苯乙烯弹性体预混,然后同热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、增塑剂、相容剂、填充物、助剂混合,熔融,挤出,造粒,得到热塑性弹性体材料。
本发明的一种所述热塑性弹性体材料在包覆PBT材料中的应用。
本发明热塑性弹性体材料的硬度在60-80A,同时剥离力≥2.0N/mm对PBT具有较好的包覆性能。
本发明通过增塑剂(偏苯三酸三辛酯类增塑剂TOTM,对苯二甲酸二辛酯类增塑剂TOTP)的加入改善热塑性聚氨酯分子链的活动能力,改善热塑性聚氨酯的流动性,分子链的活动能力越强/流动性越高,则包胶粘接性能越好;热塑性聚氨酯TPU合适软硬度配比能够与PBT具有一定的粘接性,但在加入特殊增塑剂后,由于增塑剂能够改善热塑性聚氨酯分子链的活动能力,改善热塑性聚氨酯的流动性,则明显提高包胶粘接性能;加入相容剂乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝物在体系中分散均匀,在注塑过程中,该相容剂与PBT也具有较好的相容性,从而实现较高的粘接强度。通过增塑剂、热塑性聚氨酯和乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝物三种复配达到了较好的粘结强度。
有益效果
本发明热塑性弹性体材在保持硬度在60-80A的条件下,具有较好的粘结强度。

一、原料来源
表1
如未特别说明,本发明平行的实施例和对比例中的某一组分(例如填充物、抗氧剂)均为相同的市售产品。
二、测试标准和方法
将实施例和对比例制备的热塑性弹性体材料粒子,在70-80℃的鼓风烘箱中干燥2~4小时,然后将干燥好的粒子在注射成型机上制成标准样条用于测试。
硬度按照ISO 7619-2010标准进行,读数时间为15s;
包胶剥离强度测试
方法(VDI 2019):先将PBT材料通过注塑或者模压的工艺制成2.0mm厚的150*40mm的矩形板,再将矩形板放入包胶模具中,将弹性体材料通过注塑或模压的工艺粘合在PBT板材表面。采用万用试验机,使用特制夹具,将TPE软胶从包胶测试板上剥离。测量并记录剥离过程中的力。数值越大,则包胶剥离强度越大,当包胶剥离强度达到2.0N/mm,则表明可以达到应用的要求。
实施例1-9
按重量配比称取各组分,如表1所示。
制备方法:将白油预先和苯乙烯弹性体进行混合,再同热塑性聚氨酯、白油、增塑剂、乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝物、填充物、助剂混匀,然后加入双螺杆挤出机中,经熔融挤出后冷却造粒,挤出温度为170-210℃,整个挤出过程的停留时间大约为50-100s。

一般剥离力≥2.0N/mm有实际用处,而硬度60-80A具有最好的使用手感。
由表2和表3可知,对比例1添加的聚氨酯弹性体软段/硬段比例超过40/60,剥离力低于实施例1。对比例2选用环烷油增塑剂,剥离力低于实施例1。对比例3选用聚丙烯接枝物,其对体系的硬度提高明显,降低粘接性,剥离力小于实施例1。对比例4不添加相容剂,剥离力较低。对比例5不添加增塑剂TOTM,剥离力明显低于实施例1。
实施例5、6的硬度虽然略好于优选实施例1,但其剥离力较小,整体上来看,当热塑性聚氨酯60-80份;苯乙烯弹性体12-18份;白油12-18份;增塑剂5-10份;相容剂5-10份;填充物0.5-25份;助剂0.2-5份时效果更佳。

2.根据权利要求1所述材料,其特征在于,所述苯乙烯弹性体为氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-异戊二烯)、氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-丁二烯-b-苯乙烯)、氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-异戊二烯-b-苯乙烯)和氢化聚(苯乙烯-b-异戊二烯/丁二烯-b-苯乙烯)中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述材料,其特征在于,所述白油在40℃的运动粘度90-300mm2/s、开口闪点260℃以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述材料,其特征在于,所述乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝物为乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐。
5.根据权利要求1所述材料,其特征在于,所述填充物为碳酸钙。
6.根据权利要求1所述材料,其特征在于,所述助剂为抗氧剂、耐UV剂中的一种或几种。
8.一种权利要求1所述热塑性弹性体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
按重量配比称取各组分,将白油和苯乙烯弹性体预混,然后同热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、增塑剂、相容剂、填充物、助剂混合,熔融,挤出,造粒,得到热塑性弹性体材料。
9.一种权利要求1所述热塑性弹性体材料在包覆PBT材料中的应用。
