Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition with moisturizing and relieving effects, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The first requirements for a skin with health, moisture, elasticity and luster are that the skin has sufficient moisture and that the skin has good water retention. Most of the existing cosmetic means can improve the moisture content of skin by external moisture-retaining components, so that the skin texture can be immediately improved, the subsequent skin-care effect is promoted, and the makeup is smooth and comfortable, so that the cosmetic with water replenishing and moisture retaining functions is a basic skin-care product which is most demanded by consumers.
Most moisturizing products in the market are added with a large amount of moisturizing agents to form a film for preventing moisture evaporation on the surface layer of skin, and although the moisturizing products have a certain moisturizing effect, the problem of skin dryness cannot be fundamentally solved, and the moisturizing products also have the defects of greasy skin feel and short duration. As is well known, many natural active ingredients contain polysaccharide, amino acid, vitamin, polyphenol and other ingredients, so that the skin can be well moisturized, relieved, aged and conditioned, and the skin can be restored to a healthy state of water-wet elasticity, but the effect of the raw materials is difficult to be expected due to the limitations of extraction solvents, processes, preparation methods and the like of extracts prepared by the traditional process, and although the fermentation technology can extract smaller-molecular active nutrient substances from natural plant resources, the effect is enhanced, the toxicity is reduced, the effectiveness and the absorbability of the raw materials are improved, the activity of the raw materials is ensured by additionally adding preservative ingredients, and the introduction of the preservative ingredients has the hidden danger of sensitization.
Chinese patent CN110559241A developed a preservative-free composition with moisturizing and soothing effects comprising oat extract, tremella extract, cactus extract and seaweed extract. However, the patent application adopts a freeze-drying method in the preparation process, and the introduction of the freeze-drying method increases the complexity of the production process and the production cost, and may cause the loss of active ingredients in the process of re-dissolving the freeze-dried powder.
The present invention is a newer generation product of CN110559241A, and the inventors found that the moisturizing and soothing efficacy of the composition can be significantly enhanced by adding a specific kind of seaweed extract to the composition, and that not only the moisturizing and soothing efficacy of the composition can be enhanced but also the composition can be stably stored in a liquid form without lyophilization by adding a specific kind of polyol to the composition. The composition with the moisturizing and relieving effects has high stability and long shelf life, and can keep the activity of the effective components to the maximum extent.

1.3 test results
TABLE 2 stability statistics
The data in Table 2 shows that the addition of the composition to the product system clearly compares the differences between the examples and the comparative examples. The concrete expression is as follows: when the composition does not contain the polyhydric alcohol or the polyhydric alcohol is only glycerol, a product added with the composition has poor stability in a heat resistance test and a freeze-thaw test, and is particularly characterized in that indexes such as appearance, viscosity and the like of the product are greatly changed. The results of this experiment suggest that whether or not a polyol is added to the composition of the present invention and the particular type of polyol added have a great effect on the stability of the product comprising the composition of the present invention. In addition, the composition treated by the conventional hot reflux extraction is added into a product, has great influence on physical and chemical indexes such as appearance, viscosity and the like of a system, and has very remarkable formula stability after being treated by the method. The compositions of the present invention are shown to have superior stability over conventional actives.
Effect example 2: testing of skin moisture content and skin moisture loss (TEWL)
The moisture test adopts the recognized methodThe method-capacitance method, TEWL is an important parameter for evaluating the function of the skin moisture protective layer, and has been widely accepted internationally. The more intact the skin protection layer, the higher the moisture content and the lower the value of TEWL for skin moisture loss. The skin moisture test can find out in time whether the protective function of the skin has been destroyed.

2.2 skin moisture content and TEWL test methods
The products of examples 4 to 6 and comparative examples 5, 7 to 8 were subjected to the following experiments.
36 dry skin people (people with the accumulated stabbing pain feeling more than or equal to 3 points) are selected, the age is 20-45 years old, and the age is half of that of men and women. Groups were randomized into 3 groups of 6 males and 6 females. Any product (cosmetics or external medicines or internal health care products) cannot be used for 15 days before the tested part. Before the test, the subject was asked to wash and cleanse the face and sit still for 30min in a constant temperature and humidity room at a temperature of 22 + -1 deg.C and a humidity of 50 + -5% 2 hours after the washing, and to maintain a relaxed state.
In the experiment, a half face test is carried out according to a random table, one side is an example 4-6, the other side is a comparative example 5, 7-8, the left nasolabial sulcus part and the right nasolabial sulcus part of a volunteer are selected to carry out a skin moisture content test and a moisture loss (TEWL) test, and the average value of 3 values is taken as the data (D0) of the nasolabial sulcus moisture content and the data (D0) of the nasolabial sulcus skin moisture loss (TEWL). After the test is finished, the volunteers need to use the product according to the requirements, one side face is coated with one product, and the other side face is coated with the other product. Trial was continued for 28 days and required a return visit on day 14 (D14) and day 28 (D28) of the trial.
2.3 results of the experiment
Table 3: moisture content test Change Rate Unit (%)
The results of skin hydration and TEWL are shown by the data in Table 3 to clearly compare the efficacy differences between the examples and the comparative examples. The concrete expression is as follows: the fucus in example 4 was replaced by the following materials in the weight ratio of 1: 2, the moisturizing effect of the product of comparative example 5 on the skin is much deteriorated, which indicates that the moisturizing effect of the product comprising the composition of the present invention may be related to the specific kinds of the ingredients in the composition of the present invention, that is, it is not possible to combine any kind of seaweed extract with the oat extract, the tremella extract and the cactus extract so that the product comprising the composition of the present invention has a significant moisturizing effect. The moisturizing effect on skin of the product of comparative example 6 was much less good after removal of the polyol composition of example 4, indicating that the moisturizing effect of the product comprising the composition of the invention may additionally be related to the combination of polyols in the composition of the invention. In addition, as shown in comparative example 8, the composition treated by the conventional hot reflux extraction also has poor moisturizing effect on the skin, which shows that the treatment process according to the present invention can ensure the activity of the product more and make the moisturizing effect of the product more excellent.
