优选的,胶水包括淀粉胶体溶液、丙烯酸酯类胶水、纯丙乳液和聚氨酯类聚合物中的一种或几种。更优选的,胶水按照重量百分比包括淀粉胶体溶液60-90%和水性胶体或油性胶水10-50%,利用淀粉胶体溶液替代部分水性胶水或油性胶水,减少水性胶水和油性胶水的使用量,增加胶水的环保性。
优选的,淀粉胶体溶液按照重量百分比包括淀粉50-60%和余量的水,淀粉的粒径为300-2000目,淀粉和水发生反应成为粒径为20000-15000目的胶体溶液。
优选的,功能材料包括食用苏打粉、柠檬酸、洗洁精、抑菌剂、纺织用三防整理剂、消杀剂中一种或几种。食用苏打粉的作用为去油污,柠檬酸的作用为分解油渍进而除去油污,也可以利用其酸性起到一定的抑菌效果,两者去污方法去污轻松,健康环保,还具有打磨抛光的作用,使餐具、水龙头和水管等更光亮洁净。洗洁精为现有技术中制备的洗洁精,或者市售洗洁精,并且洗洁精为浓缩型洗洁精,主要作用是加强百洁布的去油去污效果。抑菌剂主要用于抑制细菌的产生,避免百洁布多次使用产生各种细菌,危害身体健康。纺织用三防整理剂可起到防油、防水、防污的作用,使百洁布产品不易粘上油污,清洗更加方便,尤其是短纤只有涤纶化纤时,可适当增加纺织用三防整理剂的量,避免涤纶化纤制成的百洁布在使用过程中粘附油污。消杀剂主要用于杀菌消毒,可以是酒精液体,也可以是凝胶等具有粘度的消杀剂。
优选的,食用苏打粉占胶水重量的20-50%,柠檬酸占胶水重量的5-10%,洗洁精占胶水重量的5-20%。
优选的,抑菌剂占胶水重量的0.1-0.5%,抑菌剂为儿茶素、聚六亚甲基双胍、银离子、铜离子和锌离子中的一种或几种。
优选的,消杀剂占胶水重量的3-5%,消杀剂包括纯度为75%的酒精和凝胶消杀剂中的一种或两种。
优选的,纺织用三防整理剂占胶水重量的0.3-2%。
因此,本发明采用上述结构的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,通过将功能材料与胶水混合,进而使百洁布具有良好的去油去污效果和抑菌杀菌效果。
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
以下将对本发明进行进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明并不限于本实施例。
实施例1
一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将短纤放入混合仓中进行混合整理得到混合整理料,短纤为尼龙化纤;
(2)将混合整理料放入梳理机中进行梳理后铺开成片状物料;
(3)片状物料用针刺机进行针刺;
(4)对针刺后的片状物料的两面喷粘结混合液,然后放入烘箱中进行烘干得到百洁布成品,粘结混合液包括胶水和功能材料。
胶水为丙烯酸酯类胶水,功能材料包括食用苏打粉、柠檬酸和洗洁精,其中食用苏打粉占胶水重量的30%,柠檬酸占胶水重量的7%,洗洁精占胶水重量的10%。实施例1制成的百洁布成品可作为日抛型百洁布。
实施例2
一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将短纤放入混合仓中进行混合整理得到混合整理料,短纤为尼龙化纤和植物纤维的混合物;
(2)将混合整理料放入梳理机中进行梳理后铺开成片状物料;
(3)片状物料用针刺机进行针刺;
(4)对针刺后的片状物料的两面喷粘结混合液,然后放入烘箱中进行烘干得到百洁布成品,粘结混合液包括胶水和功能材料。
胶水为丙烯酸酯类胶水,功能材料包括食用苏打粉、柠檬酸、洗洁精、抑菌剂、纺织用三防整理剂和消杀剂,其中食用苏打粉占胶水重量的40%,柠檬酸占胶水重量的8%,洗洁精占胶水重量的15%,抑菌剂占胶水重量的0.4%,抑菌剂为银离子和锌离子的混合物,消杀剂占胶水重量的4%,消杀剂为纯度为75%的酒精,纺织用三防整理剂占胶水重量的0.5%。粘结混合液为胶水和各种功能材料搅拌混合形成的。
实施例3
一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将短纤放入混合仓中进行混合整理得到混合整理料,短纤为植物纤维;
(2)将混合整理料放入梳理机中进行梳理后铺开成片状物料;
(3)片状物料用针刺机进行针刺;
(4)对针刺后的片状物料的两面喷粘结混合液,然后放入烘箱中进行烘干得到百洁布成品,粘结混合液包括胶水和功能材料。
胶水按照重量百分比包括水性胶水10%和淀粉胶体溶液90%,淀粉胶体溶液为500目的60%的淀粉和40%的水混合在90-100℃下反应生成的17000目的胶体溶液,功能材料包括食用苏打粉、柠檬酸、洗洁精、抑菌剂、纺织用三防整理剂和消杀剂,其中食用苏打粉占胶水重量的30%,柠檬酸占胶水重量的6%,洗洁精占胶水重量的8%,抑菌剂占胶水重量的0.3%,抑菌剂为铜离子、儿茶素和聚六亚甲基双胍的混合物,消杀剂占胶水重量的5%,消杀剂为纯度为75%的酒精,纺织用三防整理剂占胶水重量的1.2%。粘结混合液为胶水和各种功能材料搅拌混合形成的。
按照国家标准GB/T20944-2007对实施例1-3制成的百洁布成品进行抑菌试验,实验结果见表1。

从表1中可以看出实施例1中由于没有添加抑菌剂和消杀剂,百洁布的抑菌率下降较为明显,可作为一次性百洁布使用,实施例2-3制成的百洁布成品在使用15天和30天后,抑菌率没有明显下降,并且使用实施例1-3的百洁布成品清洗餐具可以将餐具上的油污快速洗净,去油污效果明显。
因此,本发明采用上述结构的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,通过将功能材料与胶水混合,进而使百洁布具有良好的去油去污效果和抑菌杀菌效果。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将短纤放入混合仓中进行混合整理得到混合整理料;
(2)将混合整理料放入梳理机中进行梳理后铺开成片状物料;
(3)片状物料用针刺机进行针刺;
(4)对针刺后的片状物料的两面喷粘结混合液,然后放入烘箱中进行烘干得到百洁布成品,粘结混合液包括胶水和功能材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:短纤包括尼龙化纤、涤纶化纤、植物纤维中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:胶水包括水性胶水或油性胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:胶水包括淀粉胶体溶液、丙烯酸酯类胶水、纯丙乳液和聚氨酯类聚合物中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:淀粉胶体溶液按照重量百分比包括淀粉50-60%和余量的水,淀粉的粒径为300-2000目,淀粉和水发生反应成为粒径为20000-15000目的胶体溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:功能材料包括食用苏打粉、柠檬酸、洗洁精、抑菌剂、纺织用三防整理剂、消杀剂中一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:食用苏打粉占胶水重量的20-50%,柠檬酸占胶水重量的5-10%,洗洁精占胶水重量的5-20%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:抑菌剂占胶水重量的0.1-0.5%,抑菌剂为儿茶素、聚六亚甲基双胍、银离子、铜离子和锌离子中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:消杀剂占胶水重量的3-5%,消杀剂包括纯度为75%的酒精和凝胶消杀剂中的一种或两种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种去油去污抑菌百洁布的制备方法,其特征在于:纺织用三防整理剂占胶水重量的0.3-2%。
