Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能环保型吸附材料,按照以下步骤制备得到:将核桃壳放入烧结炉中,烧结,研磨粉碎得到碳化颗粒;将硅藻土和碳化颗粒混合均匀,球磨过筛,得到核桃壳基碳复合材料;配制壳聚糖磷酸水溶液;将四氧化三铁和粘合剂加入水中,分散,加入核桃壳基碳复合材料,加入壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,挤压成型得到颗粒料;本发明采用核桃壳为原料制备环保型吸附材料,具有较高的孔隙度和比表面积,与硅藻土材料混合后,吸附效果好,可有效吸附废气中的各种有机小分子杂质;同时本发明还加入了壳聚糖,壳聚糖中的氨基可以与废气中的酸性物质成盐,进而达到除去废气中酸性有害物质的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理材料技术领域,具体说是一种多功能环保型吸附材料及其用途。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,工业化程度不断加快,工业废气的产生量逐年递增。这些工业废气中含有大量的固体颗粒、有机小分子物质和酸性气体,如果不能够及时处理,排入空气中会对自然环境造成沉重的负担。所以,必须采取有效的措施,高效处理工业废气中的有害物质。目前,废气处理的方法包括物理法、化学法和生物法。其中物理法采用廉价的多孔吸附材料,比如活性炭、硅藻土、介孔二氧化硅等,具有吸附效果好、成本低的优点,广泛应用于环境中废气的处理。但是现有的吸附材料粉末状态比较多,吸附气体后不容易后处理,并且对废气的处理效果一般,吸附后固体不可回收等缺点。我们迫切需要一种可回收的环保型吸附材料。
核桃壳是一种廉价的农副产品,具有产量高、价格低、质硬等优点,且由核桃壳制备的碳基材料具有较高的孔隙度和比表面积,可用于制备环境用吸附材料。目前已有许多专利以核桃壳为原料制备污水用吸附材料,但是其制备工艺复杂,性能单一。
因此,目前急需研发一种吸附效率高、吸附气体种类多并且吸附气体后可回收利用的吸附材料。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种多功能环保型吸附材料及其用途。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种多功能环保型吸附材料,按照以下步骤制备得到:
将四氧化三铁加入到其质量10~15倍的水中,向其中加入粘合剂,搅拌分散0.5~1小时,加入步骤所得的核桃壳基碳复合材料,升温至70~80℃,加入步骤所得壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,搅拌1~3小时后离心,静置1小时,去除上清液,得到混合浆体;
其中核桃壳、硅藻土、壳聚糖、四氧化三铁和粘合剂的质量比为100:10~20:30~50:8~12:2~5。
优选的,所述磷酸水溶液的质量浓度为10~15%。
优选的,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇、糊精或淀粉。
优选的,所述壳聚糖的分子量为10~20万,脱乙酰度大于85%。
优选的,所述粘合剂为聚乙烯醇。
优选的,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为8~10万。
本发明还包括一种多功能环保型吸附材料在废气吸附处理材料中的应用。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明采用核桃壳为原料制备环保型吸附材料,具有较高的孔隙度和比表面积,与硅藻土材料混合后,吸附效果好,可有效吸附废气中的各种有机小分子杂质;同时本发明还加入了壳聚糖,壳聚糖中的氨基可以与废气中的酸性物质成盐,进而达到除去废气中酸性有害物质的目的。
本发明的多功能环保型吸附材料,采用粘合剂将四氧化三铁粘附在核桃壳基碳复合材料上,不仅能将有害气体吸附至吸附材料表面,还能使有害气体和吸附材料之间形成化学吸附,并且通过四氧化三铁的氧化催化作用,将有害气体转化成无毒气体,达到彻底净化的目的;本发明的多功能环保型吸附材料的水分含量设置为10~15%,能将有害气体在吸附后转化成盐类,便于后续处理。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能环保型吸附材料及其用途,以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种多功能环保型吸附材料,按照以下步骤制备得到:
将8kg四氧化三铁加入到80kg水中,向其中加入2kg粘合剂糊精,搅拌分散0.5小时,加入步骤所得的核桃壳基碳复合材料,升温至70℃,加入步骤所得壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,搅拌1小时后离心,静置1小时,去除上清液,得到混合浆体;
实施例2
一种多功能环保型吸附材料,按照以下步骤制备得到:
将12kg四氧化三铁加入到180kg水中,向其中加入5kg粘合剂淀粉,搅拌分散1小时,加入步骤所得的核桃壳基碳复合材料,升温至80℃,加入步骤所得壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,搅拌3小时后离心,静置1小时,去除上清液,得到混合浆体;
实施例3
一种多功能环保型吸附材料,按照以下步骤制备得到:
将9kg四氧化三铁加入到108kg水中,向其中加入4kg粘合剂聚乙烯醇,搅拌分散45分钟,加入步骤所得的核桃壳基碳复合材料,升温至72℃,加入步骤所得壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,搅拌1.5小时后离心,静置1小时,去除上清液,得到混合浆体;
实施例4
一种多功能环保型吸附材料,按照以下步骤制备得到:
将10kg四氧化三铁加入到140kg水中,向其中加入4kg粘合剂聚乙烯醇,搅拌分散40分钟,加入步骤所得的核桃壳基碳复合材料,升温至75℃,加入步骤所得壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,搅拌2小时后离心,静置1小时,去除上清液,得到混合浆体;所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为8~10万;
将本发明实施例4的多功能环保型吸附材料1kg置于厚度10cm的蜂窝状的塑料支架中,制成空气净化器用的过滤网,再将过滤网置于空气净化器中,开启空气净化器,参照GB/T18801的测试方法进行空气净化器去除甲醛的实验研究,得到不同时间段的甲醛去除率,如表1所示。
结果显示,本发明实施例实施例4的多功能环保型吸附材料在1小时之内对甲醛的去除率达到95%以上,甲醛CADR计算数值为95.45m3/h。

将本发明实施例4的多功能环保型吸附材料1kg装入有机实验反应釜(50L)的尾气吸收装置中,同时做空白对比实验,实验结束后,对尾气的含量检测如表2所示。

结果显示,本发明实施例实施例4的多功能环保型吸附材料对氯化氢和二氧化硫的去除率均达到97%以上。

1.一种多功能环保型吸附材料,其特征在于:按照以下步骤制备得到:
将四氧化三铁加入到其质量10~15倍的水中,向其中加入粘合剂,搅拌分散0.5~1小时,加入步骤所得的核桃壳基碳复合材料,升温至70~80℃,加入步骤所得壳聚糖磷酸水溶液,搅拌1~3小时后离心,静置1小时,去除上清液,得到混合浆体;
其中核桃壳、硅藻土、壳聚糖、四氧化三铁和粘合剂的质量比为100:10~20:30~50:8~12:2~5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能环保型吸附材料,其特征在于:所述磷酸水溶液的质量浓度为10~15%。
