A flexibility training device for physical exercise comprises a base (1), wherein a seat rest part is arranged on the base (1), and the flexibility training device is characterized by further comprising a leg training mechanism, the leg training mechanism is connected with the base (1), the leg training mechanism is provided with two groups of legs for placing trainers, the leg training mechanism comprises a bottom frame (2) which can be horizontally and rotatably connected with the base (1), a leg placing structure (3) which can rotate in a vertical plane is hinged to the upper part of the bottom frame (2), a horizontal rotation driving part for driving the bottom frame (2) to rotate is further arranged in the base (1), and a longitudinal rotation driving part for driving the leg placing structure (3) to rotate is further arranged on the bottom frame (2); the leg placing structure (3) is provided with a thigh massaging structure (4), and the front end of the leg placing structure (3) is also provided with a shank placing structure which can be adjusted in a telescopic way; the chassis (2) is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'ji' and comprises a driving arm (5) horizontally extending into the base (1), a roller (6) is arranged on the lower end face of the other end of the chassis, the driving arm (5) is rotatably connected with the base (1), and a longitudinal rotation driving part is arranged on the driving arm (5).

The flexibility training device for sports, according to claim 1, characterized in that the end of the driving arm (5) is rotatably connected with the base (1) through the main shaft (7), the horizontal rotation driving part comprises a stepping motor (8), a first chain wheel (9) and a first chain (10), the first chain wheel (9) is arranged at the output ends of the main shaft (7) and the stepping motor (8), the first chain wheel (10) is sleeved on the two first chain wheels (9), the stepping motor (8) drives the base frame (2) to horizontally rotate through the first chain wheel (10), and the roller (6) at the other end of the base frame (2) is used for moving and supporting.

A flexibility training device for sports activities according to claim 1 characterized in that said leg rest structures (3) comprise thigh rest structures and calf rest structures, the thigh rest structures being of a groove (14) like design, the bottom of the groove (14) being arranged with thigh massaging structures (4), and the groove (14) being provided with thigh baffles (15) on both sides.

A flexibility training device for sports activities according to claim 4 characterized in that a detachable base plate (16) is provided in the recess (14) on the upper side of the thigh massaging structure (4); the shank placing structure comprises a shank supporting plate (17) and pedals (18), drawing rails (19) are arranged on two sides of the groove (14) on the large pushing and massaging structure portion, the shank supporting plate (17) is fixed between the drawing rails (19) on the two sides, and the pedals (18) are arranged at the tail end of the shank supporting plate (17).
