The device for leg movement of the ICU patient is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), wherein a frame body (15) is fixed on the left side of the bottom plate (1), a rotating shaft (17) is arranged on the frame body (15), and two leg moving mechanisms which enable legs of the ICU patient to be curled up and stretched are connected to the rotating shaft (17) side by side and correspond to the left leg and the right leg of the ICU patient; the leg moving mechanism comprises an eccentric cam (5) connected with the rotating shaft (17) through a key, a T-shaped sliding groove (23) surrounding the circumference of the eccentric cam (5) is formed in a convex ridge of the eccentric cam (5), the T-shaped sliding groove (23) is connected with a T-shaped sliding block (7) in a sliding mode, the T-shaped sliding block (7) is connected with the lower end of a lifting rod (6) in the vertical direction, the installation directions of the eccentric cams (5) of the leg moving mechanism enabling the legs of the ICU patient to be curled up and stretched on the rotating shaft (17) are opposite, and therefore when the legs of the ICU patient move, when one leg curls up, the other leg alternately curls up and stretches; a leg supporting body (8) is arranged at the upper end of the lifting rod (6), the leg supporting body (8) is saddle-shaped, a vibration mechanism (20) is arranged in the leg supporting body (8), and the vibration mechanism (20) is electrically connected with a power supply through a vibration control switch; the upper surface of the leg support body (8) is also provided with a rubber layer or a silica gel layer, and the rubber layer or the silica gel layer is provided with a plurality of massage bulges; the lifting rod (6) is also sleeved with a guide cylinder (9), and the guide cylinder (9) is fixed on the frame body (15); the lifting rod (6) is a rod body with adjustable length, wherein the lifting rod (6) is locked by a locking mechanism (16) to the length thereof; a first gear (24) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (17), the first gear (24) is meshed with a second gear (25), the second gear (25) is connected with an output shaft fixed shaft of a motor (4), the motor (4) is fixed to the frame body (15), and the motor (4) is electrically connected with a power supply through a motor controller; the left end and the right end of the rotating shaft (17) are respectively connected with a slider-crank mechanism (13), wherein the crank of each slider-crank mechanism (13) is respectively fixedly connected with the end of the corresponding rotating shaft (17), and the slider (21) of each slider-crank mechanism (13) is respectively connected with a sliding rail (12) in a sliding manner; the sliding rail (12) is arranged on the supporting platform (2), and the supporting platform (2) is fixed on the bottom plate (1) through a bracket; the slide block (21) of each crank slide block mechanism (13) is also provided with a pedal part (10) respectively; the connecting rod of the crank sliding block mechanism (13) is a rod body with adjustable length; the foot pedal part (10) comprises a groove body matched with the foot part in shape, the lower end of the groove body is hinged to a corresponding sliding block (21) through a hinge shaft (22), the back face of a groove of the groove body is connected with the sliding block (21) through a spring (11), an electric heating body (3) is arranged inside the groove bottom of the groove body, and the electric heating body (3) is electrically connected with a power supply through an electric heating control switch.

An arrangement for leg mobilization of ICU-patient according to claim 2, characterized in that the height of the couch (18) is adjustable, that the connecting piece (19) is an L-shaped rod comprising a transversal bar at its upper end and a vertical bar in vertical direction, wherein the transversal bar is connected to the couch (18), and the vertical bar is fixedly connected at its lower end to the base plate (1), and that the vertical bar is a length adjustable rod.
4. An arrangement for leg mobilization of a ICU patient according to claim 3, characterized in that a plurality of rollers (14) are provided under both the couch (18) and the base plate (1).
