According to the invention, the potted landscape rape with flower is bred into the sterile line, so that the flowering time of the potted landscape rape flower can be prolonged, the ornamental value is improved, the pollen dispersion of indoor and scenic spots can be reduced, and the body health of the allergic residents can be protected.

Description

Breeding method of bonsai ornamental rape
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rape breeding, and particularly relates to a breeding method of a rape variety suitable for potted landscape ornamental.
Background
The rape flower is beautiful and elegant, is deeply loved by people, and therefore has wide application in rural tourism and scenic spot construction. At present, rape flowers are mainly planted in fields, but the influence of external factors on the field rape flowers is large, and the field rape flowers usually need to be driven to suburbs or rural areas to be viewed in proper weather. However, if the rape flowers can be cultivated through the bonsai, the rape flowers can be watched at any time and any place by placing the rape flowers in scenes such as homes, scenic spots, exhibition halls and the like, and therefore the entertainment life of people is greatly enriched.
However, the current rape varieties are mainly bred around the yield level, the height of the rape is about 200cm when the rape is mature, the height of the rape is about 160cm when the rape blooms, the rape has large biomass and loose inflorescence, the rape is generally suitable for field planting and large-population planting, and if the rape is directly used as potted landscape ornamental rape to be planted, the plant type is too high, the head and feet are light, the potted landscape is easy to fall down, the flowering branches are long, the flower type is dispersed, and the attractiveness is insufficient. Therefore, the prior art discloses a breeding method of rape varieties suitable for balcony cultivation, which comprises the steps of hybridizing a cabbage type rape line 167B serving as a female parent with a floral kale, and then carrying out multi-generation backcross on the hybrid progeny by taking 167B as a male parent until a selfing group with stable and consistent specific characters is obtained; and then carrying out dark culture on the seeds, reserving a young embryo with the hypocotyl shorter than 3.0cm, carrying out multi-generation selfing on a single plant with the height of less than 70cm at the initial flowering stage after culturing until obtaining homozygous and stable short-stalk selfing line seeds, namely the rape variety suitable for balcony cultivation. Although the technology overcomes the defect that the cabbage type rape is not suitable for balcony potting and urban greening, the growth period of the material flower kale used by the technology is longer than that of the traditional medium-ripened cabbage type rape, the full growth period exceeds 210 days, the flowering period is late, the kale can bloom only through strict vernalization, the adverse factors of long growth period, late flowering, strong winter and the like can be brought when the material is transferred into the rape through artificial hybridization, and the cultivation of potted ornamental rape flowers cannot be realized. In addition, the technology introduces the seedling stage ornamental property of the collard into the rape variety through distant hybridization and backcross, so that only one improved variety can be obtained in one cultivation period, the breeding efficiency is low, and the rape variety cultivated by the technology is a non-sterile line and is not friendly to pollen allergic people.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention mainly solves the technical problems of long growth period, late flowering and strong winter property of the existing bonsai ornamental rape.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem of how to obtain a plurality of improved varieties simultaneously in one cultivation period so as to improve the breeding efficiency.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

(2) planting the M1 seeds, selecting a single plant with the plant height of 30-60cm for selfing in the flowering period, selecting a weak winter early-maturing short stalk mutant single plant with the plant height of 30-100cm in the mature period and the full growth period of less than 180 days, and harvesting M2 seeds;
(3) planting the M2 generation seeds, and harvesting M3 generation seeds according to the method in the step (2);
(4) planting seeds of the M3 generation, hybridizing the seeds with rape varieties with different flower colors and leaf colors and large petals respectively in the flowering period, backcrossing for 2-3 generations to obtain short-stalk single plants with different flower colors and leaf colors and large petals, planting seeds of the short-stalk single plants, selfing for 5-6 generations to obtain short-stalk homozygous lines with different leaf colors and flower colors and large petals.
