技术领域
本发明属于金属表面纳米化处理技术领域,具体是指一种纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是指半固态的润滑剂,包括以矿物油、植物油和/或其它流体润滑剂乳化的增稠剂,典型地是皂类。润滑脂具有很高的初始粘度,主要满足低转速、高负荷、长周期润滑保护环境。
润滑脂也通过润滑抗磨作用防止表面腐蚀和机械磨损从而保护机械润滑机构,润滑脂帮助分散热量、隔绝固体和液体污染物,并且减少噪音。因此润滑脂除了具有润滑效果外,一般都具有防锈、冷却、清洁、密封和减振等功能。充足的润滑允许设备平稳持续运行,仅有轻微的磨损并且在例如轴承等部件处没有过多的应力或咬粘。当润滑失效时,部件会破坏性地彼此摩擦,造成损坏、发热以及故障。
随着现有技术的发展,金属表面纳米化即利用各种物理或化学方法将材料的表层晶粒细化至纳米量级,制备出具有一定深度的纳米结构的表层,但是基体仍然保持原有的粗晶状态,借以改善和提高金属材料的表面性能,如疲劳强度、抗应力腐蚀和耐磨性等。金属表面纳米结构表层的硬度显著提高,表面以下亚微晶层的硬度也显著增加。在提高金属材料表面整体性能的同时不明显降低金属材料的韧性,有效地提高机械零件的抗疲劳、耐磨、防腐等性能,从而保障机械装备安全稳定运行,延长其有效服役寿命,具有重要的经济和实用价值,应用前景十分广阔。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种对原有润滑脂的皂纤维表面液相的结合超强,具有很好的胶体安定性,适合于高强度负荷以及大质量主轴承等重负荷机械设备的润滑,抗磨强度大,对使用中的轴承润滑脂有较强的适应性,对使用中的轴承表面有一定的修复作用的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明一种纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,包括如下重量份的原料组成:合成润滑油55-60份、复配蓖麻油18-22份、天然脂肪酸锂皂11-13份、抗氧化防锈剂0.5-1份、极压剂1-2份、有机钼4-6份、钠基膨润土0.5-1份、稀土1-2份、石墨烯1-2份。
优选地,所述纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,包括如下重量的组分:合成润滑油59份、复配蓖麻油20份、天然脂肪酸锂皂10份、抗氧化防锈剂1份、极压剂1份、有机钼5份、钠基膨润土1份、稀土1份、石墨烯1份。
本发明还公开了一种纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备相应重量份的原料,取石墨烯、稀土和钠基膨润土按照比例混合,放入高频振动筛内,在常温常压下,纳米筛全部通过,得到核心粉体;
步骤二:将天然脂肪酸锂皂、合成润滑油、复配蓖麻油、有机钼、抗氧化防锈剂、极压剂按照相应比例加入反应釜内,加热到180℃,加压到2个大气压,匀速转动4h,制备得到润滑脂;
步骤三:将步骤二制得的润滑脂冷却至100℃,将步骤一所得的核心粉体倒入润滑脂内,在常压下保持10℃,匀速转动反应釜2h,即得成品纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂。
其中,所述合成润滑油为中等粘度合成润滑油,所述复配蓖麻油为中等粘度复配蓖麻油。
进一步地,所述天然脂肪酸锂皂为硬质酸或12-羟基硬脂酸。
进一步地,所述极压剂为质量比为2:8的含硫极压剂与含磷极压剂的混合物,所述含硫极压剂为烷基多硫化物或、硫代酯肪酸酯或二者的混合物,所述含磷极压剂选自烷基磷酸酯醇胺盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚磷酸酯胺盐或二者的混合物。
进一步地,所述抗氧化防锈剂采用双辛基DZZP。
进一步地,所述有机钼采用二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、钼胺络合物、环烷酸钼中的一种或多种的混合物。
采用上述方案本发明取得的有益效果如下:本方案的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,因为加入了石墨烯等新型环保材料和超级抗磨材料,对原有润滑脂的皂纤维表面液相的结合超强,具有很好的胶体安定性,这种润滑脂适合冶金行业、锻造机械、齿轮高强度负荷,高温条件下的机械设备、工矿企业高负荷下的轴承、齿轮的润滑。还可适用于载重车辆摩擦部位、大型发电机组轴承、风力发电设备的主轴承等重负荷机械设备的润滑,具有广泛的适用性,便于推广使用。经测试是目前锂基脂润滑油极压抗磨强度的2倍以上,对使用中的轴承润滑脂有较强的适应性,对使用中的轴承表面有一定的修复作用。

本发明一种纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,包括如下重量的原料组成:合成润滑油59份、复配蓖麻油20份、天然脂肪酸锂皂10份、抗氧化防锈剂1份、极压剂1份、有机钼5份、钠基膨润土1份、稀土1份、石墨烯1份。
其中,合成润滑油为中等粘度合成润滑油,所述复配蓖麻油为中等粘度复配蓖麻油,天然脂肪酸锂皂为硬质酸或12-羟基硬脂酸,所述极压剂为质量比为2:8的含硫极压剂与含磷极压剂的混合物,所述含硫极压剂为烷基多硫化物或、硫代酯肪酸酯或二者的混合物,所述含磷极压剂选自烷基磷酸酯醇胺盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚磷酸酯胺盐或二者的混合物;抗氧化防锈剂采用双辛基DZZP;有机钼采用二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、钼胺络合物、环烷酸钼中的一种或多种的混合物。
纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备相应重量份的原料,取石墨烯、稀土和钠基膨润土按照比例混合,放入高频振动筛内,在常温常压下,纳米筛全部通过,得到核心粉体;
步骤二:将天然脂肪酸锂皂、合成润滑油、复配蓖麻油、有机钼、抗氧化防锈剂、极压剂按照相应比例加入反应釜内,加热到180℃,加压到2个大气压,匀速转动4h,制备得到润滑脂;
步骤三:将步骤二制得的润滑脂冷却至100℃,将步骤一所得的核心粉体倒入润滑脂内,在常压下保持10℃,匀速转动反应釜2h,即得成品纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂。
经试验测试是目前锂基脂润滑油极压抗磨强度的2倍以上,对使用中的轴承润滑脂有较强的适应性,对使用中的轴承表面有一定的修复作用。

Claims (8)
1.纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于,包括如下重量的原料组成:合成润滑油55-60份、复配蓖麻油18-22份、天然脂肪酸锂皂11-13份、抗氧化防锈剂0.5-1份、极压剂1-2份、有机钼4-6份、钠基膨润土0.5-1份、稀土1-2份、石墨烯1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于,包括如下重量的组分:合成润滑油59份、复配蓖麻油20份、天然脂肪酸锂皂10份、抗氧化防锈剂1份、极压剂1份、有机钼5份、钠基膨润土1份、稀土1份、石墨烯1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:准备相应重量份的原料,取石墨烯、稀土和钠基膨润土按照比例混合,放入高频振动筛内,在常温常压下,纳米筛全部通过,得到核心粉体;
步骤二:将天然脂肪酸锂皂、合成润滑油、复配蓖麻油、有机钼、抗氧化防锈剂、极压剂按照相应比例加入反应釜内,加热到180℃,加压到2个大气压,匀速转动4h,制备得到润滑脂;
步骤三:将步骤二制得的润滑脂冷却至100℃,将步骤一所得的核心粉体倒入润滑脂内,在常压下保持10℃,匀速转动反应釜2h,即得成品纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于:所述合成润滑油为中等粘度合成润滑油,所述复配蓖麻油为中等粘度复配蓖麻油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于:所述天然脂肪酸锂皂为硬质酸或12-羟基硬脂酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于:所述极压剂为质量比为2:8的含硫极压剂与含磷极压剂的混合物,所述含硫极压剂为烷基多硫化物或、硫代酯肪酸酯或二者的混合物,所述含磷极压剂选自烷基磷酸酯醇胺盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚磷酸酯胺盐或二者的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化防锈剂采用双辛基DZZP。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纳米石墨烯极压抗磨修复润滑脂,其特征在于:所述有机钼采用二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼、钼胺络合物、环烷酸钼中的一种或多种的混合物。
