本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种调节肠功能的压片糖果。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活节奏越来越快,生活压力也越来越大,不良饮食习惯和不良排便习惯的人越来越多,功能性便秘(排便费力、排便次数减少、排不尽感和粪便干结等)和肠功能减弱的人群越来越年轻化,人数越来越多。功能性便秘已经成为影响现代人生活质量的重要因素。
肠功能主要是吸收营养和排出食物残渣。正常肠功能下大便多为一天一到两次或两天一次,大便成形,为软便,排便顺畅干净。功能性便秘和肠功能减弱的表现为排便费力、排不尽感和粪便干结。功能性便秘分三种类型。第一种:慢传输型便秘又称结肠无力。是指结肠动力障碍以及结肠运动缓慢使内容物滞留在结肠所致的便秘。第二种:功能性出口梗阻型便秘,是患者直肠肛门功能异常。如排便时肛门括约肌不协调,排便反射缺如或盆底痉挛综合症所致。第三种:混合型便秘,即具有上述两型便秘的特点或两者均不典型。
调理肠功能的压片糖果主要是改善结肠动力障碍和出口梗阻,从而改善肠运动,使营养物质在小肠充分吸收的前提下,促进代谢废物尽快排出,改善排便费力、大便排不尽感和粪便干结分泌的现象,还可以使原有的积存在肠道皱壁上的宿便(黑便或棕绿色便)排出体外。起到清宿排毒,改善新陈代谢和调节免疫功能的目的。
目前市场上调理肠功能压片糖果的作用类似于番泻叶、果导片和三黄片等药物的腹泻作用的机理。特点是:服药即泄,便不成形,多为稀便,便不尽感,虽然短期内解决了排便问题,但让肠道慢慢失去了自主排便的功能,使肠功能减弱,肠蠕动减慢或消失,导致腹胀,排便不畅,大便淤积,从而因为肠功能的紊乱引起机体的消化、吸收、排泄、免疫等功能紊乱,进一步引起内分泌和代谢紊乱,出现月经失调,黄褐斑增多等现象。

山梨糖醇是营养性甜味剂、湿润剂、螯合剂和稳定剂;是一种具有保湿功能的特殊甜味剂;在人体内不转化为葡萄糖,不受胰岛素的控制,适合糖尿病人使用;
D-甘露糖醇是一种低热量甜味剂;胶姆糖及糖果的防粘剂;营养增补剂及组织改良剂;保湿剂;
低聚果糖可以预防便秘。低聚果糖是一种水溶性的膳食纤维,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇、改善脂质,能够有效降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,对于因血脂升高而引起的高血压、动脉粥硬化也有比较好的改善作用;低聚果糖热能值不能被人体直接吸收,只能被肠道细菌吸收、利用,所以不会导致肥胖,对减肥也起到作用;低聚果糖可以促进生长发育和防止骨质疏松,同时可以促进维生素B族和叶酸的自然形成,提高人体的新陈代谢水平,提高免疫力和抗病力,预防和改善由体内毒素累积引起的皮肤性疾病。
菊粉可以控制血脂、降低血糖、促进矿物质的吸收、调节肠道微生物菌群、改善肠道健康、防止便秘、抑制有毒发酵产物的生成、保护肝脏、预防结肠癌、防便秘及治疗肥胖症膳食纤维减少食物在胃肠的停留时间、增加粪便量有效地治疗便秘,菊粉中有少量的2-9低聚果糖,研究表明,低聚果糖可使大脑神经细胞营养因子表达升高,对皮质酮诱导的神经元损作有很好的保护作用,具有良好的抗抑郁作用;
水苏糖可以润肠通便;水苏糖存在于自然界中的一种糖的化合物,其作用主要是可以改善小孩因为奶粉或者是消化功能弱所造成的便秘症状。老年患者由于气虚所导致的便秘症状也可服用水苏糖,可有效改善便秘;
圆苞车前子壳粉能够润肠通便;降低血胆固醇的功效;圆苞车前子纤维可用于防止/治疗便秘或腹泻,它可充分吸收水分,增大体积至可排泄团块,增加肠道蠕动,减少粪便在肠内运送时间,并逐渐变得有规律;预防结肠癌及其他肠胃疾病的罹患机率,纤维质可改变肠内微生物的种类及数目,另外,圆苞车前子纤维还发挥解毒剂的作用,过大量吸收水分和其他有害物质,增大粪便体积,使重金属和其他有害化学毒素被吸附在粪便团块内,从而降低致癌物或有害物质之浓度;同时,促进肠道蠕动,加速其排出,减少与肠壁粘膜接触的时间。因而可预防或降低结肠癌、大肠炎等肠道疾患之罹患机率;圆苞车前子纤维有助于控制饭后的血糖上升;圆苞车前子纤维使到达结肠内的物质体积增大,还能增加肠道的蠕动,减小对肠胃壁压力。这种调节作用有助于降低憩室炎的症状,甚至防止憩室炎的发病;控制体重,由于圆苞车前子壳含有丰富的水溶性纤维,遇水会膨胀形成数十倍的凝胶团,能增加饱足感,却不会提供热量,而且降低热量摄取。
复合果蔬酵素粉可以起到改善肠道功能的作用,具有促进胃肠道蠕动加速消化的功能;它还具有美容养颜的作用,对于青春期的人来说具有预防青春痘、色斑形成的作用,会让自己的皮肤变得更有水分;它还具有促进新陈代谢的作用;还具有降糖、血压、血脂的功效,从而预防肥胖的发生;还有提高人体的免疫力,预防某些疾病的发生。
凝结芽孢杆菌属芽孢杆菌属,细胞呈杆状,革兰氏(+)菌,端生芽孢,无鞭毛。它是一种益生菌、是活性菌,主要调节肠道的菌群,可以治疗因肠道菌群失调引起的急慢性腹泻,慢性便秘,腹胀和消化不良等;
鼠李糖乳杆菌能调节肠道菌群,LGG在人类肠道环境中定殖和繁殖后,仅仅是依附于宿主的肠上皮细胞,能够成为肠道粘膜的一层生物屏障,从而达到提升宿主肠道粘膜屏障能力;提升机体免疫力;预防和治疗腹泻;
乳双歧杆菌一种肠道的益生菌,可以抑制肠道内腐败菌的生长,同时在肠道里能够参与合成维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6和维生素K,对于人体有重要的作用。此外,乳双歧杆菌还可以促进食物的降解和吸收,能够预防缺铁性贫血或者骨软骨病;此外,乳双歧杆菌含有对人体的健康,产生生物屏障的作用,所以它具有一定的增强免疫力、抗肿瘤的作用;
长双歧杆菌是一种重要的肠道有益微生物,其作为一种生理性有益菌,对人体的健康十分重要;人体肠道内定植着大量微生物,肠道微生物与人体健康、疾病之间存在着十分密切的关系。正常情况下,人体内肠道微生物形成一个相对平衡的状态,一旦平衡被破坏,比如经常服用抗生素、放疗、化疗、免疫功能低下,都会导致肠道菌群失调,从而使许多有毒的物质产生过多,影响机体的健康;双歧杆菌和乳酸菌等有益菌能够抑制人体有害的细菌生长,抵抗病原菌的感染,合成人体所需的抗生素,促进人体对矿物质的吸收,刺激肠蠕动促进排便,防止便秘及抑制肠道腐败,净化肠道环境,刺激人体免疫系统,从而提高机体的抗病能力,都有着十分重要的作用;

玉米须粉味甘性平富含营养物质,不仅能增强人体的新陈代谢功能、还能调整人体的神经系统。玉米须粉可以利尿消肿、平肝利胆、降血压、止血等功能,治急、慢性肾炎、前列腺炎、水肿、急性胆囊炎、胆道结实和高血压等;

决明子粉能够紧肤,减肥,排毒,降火,清肝,明目,利水,润肠通便;现代药理研究证实,决明茶辅助医药防治各种眼病(对眼睛红肿,流泪,干涩有特效),高血压,高血脂(肥胖)和便秘也有明显效果,并且可调节和提高免疫力。取决明子粉10克加蜂蜜一起冲热水饮用,可减肥去脂,治疗便秘,对恢复脸色,去雀斑去口臭都有帮助;

一、压片糖果制备
在制备时,按配方比例选取原料组分,将各原料组分混合均匀,制粒,压片为每粒1.0g,每次服用3-6片,每日1-2次。
二、实验案例
1、实验一
准备实验例与对比例,其中,实验例将本产品与双歧杆菌共同培养,对比例将双歧杆菌单独培养,观察实验例与对比例的生长曲线,结合附图1,根据结果可以看出,本产品能够明显促进双歧杆菌的生长繁殖。
2、实验二
准备实验例一、实验例二、实验例三以及对比例一、对比例二、对比三,实验例一为将本产品与大肠杆菌共同培养,实验例二为将本产品与伤寒沙门氏菌共同培养,实验例三为将本产品与痢疾志贺菌共同培养;对比例一为将大肠杆菌单独培养,对比例二为将伤寒伤寒沙门氏菌单独培养,对比例三为将痢疾志贺菌单独培养;观察实验例一、实验例二、实验例三、对比例一、对比例二、对比例三的生长曲线,结合附图2,根据结果可以看出,本产品有效拮抗肠出血性大肠杆菌、痢疾志贺菌、伤寒伤寒沙门氏菌等场内有害产毒菌,消除产毒源,并分解食物残渣中的多聚糖为低聚糖,促进双岐杆菌等肠道有益菌协同繁殖,快速恢复肠道菌群平衡。
3、实验三
选择多名的实验人员,使实验人员连续14天服用本产品,检测实验人员服用前、服用14天后大便中吲哚含量、粪臭素含量,结合附图3,根据结果可以看出,口服产品14天后大便中吲哚含量下降40.39%,粪臭素含量下降50.46%,说明方便果能显著降低肠道中吲哚、粪臭素等肠毒素的含量,从而消除了肠毒素对肠道的毒害。
4、实验四
选择多名的实验人员,将其分为三组,实验一组连续服用本产品14天,实验二组连续服用本产品28天,对照组不服用本产品,结合附图4,根据结果可知,服用产品28后的显效率和总有效率显著高于服用14天,说明肠道菌群和肠动力恢复需要一个过程。
