Abstract
The invention discloses a waterline purifying and conditioning method for repairing intestinal villi of a laying hen, which comprises the following steps of (1) soaking and flushing a waterline of a laying hen house by using a chlorine preparation; (2) After the chlorine preparation disinfects the waterline for 1 to 2 weeks, the poultry acidity regulator is used for controlling the waterline pollution after the henhouse is turned off at night; (3) On the weekend of 2, the chicken house is turned off at night and then an iodine preparation is used for purifying the waterline; (4) In the 3 rd to 4 th weeks, acidulant, vitamin C and sodium bicarbonate are used for conditioning waterline respectively every week; (5) And (5) repeating the steps (1) - (4) until the intestinal villi of the laying hen are repaired. The invention provides a double-targeting laying hen intestinal villus repairing scheme of bacteriostasis toxin, pipeline communication, water purification and intestinal tract adjustment, which is used for carrying out integrated operation of a waterline, synergizing, purifying the waterline, repairing the laying hen intestinal villus, improving the feed conversion rate, helping to relieve the pressure of high feed cost and promoting the healthy development of the laying hen industry.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of poultry farming, and particularly relates to a waterline purifying and conditioning method for repairing intestinal villi of laying hens.
Background
Intestinal villi of the laying hen is a main part for absorbing nutrient substances, however, escherichia coli, salmonella, clostridium welchii and the like in a waterline are extremely easy to cause intestinal inflammation and villus injury of the laying hen. Along with the continuous improvement of intensive and standardized egg chicken cultivation, the drinking water system is changed from an original open type to a closed type, and once the closed waterline is polluted, the pollution is difficult to find, and the waterline is purified and conditioned, so that the drinking water system is an important link of chicken farm raising management. The stable and proper environment in the waterline can provide rapid propagation conditions for pathogens such as escherichia coli, salmonella and the like, and a large number of accumulated microorganisms in the pipeline and the adhesive matrix generated by the microorganisms form a bacterial film and are adhered to the inner wall of the pipeline. In addition, medicines or additives are temporarily added into the water, and the precipitate formed in the water and the bacterial film form a thick substance, so that the difficulty in flushing the pipeline is increased, and the water pollution degree is increased. The polluted water is drunk by the laying hens for a long time, so that intestinal diseases are easy to occur, the utilization rate of feed is reduced, and the economic benefit of chicken industry is seriously influenced.
Before 2020, the prevention and treatment of enteritis of chickens are mainly carried out by taking antibiotic medicines, and as the problems of bacterial drug resistance, drug residues and the like are increasingly prominent, chinese feeds enter an antibiotic-free age, and the addition of all growth-promoting antibiotics except traditional Chinese medicines is forbidden to solve the health problem of laying hens, so that the incidence of intestinal inflammation of the laying hens is in an ascending trend, and the disease is called as a reburning disease by farmers. The pollution of the waterline is very easy to cause repeated diarrhea, intestinal villus injury, dyspepsia and high administration cost, the feed egg ratio is increased, and serious economic loss is brought to the chicken raising industry. However, the existing waterline cleaning and disinfecting method has only a sterilizing effect, has poor intestinal villus repairing effect, and does not have the effects of promoting digestion and protecting intestinal health.
In order to meet the requirements of green and efficient breeding of laying hens, a water line purifying and conditioning method capable of repairing intestinal villi of the laying hens is needed currently, the intestinal health of the laying hens is improved, the production performance is improved, the high-cost pressure of feed is relieved, the occurrence rate of diseases is reduced, and the healthy and sustainable development of the laying hens in China is promoted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waterline purifying and conditioning method for repairing intestinal villi of laying hens, which is capable of repairing the intestinal villi of the laying hens, improving the feed conversion rate, saving cost and improving efficiency while cleaning and sterilizing the waterline.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that:
A waterline purifying and conditioning method for repairing intestinal villi of a laying hen comprises the following steps:
(1) Chlorine preparation disinfection waterline: after the henhouse is turned off at night, a valve at the tail end of a waterline is opened, water in the pipeline is emptied, a chlorine preparation prepared according to the proportion of adding 500 g of trichloroisocyanuric acid powder into 165 jin of water is added into the waterline, the water pipe is full of water, the valve is closed, the henhouse is soaked overnight, the waterline is emptied before the light is turned on the next day, tap water is used for repeatedly flushing the waterline for 2-3 times, and then normal drinking water is carried out;
