本发明涉及车辆领域,具体涉及一种用于车辆的灯,尤其是涉及一种用于车辆的单向透光的装饰和/或示廓灯。
背景技术
随着汽车照明技术的不断发展,LED灯越来越多地应用于汽车照明,尤其车辆的外装饰灯以及可发光的车标能够带来更精致高端的视觉效果和差异化的品牌认知,因此,逐渐受到各大汽车制造商的青睐。
目前在市场上主要存在两种车辆外装饰灯。一种是将光源固定于镀铬亮条的背面。在日间或强光下,镀铬亮条产生反光效果,带来很强的金属质感并具有良好的顾客感知;在夜晚或昏暗情况下,光源发光,起到装饰和示廓作用。然而,在夜晚或昏暗情况下,由于镀铬亮条不透光,大部分光亮被镀铬亮条遮住,仅依靠镀铬亮条边缘泄漏的光线和借助镀铬亮条的微弱反光导致示廓和装饰效果较差,从而导致顾客感知较差,而且光源外露容易丢失或损坏。另一种是将光源塑封于塑料罩壳内。在日间或强光下,塑料罩壳仅能够呈现塑料质感,从而导致顾客感知极差;在夜晚或昏暗情况下,光源发光,起到装饰和示廓作用,客户感知较好。
发明内容
因此,鉴于以上缺点之一和/或在此未提及的其它可能缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种用于车辆的灯,尤其是一种用于车辆的单向透光的装饰和/或示廓灯。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了用于车辆的灯,其包括光源装置;以及位于所述光源装置之上的透光膜;其中,所述透光膜能够使所述光源装置发射的第一光线透过而起到装饰和/或示廓作用,并且能够至少部分反射来自外部环境的第二光线而起到装饰作用。
此外,所述灯还包括具有遮光背板的安装支座和透光保护罩,其中,所述透光保护罩至少遮盖所述透光膜,所述遮光背板与所述透光膜相对地设置在所述光源装置的一侧。所述透光保护罩还侧向地遮盖所述光源装置。
根据优选的构型,所述透光膜构造为单向透光膜,因此仅允许所述第一光线透过,并且所述透光膜在反射第二光线时能够产生金属光泽的镜面反光。所述透光膜覆盖在所述光源装置上或直接贴靠在所述透光保护罩内侧。
与现有技术相比,在根据本发明的灯中,通过将光源装置、透光膜设置在透光保护罩内,能够避免光源外露而导致丢失或损坏。位于透光保护罩下方的透光膜能够同时实现在日间或强光下,当环境光照射到透光膜上时被反射,产生镜面反光的金属质感,从而获得强烈的高级感知;在夜晚或昏暗下,光源装置点亮,光源装置的光线透过透光膜照射到环境中,产生良好的示廓及装饰效果,从而提高行车安全性。此外,透光保护罩还可以根据装饰和/或示廓灯的灯体造型呈现任意形状。
根据一个实施方式,所述透光膜构造为单向透光的镜面膜,该镜面膜由具有选择性的反射和透射特性的、带有金属光泽的金属材料形成,例如在单向透光膜中形成金属镀层。
根据一个实施方式,所述金属镀层的材料为纯金属单质、金属合金或金属氧化物,其中,金属单质例如选自铝、银、镍、铬、铜等,金属合金例如可以是黄铜、青铜等,金属氧化物例如选自二氧化钛、二氧化锆、氧化铝等。由此,在确保透光膜的单向透射率的前提下,使得透光膜还能够在环境光照射下反射出银白色、黄铜色、青铜色和金色等金属光泽,从而产生镜面反光的金属质感。
根据一个实施方式,所述透光膜通常从下到上包括基底、底漆层、金属镀层和面漆层,并且具有约10μm至15μm的厚度,优选约12μm的厚度,其中,基底和底漆层、金属镀层、面漆层之间的厚度比通常在100:0.2-1:20-50的范围内。基底一般由树脂或无机玻璃制成。底漆层和面漆层的材料均为树脂,例如可以选自丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、氨基树脂中的至少一种。在制造透光膜时,首先对基底进行预热和静电除尘处理,然后在基底表面上喷涂底漆,形成底漆层,紧接着在底漆层表面进行真空电镀,例如采用磁控溅射或等离子电镀方式,以形成金属镀层,最后在金属镀层上喷涂面漆,形成保护性的面漆层。
根据一个实施方式,所述透光保护罩由超薄透明的无机玻璃或有机玻璃,例如透明亚克力材料制成。尤其,有机玻璃具有良好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性,并且易染色、易加工,而且外观优美。根据一个实施例,透光保护罩构造为具有与透光膜反射的金属光泽一致的色泽。由此,透光保护罩在保护内部光源装置的同时还能够增强装饰和/或示廓灯在日间或强光下反射的金属质感。
根据一个实施方式,所述透光保护罩由超薄的带有相应金属色泽的人造水晶制造,由此进一步提高装饰和/或示廓灯的高级奢华质感,提升品牌价值。
根据一个实施方式,所述透光保护罩还可以由本身就能够反射来自外部环境光线的、具有金属镀膜的钢化玻璃制造,这种钢化玻璃例如通常用于手机贴膜,具有良好的耐磨性和一定的柔韧性。由此,在保证透光保护罩的强度和耐磨性等机械特性的同时进一步增强装饰和/或示廓灯在日间或强光下的金属质感。尤其,透光保护罩的钢化玻璃可以由中铝玻璃或高铝玻璃制成,这些玻璃材质具有较高的机械硬度,例如至少在620至700之间的维氏硬度(HV)和从而良好的耐磨性,同时也具有一定的韧性和抗冲击性以及极强的耐候性,由此能够做到防爆、防水、防油污,而且还容易清洗,因此能够满足车辆在各种恶劣环境下的应用。例如,透光保护罩根据需要通常可以具有0.2mm至几个毫米的厚度。
根据一个实施方式,所述光源装置可以具有LED光源或者OLED光源。优选地,光源装置可以采用单色光源或者多色光源,例如选用RGB芯片作为LED芯片。在采用多色光源的情况下,光源装置可以在车辆运行的不同场景下发出不同颜色的光,例如在行驶时为白色光,在刹车或驻车时为红色光,在双闪模式下为黄色光等。
根据一个实施方式,所述光源装置还具有导光层,该导光层以导光板或导光膜的形式构造,并且布置在光源如LED灯珠或OLED发光二极管上方,由此能够使光充满整个光源装置并且使从导光层发出的光线更柔和、更均匀。
根据一个实施方式,所述遮光背板平面地构造,并且在面向光源装置的一侧上形成反光面,LED或OLED光源的芯片和电路可以直接安装在该反光面上。此外,在所述反光面的其余区域上也可以设置反光结构,例如呈凸棱、沟槽、菱形格或火花纹等形式的、具有全反射和漫反射作用的反光结构。在所述反光面上还设置用于固定导光层的器件以及用于向芯片和电路供给电能的接头等。在所述遮光背板的背离光源装置的一侧、即背面上形成遮光面,该遮光面由黑色遮光材料构成,例如由具有质量轻、阻燃性好的黑色铝箔构成或使用本领域技术人员看起来有意义的其它遮光材料。尤其,遮光面采用黑色涂层,例如涂覆以黑色矩阵(BM)材料,其中,该黑色矩阵材料通过在聚酰亚胺树脂中加入黑色颜料如碳黑、氧化铬等制成,因此,即使在具有高亮度的光源的情况下,也可以确保遮光面满足充分的遮光性。通常施加的黑色矩阵涂层例如能够实现最低1.0μm至1.5μm的厚度。与常用的黑色铝箔相比,所述黑色矩阵涂层由此能够在极强的遮光效果的情况下还进一步地减小整个装饰和/或示廓灯的厚度,使得该装饰和/或示廓灯能够更扁平地安装在车辆前端。这种黑色矩阵材料目前仅应用于手机、电脑等电子产品的显示屏。
此外,根据本发明的装饰和/或示廓灯还能够应用于发光车标,其中,透光保护罩和透光膜的形状尺寸和颜色尤其可以构型为与原厂车标中的图案或字样相同,由此能够实现在较昏暗的环境下,通过点亮光源装置发光并且经透光膜向外透射,显示出照亮的车标图案与色彩,使其能够被清楚地看到;在外界光线充足时,可以关闭光源装置,在自然光下,通过透光膜反射的金属光泽,达到与常规金属车标类似的外观效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案以及有益的技术效果更佳清楚明白,以下将结合附图以及至少一个示例性实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,而不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
图1示意性地示出了在车辆中的根据本发明的一个示例性实施例的起装饰和/或示廓作用的灯以及车标。图1中的车辆具有位于车辆前端的灯1、车标2。此外,在图1中为了清楚起见和便于理解,还示出了一些相关部件或结构,如大灯组件3和前格栅4。车标2居中地布置在车辆前格栅4中,灯1例如可以对称地布置在车标2两侧并且从车标2起分别水平地延伸至两侧的大灯组件3。灯1的灯体造型可以根据需要以任意形状和/或尺寸成型,在此例如从车标2起在宽度上逐渐减小地朝大灯组件3的方向延伸,即逐渐变细。在当前示例中,灯1在光源装置关闭时能够在环境光的照射下反射出镀铬亮条那样的亮银色的金属光泽。此外,车标2是应用了根据本发明的装饰和/或示廓灯技术的发光车标。
图2示意性地示出根据本发明的一个示例性实施例的灯1的结构分解图。灯1包括具有遮光背板101的安装支座10、光源装置11、透光膜12和透光保护罩13,其中,光源装置11、透光膜12设置在透光保护罩13与遮光背板101之间并且被透光保护罩13密封地遮盖、尤其还侧向地遮盖。在此,透光保护罩13与安装支座10在边缘固定,例如借助焊接如采用超声波焊接或振动摩擦焊接的方式或者利用胶粘在一起。优选地,透光膜12直接布置在透光保护罩13下方、尤其粘贴在透光保护罩13的内侧上。光源装置11安装在透光膜12与遮光背板101之间形成的腔体内并且尤其位于靠近透光膜12的一侧。遮光背板101例如以螺纹连接或粘接的方式固定在例如金属材质的安装支座10上,然后,安装支座10例如以卡接或螺接的方式固定在车辆前格栅4上。在当前示例中,金属镀层的材料尤其选自纯金属单质如铝、银、铬等,使得单向透光膜12能够反射出类似镀铬层的亮银色金属光泽。
在图2所示的示例中,透光保护罩13优选由具有金属镀膜的钢化玻璃构成。借助金属镀膜,透光保护罩13本身也能够反射来自外部环境的光线并且呈现出与透光膜反射的金属光泽一样的亮银色金属光泽,从而增强灯1在日间或强光下的金属质感。在另一未示出的示例中,透光保护罩13也可以由带有相应金属色泽的超薄人造水晶制造,由此带来更豪华的外观装饰效果,例如使用在高端车型中,由此能够提高灯1的高级奢华质感,从而进一步提升品牌价值和产品竞争力。
在图2所示的示例中,光源装置11在此采用在生活中广泛应用的LED光源。光源装置11从下到上主要由印制电路板(PCB)110、LED芯片111或者说LED灯珠、导光层112组成,其中,LED芯片111为RGB芯片,因此可以发出多种颜色的光,使得在控制器的调节下,LED光源能够在车辆运行的不同场景下发出不同颜色的光,例如在行驶时为白色光、在刹车或驻车时为红色光、在双闪模式下为黄色光等。此外,借助RGB芯片发出的多种颜色还能够同时提高车辆灯饰的美观性。优选地,LED芯片111和电路除直接安装在遮光背板101的反光面上(参见图2)外,也可以单独地贴装在高反光率的镜面金属基板上,从而形成高功率集成面光源(COB光源)。在COB光源的情况下,能够实现LED芯片的较高的排列密度和从而较好的发光连续性。此外,LED芯片111优选采用主动矩阵式驱动的LED,例如AM-LED。在AM-LED中,驱动芯片与LED集成为一个整体,由此能够简化PCB的设计,使整体光源在保持原有发光效果的基础上实现更小的尺寸。此外,通过采用LED共阴极架构的相应的电源系统,能够大幅降低LED发光模组的系统功耗和从而显著降低光源装置11的发热,以便延长光源装置11的使用寿命和减少因过热引起的故障。在当前示例中,用于LED光源的导光层112例如可以构造为导光板,该导光板在此例如由光学级亚克力材料制成,并且在边缘固定在遮光背板101上,从而完全覆盖和保护LED芯片111和电路。此外,在导光板的内表面上例如借助激光雕刻、V型十字网格雕刻、UV网版印刷技术等印制出大小和密度不同的多个导光点。利用光学级亚克力材料能够吸收从LED芯片111发出来的光,使其在光学级亚克力导光板的表面短暂停留,如此产生的效果是:当光线照射到各个导光点时,反射光会以各个角度扩散,然后破坏反射条件地从导光板正面射出。通过各种疏密不同、大小不一的导光点,能够使从导光板发出的光变得更均匀、柔和。
在图2中,遮光背板101在安装支座10上平面地构造。遮光背板101在面向光源装置11的一侧上形成反光面,该反光面借助构造为例如呈凸棱、沟槽、菱形格或火花纹等形式的金属反光结构,或者通过在反光面上直接粘贴具有这种反光结构的金属箔而能够与导光层112类似地具有全反射和漫反射的功能。此外,在反光面上还设置有用于固定导光板的器件,例如用于定位导光板的定位柱和用于与导光板卡扣连接的卡槽或卡舌等结构。当然,也可以考虑,将导光层112在边缘牢固地粘接在反光面上。此外,在反光面上还设置有用于给LED芯片111供给电能的电接头或电触点等。在遮光背板101的背离光源装置11的一侧,即在背面形成遮光面,该遮光面用于防止外界光线干扰和防止从光源装置11朝安装支座10的后侧漏光。遮光面通常由黑色遮光材料构成,优选由黑色矩阵(BM)材料构成。在此,遮光面尤其以黑色矩阵涂层的方式实现,该黑色矩阵涂层具有良好的遮光性、导热性等,使得极大地增强抗外界光线干扰的能力并且防止漏光。
图3示意性地示出根据本发明的一个示例性实施例的灯1的截面,在图3中尤其直观阐明了单向透光膜的工作原理:在日间或强光下,来自外部环境的第二光线5几乎完全被透光膜12反射,并且在透光膜12具有金属镀层的情况下,灯1能够产生镜面反光的金属质感;在夜晚或昏暗等情况下,光源装置11点亮,光源装置11发出的第一光线6能够以较高的透射率透过透光膜12照射到外部环境中。根据本发明的透光膜12能够实现至少80%~90%的镜面反射率和至少60%以上单向透光率,并且具有良好的附着性、耐热性和耐腐蚀性,由此能够满足复杂的应用条件和可靠地保证所期望的光学性能。
对于本领域的技术人员而言,本发明的其他优点和替代性实施方式是显而易见的。因此,本发明就其更宽泛的意义而言并不局限于所示和所述的具体细节、代表性结构和示例性实施例。相反,本领域的技术人员可以在不脱离本发明的基本精神和范围的情况下进行各种修改和替代。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于车辆的灯(1),包括:
光源装置(11);以及
位于所述光源装置(11)之上的透光膜(12);
其中,所述透光膜(12)能够至少部分透过所述光源装置(11)发射的第一光线(6)而起到装饰和/或示廓作用,并且能够至少部分反射来自外部环境的第二光线(5)而起到装饰作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述透光膜(12)为单向透光膜而仅允许第一光线(6)透过;和/或
所述透光膜(12)覆盖在所述光源装置(11)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述灯(1)还包括具有遮光背板(101)的安装支座(10)和透光保护罩(13),其中,所述透光保护罩(13)至少遮盖所述透光膜(12),所述遮光背板(101)与所述透光膜(12)相对地设置在所述光源装置(11)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述透光保护罩(13)还侧向遮盖所述光源装置(11);和/或
所述透光膜(12)在反射第二光线(5)时能够产生金属光泽的镜面反光。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述透光膜(12)为单向透光的镜面膜,其中,在所述透光膜(12)中形成金属镀层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述金属镀层的材料为纯金属单质、金属合金和/或金属氧化物,其中,所述金属单质选自铝、银、镍、铬、铜中的至少一种;所述金属合金是黄铜、青铜中的至少一种;所述金属氧化物选自二氧化钛、二氧化锆、氧化铝中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述透光膜(12)包括基底、底漆层、金属镀层和面漆层并且具有10μm至15μm的厚度,优选为12μm的厚度;和/或
所述透光保护罩(13)构造为具有与所述透光膜(12)反射的金属光泽一致的色泽。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述透光保护罩(13)由超薄透明的无机玻璃或有机玻璃制造,尤其,所述透光保护罩(13)由具有金属镀膜的钢化玻璃制造,或所述透光保护罩(13)由带有金属色泽的人造水晶制造。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,
所述光源装置(11)采用单色光源或多色光源,所述光源是LED光源或OLED光源,其中,LED光源包括RGB芯片,优选地,所述光源装置(11)具有导光层(112),所述导光层(112)以导光板或导光膜的形式构造,并且布置在光源上方,其中,所述导光层(112)由光学级亚克力材料制成,并且所述导光层(112)在内表面上具有大小和密度不同的多个导光点;和/或
所述遮光背板(101)平面地构造并且具有面向所述光源装置(11)的反光面和背离所述光源装置(11)的遮光面,其中,在所述反光面上设置呈凸棱、沟槽、菱形格或火花纹形式的反光结构,并且所述遮光面由黑色遮光材料构成,其中,所述遮光面尤其是涂覆以黑色矩阵材料的黑色涂层。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于车辆的灯(1),其特征在于,所述灯(1)的灯体造型能够匹配于车辆前格栅(4)的形状和/或尺寸地成型。
