Abstract
提供一种能够给与具有保存稳定性且具有摩擦坚牢性的记录物的水系喷墨油墨组合物、油墨组及记录方法。水系喷墨油墨组合物含有有机溶剂、树脂颗粒、增塑剂和水,并且所述有机溶剂含有相对于油墨组合物的总量1.0~10.0质量%的SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂。

本发明涉及水系喷墨油墨组合物、油墨组及记录方法。
背景技术
喷墨记录方法可以利用比较简单的装置来记录高精细的图像,在各方面都已取得了快速的发展。其中,对印染物的摩擦坚牢性等进行了各种研究。例如,在专利文献1中,以提供摩擦坚牢度优异的印染印刷物为目的而公开了一种如下的印染喷墨用油墨,该油墨包含颜料、水分散性树脂、交联剂及水,并且,作为水分散性树脂而含有规定量的具有规定的皮膜伸长率和抗拉强度的树脂,作为交联剂而含有规定量的封端异氰酸酯系化合物。

然而,可知当如专利文献1所述那样,从摩擦坚牢性的观点出发而将交联剂和与其对应的树脂组合使用的情况下,油墨组合物的保存稳定性因交联剂的反应性而降低。
发明内容
本发明是一种水系喷墨油墨组合物,该组合物含有SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂、树脂颗粒、增塑剂和水,并且含有相对于油墨组合物的总量1.0~10.0质量%的所述有机溶剂。
本发明是一种油墨组,该油墨组具有上述水系喷墨油墨组合物和处理液组合物,该处理液组合物含有选自聚尿烷树脂和聚酯树脂的树脂和水。
进一步,本发明是一种记录方法,该记录方法具有通过喷墨法喷出上述水系喷墨油墨组合物而使其附着于记录介质的油墨附着工序。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式(以下称为“本实施方式”)进行详细说明,但本发明并不限制于此,能够在不脱离其主旨的范围内进行各种变形。
1.水系喷墨油墨组合物
本实施方式的水系喷墨油墨组合物(以下也简称为“油墨组合物”)含有有机溶剂、树脂颗粒、增塑剂和水,有机溶剂含有相对于油墨组合物的总量1.0~10.0质量%的SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂。
作为以往的颜料印染油墨组合物中的摩擦坚牢性的提高方法之一,已知的是,通过将交联剂和与其对应的树脂组合利用而呈记录物状地形成比较坚固的油墨涂膜。然而,通过像这样将具有反应性的成分包含在油墨组合物中,反而会产生油墨组合物的保存稳定性降低的问题。
与此相对,在本实施方式中,通过使用增塑剂来提高树脂颗粒的成膜性,从而,即使在颜料凝集体附着于布帛等记录介质的情况下,也能够提高油墨涂膜对记录介质的追随性。由此,油墨涂膜更加难以断裂,作为结果,能够提高摩擦坚牢性。另外,通过提高追随性,还能够提高所得到的记录物的手感。
另外,增塑剂具有疏水性比较高、难以稳定地溶解于水系油墨组合物中的倾向,但在本实施方式中,通过利用具有规定的SP值的有机溶剂,能够改善增塑剂在水系油墨组合物中的溶解性,提高保存稳定性。以下,对本实施方式的油墨组合物的各成分进行详细说明。
1.1.有机溶剂
作为能够在本实施方式中使用的有机溶剂,没有特别限制,可例举出:二醇类、二醇单醚类、二醇二醚类、二醇单酯类、二醇二酯类、含氮溶剂、一元醇、甘油等多元醇。
作为二醇类,没有特别限制,可例举出:乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、2-甲基戊烷-1,3-二醇、2-甲基戊烷-1,4-二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇等。
作为乙二醇单醚类,没有特别限制,可例举出:乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、二乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单乙醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇单甲醚、丙二醇单乙醚、二丙二醇单甲醚、二丙二醇单乙醚、三乙二醇单甲醚等。
作为乙二醇二醚类,没有特别限制,可例举出:乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇二乙醚、乙二醇二丁基醚、二乙二醇二甲醚、二乙二醇二乙醚等。
作为乙二醇单酯类,没有特别限制,可例举出:乙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、乙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯、乙二醇单丁醚乙酸酯、二乙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、二乙二醇单乙醚乙酸酯、二乙二醇单丁醚乙酸酯、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、二丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、甲氧基丁基乙酸酯等。
作为二醇二酯类,没有特别限制,可例举出:乙二醇二乙酸酯、二乙二醇二乙酸酯、丙二醇二乙酸酯、二丙二醇二乙酸酯、乙二醇乙酸酯丙酸酯、乙二醇乙酸酯丁酸酯、二乙二醇乙酸酯丁酸酯、二乙二醇乙酸酯丙酸酯、丙二醇乙酸酯丙酸酯、丙二醇乙酸酯丁酸酯、二丙二醇乙酸酯丁酸酯、二丙二醇乙酸酯丙酸酯等。
作为含氮溶剂,没有特别限制,可例举出:2-吡咯烷酮、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N-乙基-2-吡咯烷酮等。
作为一元醇,没有特别限制,可例举出:甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、2-丁醇、叔丁醇、异丁醇、正戊醇、2-戊醇、3-戊醇和叔戊醇等醇类。
本实施方式的油墨组合物能够含有这样的有机溶剂中的SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂,并能够根据需要含有具有除此之外的SP值的有机溶剂。
需要说明的是,SP值是指溶解度参数。SP值是由希尔德布兰德(Hildebrand)导入并通过正则理论定义的值。有机溶剂的SP值是根据涂布的基础和工程学(第53页、原崎勇次著、加工技术研究会)记载的由Fedors提出的原子及原子团的蒸发能和摩尔体积通过计算求出的值。本实施方式中的SP值的单位是(cal/cm3)1/2,但也可以通过1(cal/cm3)1/2=2.046×103(J/m3)1/2换算成(J/m3)1/2单位。
作为SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂,没有特别限制,可例举出:2-甲基戊烷-1,3-二醇(SP值10.3)、2-甲基戊烷-1,4-二醇、乙二醇单乙醚(SP值10.5)、乙二醇单丁醚(SP值9.5)、二乙二醇单乙醚(SP值10.2)、二乙二醇单丁醚(SP值10.2)、乙二醇二乙酸酯(SP值10.0)等。其中,优选2-甲基戊烷-1,3-二醇(SP值10.3)、2-甲基戊烷-1,4-二醇等甲基戊二醇,更优选2-甲基戊烷-1,3-二醇。通过利用这样的SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外所得到的记录物的手感等也更提高的倾向。特别是,增塑剂的溶解性变得良好,能够使保存稳定性良好。这些有机溶剂可以单独使用一种,也可以同时使用两种以上。
SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量为1.0~10.0质量%,优选为1.5~9.0质量%,更优选为2.0~8.0质量%,进一步优选为1.5~7.0质量%,特别优选为1.5~3.5质量%。通过使SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂的含量为1.0质量%以上,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外所得到的记录物的手感也更提高的倾向。另外,通过使SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂的含量为10.0质量%以下,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外印刷面的耐剥离性也更提高的倾向。
作为具有其它SP值的有机溶剂,虽然没有特别限制,但优选例如甘油、三乙二醇等水溶性有机溶剂。需要说明的是,具有其它SP值的有机溶剂的SP值优选超过10.5。即,作为具有其它SP值的有机溶剂,优选利用亲水性更高的溶剂。
具有其它SP值的有机溶剂的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为5.0~25质量%,更优选为10~20质量%,进一步优选为12.5~17.5质量%。通过使具有其它SP值的有机溶剂的含量在上述范围内,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外印刷面的耐剥离性、记录物的手感也更提高的倾向。
另外,有机溶剂的总含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为5.0~30质量%,更优选为7.5~27.5质量%,进一步优选为15~25质量%。通过使有机溶剂的总含量在上述范围内,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外印刷面的耐剥离性、记录物的手感也更提高的倾向。
1.2.树脂颗粒
作为树脂颗粒,没有特别限制,可例举出:丙烯酸类树脂颗粒、聚尿烷树脂颗粒、聚酯树脂颗粒、聚乙烯树脂颗粒。其中,优选尿烷树脂颗粒。通过利用这样的树脂颗粒,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外印刷面的耐剥离性、记录物的手感也更提高的倾向。树脂颗粒可以单独使用一种,也可以同时使用两种以上。
作为丙烯酸类树脂颗粒,并不特别限制,可例举出:使(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸酯等(甲基)丙烯酸系单体聚合而成的颗粒、使(甲基)丙烯酸系单体与其它单体共聚而成的颗粒。其中,优选阴离子性的丙烯酸类树脂颗粒。
作为尿烷树脂颗粒,只要是分子中具有尿烷键的树脂颗粒就没有特别限制,可以举出主链含有醚键的聚醚型尿烷树脂、主链含有酯键的聚酯型尿烷树脂和主链含有碳酸酯键的聚碳酸酯型尿烷树脂。其中,优选聚醚型尿烷树脂或聚碳酸酯型尿烷树脂,更优选聚碳酸酯型尿烷树脂。另外,从使分散稳定性良好等观点出发,优选具有羧基、磺基、羟基等的阴离子性的尿烷树脂颗粒。
作为聚酯树脂颗粒,只要是通过酸成分与醇成分的反应而得到的物质就没有特别限制。作为酸成分,可列举出:对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、萘二羧酸、联苯二羧酸、草酸、琥珀酸、己二酸、癸二酸、十二烷二酸、富马酸、马来酸、衣康酸、环己烷二羧酸、四氢邻苯二甲酸等。另外,作为醇成分,可举出在有机溶剂中已例示的二醇类等。
另外,作为上述树脂颗粒,没有特别限制,例如可列举出:非交联性的树脂颗粒和具有交联性基团的交联性的树脂颗粒。其中,优选非交联性的树脂颗粒。交联性基团可以是在交联性基团之间进行反应而形成交联结构的基团,也可以是在与不同于交联性基团的官能团之间进行反应而形成交联结构的基团。通过使用非交联性的尿烷树脂颗粒,具有保存稳定性和所得到的记录物的手感更提高的倾向。
树脂颗粒的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为2.0~15质量%,更优选为3.0~10质量%,进一步优选为5.0~8.0质量%。通过使树脂颗粒的含量为2.0质量%以上,具有所得到的记录物的干摩擦坚牢性更提高的倾向。另外,通过使树脂颗粒的含量为10质量%以下,具有所得到的记录物的手感、干摩擦坚牢性、油墨组合物的保存稳定性更提高的倾向。
1.3.增塑剂
作为增塑剂,可以利用赋予塑性或增大塑性的增塑剂。作为赋予塑性或增大塑性的对象,没有特别限制,可以举出合成树脂或合成橡胶,更优选是对上述树脂颗粒赋予塑性或增大塑性的增塑剂。作为这样的增塑剂,没有特别限制,可例举出:脂肪族羧酸酯、芳香族羧酸酯系化合物、磷酸酯系化合物、环烷烃(环烯烃)羧酸酯系化合物、含氧酸酯系化合物、二醇酯系化合物、环氧系酯系化合物、磺酰胺系化合物、聚酯系化合物、聚醚系化合物、甘油烷基醚系化合物、甘油烷基酯系化合物、二醇烷基醚系化合物、二醇烷基酯系化合物、三羟甲基丙烷的醚或酯、季戊四醇的醚或酯。
其中,优选苯甲酸衍生物、苯二甲酸衍生物等芳香族羧酸酯系化合物、环己烯衍生物等环烷烃(环烯烃)羧酸酯系化合物、聚醚系化合物等,更优选环烷烃(环烯烃)羧酸酯系化合物,进一步优选环己烯二羧酸系化合物。通过使用这样的增塑剂,树脂颗粒的成膜性变得良好,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外印刷面的耐剥离性、记录物的手感也更提高的倾向。
另外,作为增塑剂,优选包含SP值为8.0~10的增塑剂。通过使用这样的增塑剂,具有除了摩擦坚牢性及保存稳定性之外印刷面的耐剥离性、记录物的手感也更提高的倾向。这样的增塑剂向SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂溶解的溶解性良好,特别是能够使保存稳定性良好。
增塑剂的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为0.1~2.0质量%,更优选为0.2~1.2质量%,进一步优选为0.3~0.7质量%。通过使增塑剂的含量为0.1质量%以上,具有摩擦坚牢性和手感更提高的倾向。另外,通过使增塑剂的含量为2.0质量%以下,具有保存稳定性、印刷面的剥离性进一步降低的倾向。
1.4.水
水的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为50~85质量%,更优选为55~80质量%,进一步优选为60~75质量%。
1.5.色材
本实施方式的油墨组合物可以进一步含有色材。色材可以使用颜料和染料中的至少一种。其中,本实施方式的油墨组合物优选为包含颜料的颜料印染油墨。在颜料印染时尤其容易产生摩擦坚牢性的问题,因此本发明特别有用。另外,在色材为颜料的情况下,在能够对棉、聚酯、尼龙这样的多种布帛进行印染这点上优选。
作为颜料,没有特别限制,可例举出:炉黑、灯黑、乙炔黑、槽黑等炭黑(C.I.颜料黑7)类;氧化铁、氧化钛等无机颜料;喹吖啶酮系颜料、喹吖啶酮醌系颜料、二噁嗪系颜料、酞菁系颜料、蒽嘧啶系颜料、蒽嵌蒽系颜料、阴丹士林系颜料、黄烷酮系颜料、苝系颜料、二酮吡咯并吡咯系颜料、紫环酮系颜料、喹酞酮系颜料、蒽醌系颜料、硫靛系颜料、苯并咪唑酮系颜料、异吲哚啉酮系颜料、偶氮甲碱系颜料和偶氮系颜料等有机颜料。
作为染料,没有特别限制,可例举出:C.I.酸性黄、C.I.酸性红、C.I.酸性蓝、C.I.酸性橙、C.I.酸性紫、C.I.酸性黑这样的酸性染料;C.I.碱性黄、C.I.碱性红、C.I.碱性蓝、C.I.碱性橙、C.I.碱性紫、C.I.碱性黑这样的碱性染料;C.I.直接黄、C.I.直接红、C.I.直接蓝、C.I.直接橙、C.I.直接紫、C.I.直接黑这样的直接染料;C.I.活性黄、C.I.活性红、C.I.活性蓝、C.I.活性橙、C.I.活性紫、C.I.活性黑这样的反应性染料;C.I.分散黄、C.I.分散红、C.I.分散蓝、C.I.分散橙、C.I.分散紫、C.I.分散黑这样的分散染料。上述染料可以单独使用一种,也可以同时使用两种以上。
色材的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为1.0~10质量%,更优选为2.5~7.5质量%。
1.6.表面活性剂
本实施方式的油墨组合物可以进一步含有表面活性剂。作为表面活性剂,没有特别限制,可例举出:炔二醇系表面活性剂、氟系表面活性剂以及硅酮系表面活性剂。
作为炔二醇系表面活性剂,虽然没有特别限制,但优选选自如下中的一种以上:例如2,4,7,9-四甲基-5-癸炔-4,7-二醇和2,4,7,9-四甲基-5-癸炔-4,7-二醇的环氧烷烃加成物、以及2,4-二甲基-5-癸炔-4-醇和2,4-二甲基-5-癸炔-4-醇的环氧烷烃加成物。
作为氟系表面活性剂,没有特别限制,可例举出:全氟烷基磺酸盐、全氟烷基羧酸盐、全氟烷基磷酸酯、全氟烷基环氧乙烷加成物、全氟烷基甜菜碱、全氟烷基氧化胺化合物。
作为硅酮系表面活性剂,可列举出聚硅氧烷系化合物、聚醚改性有机硅氧烷等。
表面活性剂的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为0.1~1.0质量%,更优选为0.1~0.5质量%。
1.7.pH调节剂
本实施方式的油墨组合物可以进一步含有pH调节剂。作为pH调节剂,没有特别限制,可例举出无机酸(例如硫酸、盐酸、硝酸等)、无机碱(例如氢氧化锂、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨等)、有机碱(三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、三丙醇胺)、有机酸(例如己二酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸等)等。通过含有pH调节剂,具有分散稳定性更提高的倾向。pH调节剂既可以单独使用一种,也可以混合两种以上使用。
pH调节剂的含量相对于油墨组合物的总量优选为0.01~0.5质量%,更优选为0.05~0.3质量%,进一步优选为0.05~0.2质量%。
2.油墨组
本实施方式的油墨组可以具备上述水系喷墨油墨组合物和处理液组合物,所述处理液组合物含有选自由聚尿烷树脂和聚酯树脂组成的组中的树脂和水,并且可以根据需要还具备含有凝集剂和水的其它处理液组合物。以下,将含有选自由聚尿烷树脂、聚酯树脂和丙烯酸类树脂组成的组中的树脂的处理液组合物称为后处理液,将含有凝集剂的其它处理液组合物称为前处理液。
2.1.处理液组合物(后处理液)
作为后处理液的处理液组合物可以含有选自由聚尿烷树脂、聚酯树脂和丙烯酸类树脂组成的组中的树脂和水,并可以根据需要含有其它添加剂。印字面彼此容易粘连,存在由于将该粘连剥开而导致油墨涂膜剥离的担忧,但通过这样用后处理液进行涂布,能够提高耐剥离性。
2.1.1.树脂
作为聚尿烷树脂,只要是分子中具有尿烷键的树脂就没有特别限制,可举出主链中含有醚键的聚醚型尿烷树脂、主链中含有酯键的聚酯型尿烷树脂、以及主链中含有碳酸酯键的聚碳酸酯型尿烷树脂。
作为聚酯树脂,没有特别限制,例如可举出通过酸成分与醇成分的反应而得到的树脂。关于酸成分和醇成分,可以利用与上述的成分相同的成分。
作为丙烯酸类树脂,只要是由至少包含丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸的单体聚合而成的树脂即可,也可以包含苯乙烯等其它单体。
树脂的含量相对于后处理液的总量优选为1.0~10质量%,更优选为1.5~10质量%,进一步优选为2.5~7.5质量%。
2.1.2.水
水的含量相对于后处理液的总量优选为90~99质量%,更优选为90~98.5质量%,进一步优选为92.5~97.5质量%。
2.2.处理液组合物(前处理液)
作为前处理液的处理液组合物可以含有凝集剂和水,并可以根据需要包含定影树脂、表面活性剂。
2.2.1.凝集剂
作为凝集剂,没有特别限制,可例举出多价金属盐、阳离子性树脂。
作为多价金属盐,不特别限制,可例举出无机酸的多价金属盐或者有机酸的多价金属盐。作为多价金属,没有特别限制,可例举出:周期表的第二族的碱土金属(例如,镁、钙)、周期表的第三族的过渡金属(例如镧)、来自周期表的第十三族的土类金属(例如铝)、镧系元素类(例如钕)。作为这些多价金属的盐,优选羧酸盐(甲酸、乙酸、苯甲酸盐等)、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、氯化物及硫氰酸盐。
其中,可列举出羧酸(甲酸、乙酸、苯甲酸盐等)的钙盐或镁盐、硫酸的钙盐或镁盐、硝酸的钙盐或镁盐、氯化钙、氯化镁及硫氰酸的钙盐或镁盐。需要说明的是,多价金属盐既可以单独使用一种,也可以同时使用两种以上。
作为阳离子性树脂,不特别限制,可例举出:聚烯丙基胺、聚(乙烯基吡啶)盐、聚丙烯酸烷基氨基乙基酯、聚甲基丙烯酸烷基氨基乙基酯、聚(乙烯基咪唑)、聚(葡萄糖胺)、聚乙烯亚胺、聚双胍、聚六亚甲基胍、聚胍等胺系树脂。
凝集剂的含量相对于前处理液的总量优选为10~30质量%,更优选为15~25质量%。通过使凝集剂的含量在上述范围内,具有摩擦坚牢性和手感更提高的倾向。
2.2.2.水
水的含量相对于前处理液的总量优选为65~90质量%,更优选为70~85质量%,进一步优选为75~80质量%。
2.2.3.定影树脂
作为定影树脂,没有特别限制,可例举出:聚尿烷树脂、聚酯树脂和丙烯酸树脂。作为这些树脂,可以利用在后处理液或油墨组合物中上述的树脂。定影树脂的含量相对于前处理液的总量优选是0.5~5.0质量%,更优选是1.0~3.0质量%。
2.2.4.表面活性剂
作为表面活性剂,能够利用在上述油墨组合物中已例示的表面活性剂。表面活性剂的含量相对于前处理液的总量优选为0.1~1.0质量%,更优选为0.3~0.7质量%。
3.记录方法
本实施方式的记录方法可以具有通过喷墨法喷出上述水系喷墨油墨组合物而使其附着于记录介质的油墨附着工序,并可以根据需要而具有:前处理液附着工序,将作为前处理液的处理液组合物附着于记录介质;后处理液附着工序,将作为后处理液的处理液组合物附着于记录介质;以及干燥工序,对附着于记录介质的水系喷墨油墨组合物进行干燥。
3.1.前处理液附着工序
前处理液附着工序是使前处理液附着于记录介质的工序。此时,从使油墨组合物的成分凝集的观点出发,前处理液的附着区域和油墨组合物的附着区域至少一部分重叠。通过具备这样的前处理液附着工序,油墨组合物的成分容易在记录介质的表面凝集,具有所得到的记录物的画质、摩擦坚牢性更提高的倾向。
作为前处理液的附着方法,除了利用喷墨方式进行附着的方法以外,还可以使用棒涂机、辊涂机、喷雾器等进行涂布。
前处理液附着工序可以在后述的油墨附着工序之前进行,也可以在之后进行。优选在后述的油墨附着工序之前进行。另外,在油墨附着工序之前进行前处理液附着工序的情况下,可以在前处理液干燥之前进行油墨附着工序,也可以在前处理液干燥之后进行油墨附着工序。
3.2.油墨附着工序
油墨附着工序是通过喷墨法喷出上述油墨组合物而使其附着于记录介质的工序。在此,用于喷墨法的喷墨头是将油墨组合物朝向记录介质喷出而进行记录的头,该头具有:空腔,使收容的油墨组合物从喷嘴喷出;喷出驱动部,对油墨组合物赋予喷出的驱动力;以及喷嘴,向头外喷出油墨组合物。喷出驱动部可以使用通过机械变形而使空腔的容积变化的压电元件等电-机械转换元件、通过发热而使油墨产生气泡并使其喷出的电子热转换元件等来形成。
3.3.干燥工序
干燥工序是对附着于记录介质的油墨组合物进行干燥的工序。干燥温度没有特别限制,但是,优选为例如60~150℃,更优选为100~150℃,进一步优选为130~150℃。另外,干燥时间没有特别限制,例如可以设为30秒~5分钟。通过含有增塑剂,成膜性变得良好,能够进行这样的低温下的处理。如果为这样的温度,则能够将对布帛的损伤抑制得较低,也能够对含有选自由尼龙纤维和聚酯纤维组成的组中的任一种的布帛合适地进行印染。
需要说明的是,上述干燥工序不仅可以在油墨附着工序之后进行,还可以在前处理液附着工序和后处理液附着工序之后分别进行。
3.4.后处理液附着工序
后处理液附着工序是将作为后处理液的处理液组合物附着于记录介质的工序。此时,从利用后处理液覆盖油墨组合物的附着区域来提高印刷面的耐剥离性的观点出发,后处理液的附着区域和油墨组合物的附着区域至少一部分重叠。通过具备这样的后处理液附着工序,具有所得到的记录物的画质、摩擦坚牢性、耐剥离性更提高的倾向。需要说明的是,从上述观点出发,后处理液附着工序优选在油墨附着工序之后实施。
作为后处理液的附着方法,除了利用喷墨方式进行附着的方法以外,还可以利用棒涂机、辊涂机、喷雾器等进行涂布。
3.5.记录介质
作为记录介质,没有特别限制,可举出由例如丝绸、棉、羊毛、尼龙、聚酯、人造丝等天然纤维、合成纤维或半合成纤维等构成的布帛。其中,优选含有选自由尼龙纤维和聚酯纤维组成的组中的任一种的布帛。通过使用这样的记录介质,能够得到摩擦坚牢性、手感等优异的记录物。
实施例
以下,使用实施例和比较例来更具体地说明本发明。本发明并不受以下实施例的任何限制。
1.油墨组合物的制备
按照表3~4中记载的组成向混合物用罐中加入各成分,进行混合搅拌,再用5μm的膜过滤器进行过滤,由此得到各例的油墨组合物。需要说明的是,表中的各例所示的各成分的数值只要没有特别记载就表示质量%。
在表3~4中使用的缩写和产品的成分如下所述:
颜料
炭黑(Orient化学工业公司制,产品名B0NJET BLACK CW-1)
树脂颗粒
非交联性尿烷树脂(三井化学公司制,Takelac W-6061)
增塑剂
苯甲酸系增塑剂(Adeka公司制,Adekacizer PN-6120,SP值:9.8)
苯二甲酸系增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,SP值:8.9)
环己烯二羧酸系增塑剂(新日本理化公司制造,Sansocizer DOTH)
聚醚系增塑剂(Adeka公司制,Adekacizer RS-966,SP值:8.6)
有机溶剂
甘油(SP值:16.5)
乙二醇二乙基醚(SP值:8.6)
二乙二醇单丁醚(SP值:9.5)
2-甲基-1,3-戊二醇(SP值:10.3)
2-甲基-1,4-戊二醇(SP值:9.5~10.5)
乙二醇单甲醚(SP值:11.4)
1,4-丁二醇(SP值:12.1)
三甘醇(SP值:10.7)
pH调节剂
KOH(氢氧化钾)

OLFINE E1010(日信化学工业公司制,炔二醇系表面活性剂)
1.2.前处理液
按照表1中记载的组成向混合物用罐中加入各成分,进行混合搅拌,再用5μm的膜过滤器进行过滤,由此得到各例的前处理液。需要说明的是,表中的各例所示的各成分的数值只要没有特别记载就表示质量%。

1.3.后处理液
按照表2中记载的组成向混合物用罐中加入各成分,进行混合搅拌,再用5μm的膜过滤器进行过滤,由此得到各例的后处理液。需要说明的是,表中的各例所示的各成分的数值只要没有特别记载就表示质量%。

2.评价
2.1.保存稳定性
将在上述中制备的各油墨组合物放入样品瓶中并盖严之后,将该玻璃瓶放入40℃的恒温槽中保管2周。使用振动式粘度计,依据JIS Z8809测定保管前和保管后的粘度,计算放置2周后的粘度的变化率,通过下述评价基准评价保存稳定性。在保存稳定性的评价为A或B时,可以说得到了良好的结果。
评价基准
A:粘度变化率为3%以下
B:粘度变化率超过3%且在5%以下
C:粘度变化率超过5%
2.2.摩擦坚牢性
在喷墨打印机PM-870C(精工爱普生株式会社制)的墨盒中填充上述的油墨组合物。填充后,印刷喷嘴检查图案,确认没有填充不良、喷嘴的堵塞。然后,对涂布有前处理液的布帛(聚酯(PES)或尼龙100%平纹织物),以每1点的喷出油墨重量为约40ng、纵横的油墨附着密度为360×360dpi印刷满版图案。
需要说明的是,使用轧染机将前处理液以轧液率为80%的方式涂布于布帛后,在100℃下加热3分钟从而使其附着。
接着,印刷满版图案后,放置1分钟,然后再次在相同条件下通过喷墨使后处理液重叠附着在满版图案上,在140℃下加热3分钟,得到记录物。需要说明的是,在实施例5中,不进行后处理液的附着,在印刷满版图案后在140℃下加热3分钟,得到了记录物。
按照ISO-105X12对如上所述得到的记录物进行摩擦坚牢性的评价。评价基准如下所示。在摩擦坚牢性的评价为A~C时,可以说得到了良好的结果。
评价基准
A:湿摩擦超过3级
B:湿摩擦3级
C:湿摩擦2-3级
D:湿摩擦2级以下
2.3.手感
用手掌直接接触在上述干摩擦坚牢性中制作的记录物的印染部分,按照以下的基准判定此时的触感。判定由3人进行,将支持最多的意见作为判定的结果。在关于判定每个人都有分歧的情况下,判定它们中间的意见。
评价基准
A:印染部的硬度、手感与原来的布帛几乎没有变化,是良好的
B:印染部的硬度或手感与原来的布帛相比稍有变化,但实用上没有问题。
C:印染部的硬度或手感与原来的布帛相比变差,但在容许范围内
D:印染部的硬度或手感与原来的布帛相比变差,在不可容许的范围内
2.4.耐剥离性
将在上述干摩擦坚牢性中制作的记录物以满版图案相对的方式对折,从其上施加10gf/cm2的载荷并放置1周。然后,打开对折的记录物,目视确认印刷面是否产生剥离。基于该确认结果,评价耐剥离性。评价基准如下所示:
A:在印刷面上未观察到粘连或剥离
B:在印刷面上观察到粘连,但未观察到剥离
C:在印刷面上观察到一些剥离
D:在印刷面上观察到剥离
2.5.环境适应性
将由对人体等的安全性较高的成分构成的油墨组合物评价为A,将其它评价为B。

4.评价结果
在表3~4示出实施例及比较例的评价结果。由表3~4可知,通过使用增塑剂和规定的有机溶剂,保存稳定性和摩擦坚牢性更提高,而且手感、耐剥离性、环境适应性提高。
Claims (12)
1.一种水系喷墨油墨组合物,其特征在于,
含有SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂、树脂颗粒、增塑剂和水,
并且含有相对于油墨组合物的总量1.0质量%~10.0质量%的所述有机溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水系喷墨油墨组合物,其特征在于,
所述增塑剂包含SP值为8~10的增塑剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水系喷墨油墨组合物,其特征在于,
所述增塑剂包含环己烯二羧酸系化合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水系喷墨油墨组合物,其特征在于,
所述增塑剂的含量是相对于油墨组合物的总量为0.1质量%~2.0质量%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水系喷墨油墨组合物,其特征在于,
作为所述SP值为9.5~10.5的有机溶剂,包含甲基戊二醇。
6.一种油墨组,其特征在于,具有:
权利要求1至5中任一项所述的水系喷墨油墨组合物;以及
处理液组合物,所述处理液组合物含有选自由聚尿烷树脂、聚酯树脂和丙烯酸类树脂组成的组的树脂和水。
7.一种记录方法,其特征在于,具有油墨附着工序,该油墨附着工序通过喷墨法喷出权利要求1至5中任一项所述的水系喷墨油墨组合物而使其附着于记录介质。
8.根据权利要求7所述的记录方法,其特征在于,
具有将处理液组合物附着于记录介质的处理液附着工序,所述处理液组合物含有选自聚尿烷树脂和聚酯树脂的树脂和水。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的记录方法,其特征在于,
具有干燥工序,该干燥工序对附着于记录介质的所述水系喷墨油墨组合物进行干燥。
10.根据权利要求9所述的记录方法,其特征在于,
在所述干燥工序中将所述记录介质加热至130℃~150℃。
11.根据权利要求7所述的记录方法,其特征在于,
所述记录介质为布帛。
12.根据权利要求11所述的记录方法,其特征在于,
所述布帛含有选自由尼龙纤维和聚酯纤维组成的组中的任一种。
