本发明公开了一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;在获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;将获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,具有提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,促进皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞,增强肌肤对外界环境的耐受力。

作为本发明再进一步的方案:一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,由以下质量份的组分组成:SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.6份、干细胞分泌因子1.5份、甘油4份、二氧化钛1.5份、尿囊素1.2份、生育酚0.8份、聚丙烯酰胺0.6份、丁二醇0.7份、维生素C 0.9份、褐藻糖胶0.6份、海藻提取液1.6份、去离子水75份。
一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.02-0.6份、干细胞分泌因子1-1.5份、甘油2-4份、二氧化钛1-1.5份、尿囊素0.1-1.2份、生育酚0.2-0.8份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.6份、丁二醇0.1-0.7份、维生素C 0.2-0.9份、褐藻糖胶0.05-0.6份、海藻提取液0.7-1.6 份、去离子水40-75份;
2)将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;
3)将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入步骤(2)所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;
4)在步骤3)获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;
5)将步骤4)获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)干细胞分泌因子可以支持干细胞自身的生物活性功能,同时改善机体整体或者局部的微环境,提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,且能提高皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,促进机体组织再生和器官功能恢复,刺激机体其他成体细胞的抗衰老作用,治愈抗衰老最根本的途径是修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞的功能;
2)本发明技术方案,具有提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,促进皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞,增强肌肤对外界环境的耐受力;
3)本发明解决了现有SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾使用时直接与皮肤接触,可能会引起皮肤刺激性反应、耐水效果差的问题;
4)本发明的SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾具有,收敛,抗氧化,去自由基的作用。
具体实施方式
本发明技术方案,具有提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,促进皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞,增强肌肤对外界环境的耐受力,干细胞分泌因子可以支持干细胞自身的生物活性功能,同时改善机体整体或者局部的微环境,提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,且能提高皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,促进机体组织再生和器官功能恢复,刺激机体其他成体细胞的抗衰老作用,治愈抗衰老最根本的途径是修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞的功能。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.02份、干细胞分泌因子1份、甘油2份、二氧化钛1份、尿囊素0.1份、生育酚0.2份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2份、丁二醇0.1份、维生素C 0.2份、褐藻糖胶0.05份、海藻提取液0.7份、去离子水40份;将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;在获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;将获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。
实施例2
分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.1份、干细胞分泌因子1.1份、甘油2.4份、二氧化钛1.1份、尿囊素0.3份、生育酚0.4份、聚丙烯酰胺0.3份、丁二醇0.2份、维生素C 0.3份、褐藻糖胶0.1份、海藻提取液0.9份、去离子水45份;将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;在获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;将获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。
实施例3
分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.3份、干细胞分泌因子1.2份、甘油2.7份、二氧化钛1.2份、尿囊素0.5份、生育酚0.5份、聚丙烯酰胺0.4份、丁二醇0.3份、维生素C 0.4份、褐藻糖胶0.3份、海藻提取液1份、去离子水50份;将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;在获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;将获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。
实施例4
分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.4份、干细胞分泌因子1.3份、甘油3份、二氧化钛1.3份、尿囊素0.8份、生育酚0.6份、聚丙烯酰胺0.5份、丁二醇0.4份、维生素C 0.6份、褐藻糖胶0.45份、海藻提取液1.2份、去离子水65份;将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;在获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;将获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。
实施例5
分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.6份、干细胞分泌因子1.5份、甘油4份、二氧化钛1.5份、尿囊素1.2份、生育酚0.8份、聚丙烯酰胺0.6份、丁二醇0.7份、维生素C 0.9份、褐藻糖胶0.6份、海藻提取液1.6份、去离子水75份;将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;在获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;将获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。

对比例1与实施例3的不同之处在于,对比例1中不含SOD超氧化物歧化酶,其余与实施例3相同。

对比例2与实施例3的不同之处在于,对比例2中不含干细胞分泌因子,其余与实施例3相同。

对比例3与实施例3的不同之处在于,对比例3中不含SOD超氧化物歧化酶和干细胞分泌因子,其余与实施例3相同。
经过实验对比,在射线防护喷雾中加入SOD超氧化物歧化酶和干细胞分泌因子具有提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,促进皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞,增强肌肤对外界环境的耐受力,干细胞分泌因子可以支持干细胞自身的生物活性功能,同时改善机体整体或者局部的微环境,提高成纤维细胞的增殖能力,且能提高皮肤的成纤维细胞合成胶原蛋白的能力,促进机体组织再生和器官功能恢复,刺激机体其他成体细胞的抗衰老作用,治愈抗衰老最根本的途径是修复细胞、改善细胞代谢、激活衰老细胞的功能。

1.一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,由以下质量份的组分组成:
SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.02-0.6份、干细胞分泌因子1-1.5份、甘油2-4份、二氧化钛1-1.5份、尿囊素0.1-1.2份、生育酚0.2-0.8份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.6份、丁二醇0.1-0.7份、维生素C 0.2-0.9份、褐藻糖胶0.05-0.6份、海藻提取液0.7-1.6份、去离子水40-75份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,其特征在于,所述的SOD超氧化物歧化酶选自动物提取SOD超氧化物歧化酶、基因重组SOD超氧化物歧化酶、月桂酸修饰SOD超氧化物歧化酶中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,其特征在于,一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,由以下质量份的组分组成:SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.02份、干细胞分泌因子1份、甘油2份、二氧化钛1份、尿囊素0.1份、生育酚0.2份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2份、丁二醇0.1份、维生素C 0.2份、褐藻糖胶0.05份、海藻提取液0.7份、去离子水40份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,其特征在于,一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,由以下质量份的组分组成:SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.6份、干细胞分泌因子1.5份、甘油4份、二氧化钛1.5份、尿囊素1.2份、生育酚0.8份、聚丙烯酰胺0.6份、丁二醇0.7份、维生素C 0.9份、褐藻糖胶0.6份、海藻提取液1.6份、去离子水75份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种富有干细胞活性因子和SOD的射线防护喷雾,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的SOD超氧化物歧化酶0.02-0.6份、干细胞分泌因子1-1.5份、甘油2-4份、二氧化钛1-1.5份、尿囊素0.1-1.2份、生育酚0.2-0.8份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.6份、丁二醇0.1-0.7份、维生素C 0.2-0.9份、褐藻糖胶0.05-0.6份、海藻提取液0.7-1.6份、去离子水40-75份;
2)将分别称取的甘油、二氧化钛、尿囊素、生育酚、聚丙烯酰胺、丁二醇、维生素C、褐藻糖胶、海藻提取液份溶于去离子水中并过滤,采用常规高温灭菌后,冷却至25℃以下,得到混合液,备用;
3)将SOD超氧化物歧化酶采用常规辐照灭菌,将灭菌后的SOD超氧化物歧化酶在无菌工作环境下加入步骤(2)所制备的混合液中,混合溶解,得到混合酶液;
4)在步骤3)获得的混合酶液中加入干细胞分泌因子;
5)将步骤4)获得的混合液灌装于具有定量阀门的喷雾瓶中,制得富有干细胞活性因子和SOD超氧化物歧化酶的射线防护喷雾,将产品在25℃以下进行保存。
