the solubilizing aid consists of the following substances in percentage by weight: polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil CO 4050%, tween-2020%, PEG-6 caprylic/capric triglyceride 30%;
the ice-cold raw material comprises the following substances in percentage by weight: 2-8% of borneol, 30-40% of menthol, 30-40% of menthyl lactate and 20-30% of N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butanamide; preferably 5% of borneol, 35% of menthol, 35% of menthyl lactate and 25% of N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butanamide.
9. A method for preparing a cold compound liquid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(1) obtaining raw materials according to the weight percentage, and mixing the solvent and the cold raw materials to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding plant essential oil into the mixed solution A, and stirring until the mixed solution is completely clear to obtain mixed solution B;
(3) adding a solubilizing aid into the mixed solution B, and stirring until the mixed solution B is completely clear to obtain a mixed solution C;
(4) sequentially adding the moisturizing factor and the fatting agent into the mixed solution C, and uniformly stirring to form a stable and clear compound solution;
in the preferable step (1), when the cold raw materials are multiple, the next cold raw material can be added when one cold raw material is added and stirred until the mixture is completely clarified;
in the step (3), when the solubilizing aids are multiple, the multiple solubilizing aids are uniformly mixed to form a mixed solubilizing aid, and then the mixed solution B is added.
10. Use of a cold formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of a wet wipe, sanitary napkin or panty diaper.
