背景技术
猪饲料通常是由蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料、青绿饲料、青贮饲料、矿物质饲料和饲料添加剂组成的饲养家猪的饲料。抗生素作为饲料添加剂使用已有多年的历史。显然,抗生素的使用是一把双刃剑,饲料中添加抗生素有助于保障动物健康甚至促进动物生长与生产、提高饲料利用率、降低养殖成本等等,也正是如此,养殖中大量使用抗生素也带来了细菌耐药性、抗生素残留等关乎食品安全和环境污染的大问题。
目前已进入饲料无抗时代。寻找代替抗生素的方案是目前亟待解决的问题。
现有的饲料在各阶段猪的饲料中普遍加入抗生素和人工合成的促生长剂。从而导致猪肉中抗生素及危害人类健康的不安全物质如瘦肉精的残留,此外为了延长饲料的储存时间还加入了防霉剂,防霉剂的加入会影响饲料口味和适口性。

本申请的技术方案中,取消了防霉剂的使用,生产的饲料适口性好,且能长期保存,同时加入了发酵饲料原料,即对原料进行发酵预处理,发酵菌体不仅可以产生许多有机酸,同时菌体本身和其代谢产物也都具有一定的替代抗生素的作用,此外,发酵过程本身也是对原料的一种预消化,发酵处理后的原料,其适口性和消化性也会有很大的改善,可以显著的改善仔猪的生长性能,保育仔猪的末重(+4.44%,P<0.05)和平均日增重(+13.47%,P<0.05),同时降低了仔猪的腹泻指数;本申请的发酵饲料中含有复合菌种和蛋白酶,同时发酵底物不再是单一原料,而是46%豆粕和麸皮的混合原料,由于发酵过程相当于对原料进行预消化,可以提高仔猪的消化吸收率;此外,发酵菌种本身可以改善猪肠道健康,防止有害菌的生长,从而让猪肠道更够更高效的工作,这也是猪生长性能得以改善的原因之一,最后发酵料的使用提高了猪的消化吸收率,改善了仔猪的肠道健康,从而让更多的营养物质在仔猪的小肠部分被吸收,而流入到后肠的营养物质减少,从而降低了仔猪后肠的发酵,而仔猪腹泻的重要原因之一就是后肠发酵产生的胺类物质。本申请不含防霉剂,同时由于在原料中加入了发酵饲料,改善猪消化吸收率,从而提高猪生长性能,此外发酵饲料中的有益菌可以通过改善猪肠道健康,降低猪腹泻指数,属于代替抗生素的产品。
优选的,所述猪饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米29.27份,膨化玉米25份,发酵饲料5份,面粉4份,小麦麸0.8份,豆油0.5份,膨化大豆 10份,豆粕13.5份,鱼粉1.5份,石粉0.3份,大豆磷脂粉0.8份,乳清粉2.5份,蔗糖1.7份,预混料4份,蒙脱石0.3份,酸度调节剂0.83份。
进一步的,发酵饲料,按重量份计,包括46%豆粕600-700份,麸皮32-42 份,菌种0.5-1.5份,蛋白酶0.5-1.5份,水200-300份。
优选的,发酵饲料,按重量份计,包括46%豆粕712.9份,麸皮37.5份,菌种1份,蛋白酶0.975份,水247.62份。
进一步的,菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌1.2×1011cfu/克、酵母菌7.0×1010cfu 亿/克和乳酸杆菌1.0×1010cfu/克,枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸杆菌的质量比为1:1:1,蛋白酶包括碱性蛋白酶20万单位,中性蛋白酶10万单位,碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶的质量比为1:1。
进一步的,预混料,包括铜1650-3125mg/kg,铁3500-7500mg/kg,锌 27100-40000mg/kg,锰680-1460mg/kg、维生素A 116000-250000IU/kg,维生素E≥640IU/kg,余量为载体。
进一步的,载体为米糠粕,米糠粕占预混料的质量比为10-35%。
进一步的,所述预混料还包括钙粉,钙粉占预混料的质量比为20-30%,
进一步的,酸度调节剂料,包括乳酸、柠檬酸和富马酸,乳酸质量含量≥ 23%,柠檬酸质量含量≥18%,富马酸质量含量≥14%,余量为载体淀粉。
所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按上述重量份,取菌种活化,后将活化的菌液加入配料罐中,再加入46%豆粕、麸皮、蛋白酶和水混合均匀,恒温发酵84-96小时后即得发酵饲料;
步骤2、按上述重量份,将玉米、膨化玉米、膨化大豆和豆粕粉碎,之后和制备的发酵饲料、面粉、小麦麸、豆油、膨化大豆、鱼粉、石粉、大豆磷脂粉、乳清粉、蔗糖、预混料、蒙脱石和酸度调节剂混合均匀后造粒即得。
进一步的,在30-35℃下活化40-90分钟,恒温发酵的温度为30-33℃。
本申请的技术方案中,46%豆粕是指豆粕中蛋白含量是46%;
碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶来自市售;
米糠粕是米糠提油后的产品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本申请猪饲料中加入了3-7重量份的发酵饲料,可以改善仔猪消化吸收率,从而提高仔猪生长性能,此外发酵饲料中的有益菌可以通过改善仔猪肠道健康,降低仔猪腹泻指数;
2、保育仔猪的末重(+4.44%,P<0.05)和平均日增重(+13.47%,P<0.05),同时降低了仔猪的腹泻指数;
3、对原料进行发酵预处理,菌体不仅可以产生许多有机酸,同时菌体本身和其代谢产物也都具有一定的替代抗生素的作用,此外,发酵过程本身也是对原料的一种预消化,发酵处理后的原料,其适口性和消化性也会有很大的改善;
4、取消了防霉剂的使用,生产的饲料适口性好,且由于加入了发酵饲料,即对原料进行发酵预处理,菌体不仅可以产生许多有机酸,同时菌体本身和其代谢产物可以代替防霉剂,增加了储存时间;
5、本申请是原料中加入了发酵饲料,并非全发酵,全发酵一些技术问题还不能克服,需要后续处理(烘干),不后续处理保质期短,并且酸性高反而影响适口性,此外,全发酵饲料能量低,把能量做到需求值成本又高(增加的成本大于发酵后带来的附件值),而本申请的添加了部分发酵饲料的猪饲料既能保证发酵后带来的附加值,又不增加饲料生产成本(还可以降低饲料生产成本),还能降低饲料配方成本。

实施例1
含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,所述猪饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米27 份,膨化玉米23份,发酵饲料3份,面粉2份,小麦麸0.6份,豆油0.3份,膨化大豆8份,豆粕11份,鱼粉1份,石粉0.1份,大豆磷脂粉0.6份,乳清粉2份,蔗糖1.2份,预混料2份,蒙脱石0.1份,酸度调节剂0.5份;
发酵饲料,按重量份计,包括46%豆粕600-700份,麸皮32-42份,菌种 0.5-1.5份,蛋白酶0.5-1.5份,水200-300份;
菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌1.2×1011亿cfu/克、酵母菌7.0×1010cfu/克和乳酸杆菌1.0×1010cfu/克,枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸杆菌的质量比为1:1:1,蛋白酶包括碱性蛋白酶20万单位,中性蛋白酶10万单位,碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶的质量比为1:1;

所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按上述重量份,取菌种活化,在30℃下活化40分钟(夏季),后将活化的菌液加入配料罐中,再加入46%豆粕、麸皮、蛋白酶和水混合均匀,恒温30℃发酵96小时后即得发酵饲料;
步骤2、按上述重量份,将玉米、膨化玉米、膨化大豆和豆粕粉碎,之后和制备的发酵饲料、面粉、小麦麸、豆油、膨化大豆、鱼粉、石粉、大豆磷脂粉、乳清粉、蔗糖、预混料、蒙脱石和酸度调节剂混合均匀后造粒即得。
实施例2
含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,所述猪饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米29.27份,膨化玉米25份,发酵饲料5份,面粉4份,小麦麸0.8份,豆油0.5 份,膨化大豆10份,豆粕13.5份,鱼粉1.5份,石粉0.3份,大豆磷脂粉0.8 份,乳清粉2.5份,蔗糖1.7份,预混料4份,蒙脱石0.3份,酸度调节剂0.83 份;
发酵饲料,按重量份计,包括46%豆粕712.9份,麸皮37.5份,菌种1份,蛋白酶0.975份,水247.62份;
菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌1.2×1011cfu/克、酵母菌7.0×1010cfu/克和乳酸杆菌1.0×1010cfu/克,枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸杆菌的质量比为1:1:1,蛋白酶包括碱性蛋白酶20万单位,中性蛋白酶10万单位,碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶的质量比为1:1;
预混料,包括铜2387mg/kg,铁5500mg/kg,锌33550mg/kg,锰1070mg/kg、维生素A183000IU/kg,维生素E 800IU/kg,钙粉,钙粉占预混料的质量比为25%,余量为载体米糠粕;
酸度调节剂料,包括乳酸、柠檬酸和富马酸,乳酸质量含量25%,柠檬酸质量含量20%,富马酸质量含量16%,载体淀粉质量含量39%。
制备方法如实施例1所述,其中步骤1、按上述重量份,取菌种活化,在 32℃下活化60分钟(春秋),后将活化的菌液加入配料罐中,再加入46%豆粕、麸皮、蛋白酶和水混合均匀,恒温33℃发酵84小时后即得发酵饲料。
实施例3
含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,所述猪饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米31 份,膨化玉米27份,发酵饲料7份,面粉6份,小麦麸1份,豆油0.7份,膨化大豆12份,豆粕15份,鱼粉2份,石粉0.5份,大豆磷脂粉1份,乳清粉 3份,蔗糖2.2份,预混料6份,蒙脱石0.5份,酸度调节剂1份。
发酵饲料,按重量份计,包括46%豆粕700份,麸皮42份,菌种1.5份,蛋白酶1.5份,水300份;
菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌1.2×1011cfu/克、酵母菌7.0×1010cfu/克和乳酸杆菌1.0×1010cfu/克,枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸杆菌的质量比为1:1:1,蛋白酶包括碱性蛋白酶20万单位,中性蛋白酶10万单位,碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶的质量比为1:1;
预混料,包括铜3125mg/kg,铁7500mg/kg,锌40000mg/kg,锰1460mg/kg、维生素A250000IU/kg,维生素E 1000IU/kg,还包括钙粉,钙粉占预混料的质量比为30%,余量为载体米糠粕;
酸度调节剂料,包括乳酸、柠檬酸和富马酸,乳酸质量含量30%,柠檬酸质量含量25%,富马酸质量含量16%,载体淀粉质量含量29%;
制备方法如实施例1所述,其中步骤1、按上述重量份,取菌种活化,在 35℃下活化90分钟(冬季),后将活化的菌液加入配料罐中,再加入46%豆粕、麸皮、蛋白酶和水混合均匀,恒温30℃发酵96小时后即得发酵饲料。
试验例(本试验采用单因素设计)
选用来源、日龄相同且体重相近的内三元仔猪50头,初始体重15kg左右,分为两个处理组,每个处理5个重复,每个重复5头猪,进行饲喂试验,试验周期30d。

试验在试验猪场育肥舍进行。先用崇州旺达B料(市售)过渡3天。每天饲喂2次(8:00,15:00),保证猪只自由采食和饮水。每天定期(8:30,15:30)观察记录猪的采食,精神及腹泻状况,天气情况,温度,湿度等,作好日常记录。如出现疾病或死亡,应根据实际情况立即对症治疗或淘汰,并作好记录。试验期间,保证猪舍内清洁卫生和空气流通,严格遵守猪场生物安全管理制度。
数据记录:统计初重、末重、采食量、料肉比、腹泻率、腹泻指数,其中重点关注腹泻情况。正式试验第1d和30d早上空腹称重。在试验期间,每天上午 9:00,下午17:00观察猪只排粪情况,记录腹泻头次并评分。
腹泻率=(腹泻头次/总头数)*100%;腹泻指数=(1分头次*1+2分头次*2+3 分头次*3)/总腹泻头次腹泻指数评判标准:
1分:轻度腹泻,粪便接近正常粪便形状,有点松软,略能成形状;
2分:中度腹泻,粪便含水量偏高,成水泥样糊状,能堆积但是不成形;
3分:严重腹泻:粪便呈水样状,排粪时呈喷射状。如图1,其中,图1中 A为1分,B为2分,C为3分。
试验数据采用SPSS Statistics分析软件进行单因素方差分析。结果如表3所示。
表3.日粮中使用复合发酵原料对保育猪生长性能的影响
由表3可知,日粮中使用复合发酵原料可以显著提高保育仔猪的末重及平均日增重,分别提高了4.44%和13.47%。对猪只得料肉比没有显著影响。同时,复合发酵原料降低了保育仔猪的腹泻指数。
Claims (10)
1.含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,所述猪饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米27-31份,膨化玉米23-27份,发酵饲料3-7份,面粉2-6份,小麦麸0.6-1份,豆油0.3-0.7份,膨化大豆8-12份,豆粕11-15份,鱼粉1-2份,石粉0.1-0.5份,大豆磷脂粉0.6-1份,乳清粉2-3份,蔗糖1.2-2.2份,预混料2-6份,蒙脱石0.1-0.5份,酸度调节剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,所述猪饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米29.27份,膨化玉米25份,发酵饲料5份,面粉4份,小麦麸0.8份,豆油0.5份,膨化大豆10份,豆粕13.5份,鱼粉1.5份,石粉0.3份,大豆磷脂粉0.8份,乳清粉2.5份,蔗糖1.7份,预混料4份,蒙脱石0.3份,酸度调节剂0.83份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,发酵饲料,按重量份计,包括46%豆粕600-700份,麸皮32-42份,菌种0.5-1.5份,蛋白酶0.5-1.5份,水200-300份。

5.根据权利要求3或4所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌1.2×1011cfu/克、酵母菌7.0×1010cfu/克和乳酸杆菌1.0×1010cfu/克,枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和乳酸杆菌的质量比为1:1:1,蛋白酶包括碱性蛋白酶20万单位,中性蛋白酶10万单位,碱性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶的质量比为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,预混料,包括铜1650-3125mg/kg,铁3500-7500mg/kg,锌27100-40000mg/kg,锰680-1460mg/kg、维生素A116000-250000IU/kg,维生素E≥640IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料还包括钙粉,钙粉占预混料的质量比为20-30%。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料,其特征在于,酸度调节剂料,包括乳酸、柠檬酸和富马酸,乳酸质量含量≥23%,柠檬酸质量含量≥18%,富马酸质量含量≥14%,余量为载体淀粉。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按上述重量份,取菌种活化,后将活化的菌液加入配料罐中,再加入46%豆粕、麸皮、蛋白酶和水混合均匀,恒温发酵84-96小时后即得发酵饲料;
步骤2、按上述重量份,将玉米、膨化玉米、膨化大豆和豆粕粉碎,之后和制备的发酵饲料、面粉、小麦麸、豆油、膨化大豆、鱼粉、石粉、大豆磷脂粉、乳清粉、蔗糖、预混料、蒙脱石和酸度调节剂混合均匀后造粒即得。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含湿发酵豆粕的猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,在30-35℃下活化40-90分钟,恒温发酵的温度为30-33℃。
