与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
通过投喂维持料和繁殖料,使养殖鼠可以补充足够的营养物质,达到了养殖鼠生长速 度快和繁殖能力强的效果,解决了现有的饲料并不能满足养殖鼠的需要,很难给鼠提供足 够的营养和繁殖所需物质,因此导致鼠的生长和繁殖都受到影响的问题。

所述维持料配方(质量百分比)的成分包括:玉米58.2%,小麦麸14%,豆粕13%,面 粉10%,进口鱼粉5%,发酵豆粕5%,膨化大豆4%,石粉2.0%,磷酸氢钙1.8%,啤酒酵母 1.3%,酵母水解物1.4%,大豆油1.5%,食盐0.6%,氯化胆碱0.3%,繁殖预混料0.2%,香 味剂0.07%,甜味剂0.02%;所述繁殖料配方(质量百分比)的成分包括:玉米46%,豆粕22.7%,面粉9%,进口鱼粉7%,小麦麸5.1%,发酵豆粕4.5%,膨化大豆4%,乳清粉3%,乳清粉能提供大量的乳糖,在消化道内发酵可产生大量的乳酸,降低pH值,帮助乳的消 化,抑制致病细菌的生长,这对离乳前的小鼠健康意义重大。同时,乳清粉中亦含有白蛋 白及球蛋白,对肠道同样具有正面的影响,特别是免疫球蛋白,对肠道具有保护效果,能 对抗大肠杆菌,石1.8%,大豆油1.7%,啤酒酵母1.35%,酵母水解物1.35%,磷酸氢钙0.7%, 食盐0.55%,繁殖预混料0.4%,氯化胆碱0.3%,L-缬氨酸0.12%,DL-蛋氨酸0.09%,维生 素E醋酸酯0.06%,维生素E醋酸酯与性机能密切相关,它通过垂体前叶分泌促性腺激素, 调节性机能,在大小鼠饲料上使用,可提高大小鼠的繁殖性能,提高产仔率和幼子的成活 率,香味剂0.06%,酵母硒0.025%,酵母硒中的硒与维生素E醋酸酯有叠加作用,能保护 细胞膜的完整性,免受固脂过氧化物的抑制和损伤,而且对大小鼠的正常繁殖功能有重要 作用。硒元素是动物生理不可缺少的微量元素,亚硒酸钠等无机硒源产品具有吸收率低、 毒性高等缺点,添加无机硒效果差,并对大小鼠存在潜在的危害。酵母硒是将硒富集在生 长酵母的细胞蛋白结构内生产的,酵母硒远比无机硒安全、稳定、易吸收等,甜味剂0.02%,维持物料配方和繁殖物料配方两个配方中的蛋白质(氨基酸)、脂肪、等基本营养都要高 于国家标准GB14924.3-2010的要求,粗蛋白设计:一般大小鼠繁殖饲料粗蛋白设计在 20-23%之间,主要的蛋白质来源有豆粕、进口蒸汽鱼粉、发酵豆粕、膨化大豆等等,保证 易消化吸收,能量设计:消化能设计需在3,300Kcal/g以上才能满足大小鼠繁殖的需求。 主要能量来源有玉米、小麦、面粉等谷物及加工产品,其中鱼粉是一种易消化的动物性原 料,啤酒酵母、酵母水解物含有含有大量的氨基酸、小肽、丰富的B族维生素、谷胱甘肽 及核苷酸类物质,核酸具有增强机体免疫力、促进细胞再生与修复、促进幼年动物肠道正 常发育、抗氧化及维持肠道正常菌群的作用。

所述实验动物料的配方的工艺步骤是:
步骤一、将各种物料通过称重的方式配料,其中颗粒较大的物料需使用粉碎机进行粉 碎;
步骤二、将粉碎后的物料与无需粉碎的物料按比例配比好后转移到搅拌机的内部,通 过搅拌机进行充分的搅拌;
步骤三、将搅拌好的物料通过通过蒸煮器进行蒸煮,蒸煮完毕后需要对其进行冷凝;
步骤四、将冷凝好的饲料通过饲料颗粒机制造成长度均等的颗粒,使搞颗粒的硬度和 长度均达到所需要求,最后进行包装出库。
