背景技术
无抗生素猪肉是指猪肉中抗生素残留量很低、达到与符合我国或欧盟猪肉制品中抗生素残留规定标准的一种生态安全高品质肉,不仅保障人们的健康安全,而且风味好,深受消费者青睐。实现猪全程无饲用抗生素饲养的关键是在于仔猪保育期无抗生素饲料的配制与应用。
饲用抗生素对畜禽具有显著的防病、促生长作用,防止保育仔猪腹泻、改善仔猪生产性能的功效尤为显著。正因如此,饲用抗生素在保育仔猪日粮中的应用一直存在超量和违规使用问题,从而影响猪后期生产性能、使猪肉风味等肉品质下降、甚至导致机体产生耐药菌株和出现“三致”症状。
非洲猪瘟,是一种急性,发热传染性很高的滤过性病毒所引起的猪病,其特征是发病过程短,但死亡率高达100%,病猪临床表现为发热,皮肤发绀,淋巴结,肾,胃肠粘膜明显出血。
非瘟成为养猪行业的常态化形势,在非瘟背景下,对无抗养殖提出了更高的要求,现有的无抗饲料中的鱼粉等部分动物源性原料均不能使用,导致无抗饲料的促生长作用降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种无抗仔猪保育配合饲料及其制备方法,该无抗饲料可有效解决现有的无抗饲料存在的促生长效果差的问题。

(1)将玉米、豆粕、膨化大豆、碎米和小麦粉按照配方比例混合均匀,然后粉碎,得原料粉末一;
(2)将步骤(1)中原料粉末一进行制粒,得原料颗粒一;
(3)将步骤(2)中的原料颗粒一与剩余原料混合均匀,然后进行二次粉碎,得原来粉末二;
(4)将步骤(3)中的原料粉末二进行二次制粒,制得。
进一步地,步骤(1)中粉碎筛片孔径为1.0-1.5mm。
进一步地,步骤(2)中制粒过程中调质温度>90℃,调质180s,环膜孔径3.5~5.0mm,环膜压缩比1:6。

本发明所产生的有益效果为:
本申请中的保育配合饲料包括两个阶段的,第一阶段保育配合饲料适用于21-35日龄,体重在5.5-9kg之间的仔猪,第二阶段保育配合饲料适用于36-50日龄,体重在9-15kg的仔猪。仔猪断奶后,开始食用保育饲料,但是由于仔猪的消化能力较弱,对饲料的要求较高,如果饲料中不易消化的原料过多,导致仔猪消化吸收差,影响仔猪的生长发育,因此,本申请中第一阶段的饲料包含大量优质易消化的碳水化合物、高品质蛋白源、有机酸和丰富的酶制剂,且包含较高水平的氨基酸,该阶段饲料可充分提高仔猪的消化率,改善仔猪的肠道机能,使其快速适应保育饲料的喂养模式,减少其由于断奶饲喂饲料造成的生病状况;一定时间后,改用第二阶段饲料,第二阶段饲料中蛋白质和碳水化合物水平降低,可降低饲料成本,同时,豆粕添加量增加,可加速仔猪生长。
本申请的饲料中添加有有机酸、复合酶制剂、易消化原料等成分改善仔猪的肠道消化机能,使其快速适应保育配合饲料的喂养模式,缩短其适应时间,减少由于适应差造成的生病状况,进而提高生长速度。
本申请的饲料中不含有动物源性原料,可有效避免非瘟背景下仔猪染病的风险,同时,减少动物源性原料的添加,也可降低饲料成本。
采用本发明中的方法,在饲料制备过程中可充分实现对饲料原料的灭菌消毒,减少对仔猪肠道造成的影响;且采用本发明的方法可提高饲料原料的消化率,进而提高仔猪的吸收效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,包括第一阶段饲料和第二阶段饲料,所述第一阶段饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米30份、豆粕13份、膨化大豆12份、碎米12份、小麦粉12份、富力肽7份、椰子油粉6份、蔗糖5份、酵母水解物5份、乳清粉5份、糊精4份、大豆酵解蛋白3份、大豆油1.2份、磷酸二氢钙1份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.8份、甲酸钙0.8份、苯甲酸0.5份、L-苏氨酸0.5份、DL-蛋氨酸0.5份、氧化锌0.4份、氧化钠0.2份、L色氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.05份、谷氨酸钠0.08份、氯化胆碱0.08份、丁酸钠0.08份、防霉剂0.08份、香味剂0.05份、复合维生素添加剂1份、复合矿物添加剂0.1份、复合酶制剂0.3份;
第二阶段饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米50份、豆粕16份、膨化大豆8份、碎米7份、小麦粉12份、椰子油粉3份、蔗糖3份、酵母水解物2份、乳清粉3份、大豆油1.5份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.8份、苯甲酸0.5份、酸度调节剂0.5份、L-苏氨酸0.5份、DL-蛋氨酸0.5份、氧化锌0.3份、氯化钠0.3份、L-色氨酸0.2份、甜菜碱0.2份、谷氨酸钠0.2份、氯化胆碱0.2份、丁酸钠0.2份、防霉剂0.1份、香味剂0.1份、石粉1份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、发酵豆粕5份、复合维生素添加剂2份、复合矿物质添加剂0.5份、复合酶制剂0.5份。
上述每kg复合维生素添加剂包括以下组分:维生素A300000IU、维生素D3100000IU、维生素E2000IU、维生素K3 100mg、维生素B1 100mg、维生素B2 250mg、维生素B6 120mg、维生素B12 100mg、烟酰胺1250mg、维生素C80mg;
上述每kg复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶4000000单位、蛋白酶500000单位、α-淀粉酶1000000单位、β-葡聚糖酶150000单位、果胶酶25000单位;复合矿物质添加剂包括硫酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁络合物、硫酸铜、碱式氯化铜、碱式氯化锌、甘氨酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、氯化钴和乙氧基喹啉啉;每kg复合矿物质添加剂中铁值为50000mg、铜31660mg、锌26660mg、锰20000mg。
上述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料的制备方法如下:
(1)将玉米、豆粕、膨化大豆、碎米和小麦粉按配方比例进行第一次混合,控制产品稳定性(混合均匀度:动态精度≤3‰和静态精度≤1‰,混合180S);
(2)将上述混合好的原料进行第一次粉碎(粉碎筛片孔径1.5mm);
(3)将上述粉碎好的原料进行第一次制粒,通过调质温度>90℃,调质180s,环膜孔径4.0mm,环膜压缩比1:6,灭菌杀毒,提高原料消化率;
(4)将上述第一次制粒的原料和剩余原料按配方比例进行混合,控制产品稳定性(混合均匀度:动态精度≤1‰和静态精度≤1‰,混合180S);
(5)将上述制粒好的原料进行第二次粉碎,(粉碎筛片孔径1.2mm),确保90%过30目筛;
(6)将上述粉碎好的原料进行第二次制粒,通过调质温度50℃,调质120s,环膜孔径3.5mm,环膜压缩比1:8,制得。
实施例2
一种无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,包括第一阶段饲料和第二阶段饲料,所述第一阶段饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米25.53份、豆粕10.6份、膨化大豆10份、碎米10份、小麦粉10份、富力肽5份、椰子油粉4份、蔗糖4份、酵母水解物4份、乳清粉4份、糊精3份、大豆酵解蛋白2份、大豆油1.02份、磷酸二氢钙0.88份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.51份、甲酸钙0.68份、苯甲酸0.5份、L-苏氨酸0.26份、DL-蛋氨酸0.22份、氧化锌0.2份、氧化钠0.15份、L色氨酸0.11份、甜菜碱0.10份、谷氨酸钠0.1份、氯化胆碱0.1份、丁酸钠0.1份、防霉剂0.5份、香味剂0.02份、复合维生素添加剂2.0份、复合矿物添加剂0.3份、复合酶制剂0.1份;
第二阶段饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米43.01份、豆粕14.6份、膨化大豆8份、碎米5份、小麦粉10份、椰子油粉2份、蔗糖2份、酵母水解物1份、乳清粉3份、大豆油1.33份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.54份、苯甲酸0.25份、酸度调节剂0.25份、L-苏氨酸0.24份、DL-蛋氨酸0.23份、氧化锌0.15份、氯化钠0.16份、L-色氨酸0.08份、甜菜碱0.1份、谷氨酸钠0.1份、氯化胆碱0.1份、丁酸钠0.1份、防霉剂0.05份、香味剂0.01份、石粉0.51份、磷酸氢钙1.28份、发酵豆粕4份、复合维生素添加剂2份、复合矿物质添加剂0.3份、复合酶制剂0.1份;

(4)将上述第一次制粒的原料和剩余原料按配方比例进行混合,控制产品稳定性(混合均匀度:动态精度≤1‰和静态精度≤1‰,混合180S);
(5)将上述制粒好的原料进行第二次粉碎,(粉碎筛片孔径1.5mm),确保90%过30目筛;
(6)将上述粉碎好的原料进行第二次制粒,通过调质温度50℃,调质120s,环膜孔径4mm,环膜压缩比1:8,制得。
对比例1
一种无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,包括以下重量份组分:玉米30份、豆粕12份、膨化大豆10份、碎米8份、小麦粉10份、富力肽5份、椰子油粉4份、蔗糖4份、酵母水解物4份、乳清粉4份、糊精3份、大豆酵解蛋白2份、大豆油1.02份、磷酸二氢钙0.88份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.51份、甲酸钙0.68份、苯甲酸0.5份、L-苏氨酸0.26份、DL-蛋氨酸0.22份、氧化锌0.2份、氧化钠0.15份、L色氨酸0.11份、甜菜碱0.10份、谷氨酸钠0.1份、氯化胆碱0.1份、丁酸钠0.1份、防霉剂0.5份、香味剂0.02份、复合维生素添加剂2.0份、复合矿物添加剂0.3份、复合酶制剂0.1份;
上述每kg复合维生素添加剂包括以下组分:维生素A300000IU、维生素D3100000IU、维生素E2000IU、维生素K3 100mg、维生素B1 100mg、维生素B2 250mg、维生素B6 120mg、维生素B12 100mg、烟酰胺1250mg、维生素C80mg;

上述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例2
在实施例2中的饲料中添加0.5%的金霉素抗生素。
试验例
选取1200头初始重量为6.54±0.04kg的21日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交健康仔猪,随机分为4组,每组300头,每组10个重复,每个重复30头仔猪。分别为每组仔猪饲喂实施例1-2、对比例1-2中的饲料,试验期30天,洁净饮水,自由采食。准确记录试验仔猪初始体重、终末体重、腹泻及采食情况,数据结果如下:
通过上述数据可知,实施例1-2中在日均采食量、日均增重和料肉比上与对比例2中含有抗生素的饲料相当,显著高于对比例1,且相对于对比例1中的单阶段饲料,可显著降低腹泻率,证明本申请中的无抗保育配合饲料可以替代抗生素饲料。
Claims (10)
1.一种无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,其特征在于,包括第一阶段饲料和第二阶段饲料,所述第一阶段饲料包括以下重量份组分:玉米20-30份、豆粕8-13份、膨化大豆8-12份、碎米8-12份、小麦粉8-12份、富力肽4-7份、椰子油粉2-6份、蔗糖3-5份、酵母水解物3-5份、乳清粉3-5份、糊精2-4份、大豆酵解蛋白1-3份、大豆油0.8-1.2份、磷酸二氢钙0.5-1份、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐0.2-0.8份、有机酸1-3份、L-苏氨酸0.1-0.5份、DL-蛋氨酸0.1-0.5份、氧化锌0.1-0.5份、氧化钠0.01-0.2份、L色氨酸0.1-0.5份、甜菜碱0.01-0.2份、谷氨酸钠0.01-0.2份、氯化胆碱0.01-0.2份、丁酸钠0.01-0.2份、防霉剂0.01-0.1份、香味剂0.01-0.1份、复合维生素添加剂1-2份、复合矿物添加剂0.1-0.5份、复合酶制剂0.1-0.5份;

4.如权利要求1所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素添加剂包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、维生素C。
5.如权利要求1所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶制剂包括木聚糖酶、蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶、β-葡聚糖酶、果胶酶。
6.如权利要求1所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合矿物质添加剂包括硫酸亚铁、甘氨酸铁络合物、硫酸铜、碱式氯化铜、碱式氯化锌、甘氨酸锌、硫酸锰、碘酸钙、亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、氯化钴或乙氧基喹啉啉中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料,其特征在于,每kg所述复合矿物质添加剂中铁值为28000-60000mg、铜19440-41660mg、锌17110-36660mg、锰14000-30000mg。
8.如权利要求1-7中任一项所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米、豆粕、膨化大豆、碎米和小麦粉按照配方比例混合均匀,然后粉碎,得原料粉末一;
(2)将步骤(1)中原料粉末一进行制粒,得原料颗粒一;
(3)将步骤(2)中的原料颗粒一与剩余原料混合均匀,然后进行二次粉碎,得原料粉末二;
(4)将步骤(3)中的原料粉末二进行二次制粒,制得。
9.如权利要求8中任一项所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中制粒过程中调质温度>90℃,调质170-190s,环膜孔径3.5~5.0mm,环膜压缩比1:6。
10.如权利要求8中任一项所述无抗仔猪保育配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中二次制粒过程中调质温度50-60℃,调质100-140s,环膜孔径3.5~4.0mm,环膜压缩比1:8。
