本部分将详细描述本发明的具体实施例,本发明之较佳实施例在附图中示出,附图的作用在于用图形补充说明书文字部分的描述,使人能够直观地、形象地理解本发明的每个技术特征和整体技术方案,但其不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
实施例
请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种建筑施工用深基坑开挖泥土的提升运输装置,包括箱体1和处理组件2,箱体1的顶部开设有开口,箱体1的顶部固定安装有进料斗3,进料斗3位于开口处,进料斗3的顶部和底部均为开口设置,箱体1的顶部固定安装有液压杆4,液压杆4的自由端固定安装有平台5,平台5的顶部固定安装有安装竖板6,液压杆4、平台5和导向杆14的设置,能够根据深基坑的深度进行调节,能够适用于不同深度的深基坑,便于对泥土进行运输,无需使用运载车进行运输,大大地加快了工作效率,减少自然环境因素对工作效率的影响,大大地降低了不必要的风险,处理组件2设置于箱体1上,处理组件2包括有破碎杆201和第一电机202,破碎杆201转动安装于箱体1的两侧内壁,第一电机202固定安装于箱体1的一侧外壁,安装竖板6上设置有辅助组件,安装竖板6的数量为两组。
进一步的,处理组件2还包括有螺旋刀片203、抽料泵204和输出管道205,破碎杆201的外壁固定套设有螺旋刀片203,箱体1的外壁铰接安装有门,门的外壁固定安装有把手,通过门的设置,便于对螺旋刀片203上的泥土进行清理,第一电机202的输出轴通过联轴器与破碎杆201固定安装,箱体1的顶部固定安装有抽料泵204,抽料泵204的输入端固定连接有输入管,输入管的一端延伸至箱体1的内部,抽料泵204的输出端固定连接有输出管道205,将挖出的泥土通过进料斗3倒入箱体1内,与此同时控制第一电机202启动,第一电机202带动破碎杆201转动,破碎杆201带动螺旋刀片203转动,螺旋刀片203的转动对泥土进行破碎和传送,与此同时控制抽料泵204启动,抽料泵204通过输入管将破碎后的泥土抽出,然后通过输出管道205进入横管9内,对一些结块的泥土块和石头进行破碎处理,避免因重力的原因直接掉落至运输装置上,进而对运输装置进行破坏,大大地降低其使用寿命。
更进一步的,两组安装竖板6的相邻侧壁转动安装有转动粗柱7,转动粗柱7的外壁固定连接有四个连接长条板10,每两个为一组,两组连接长条板10的相邻侧壁转动安装有两组转杆,两组转杆的外壁套设有传动轮13,两组传动轮13套设有传输钢带11且通过传输钢带11传动连接,一组连接长条板10的后侧固定安装有第二电机12,第二电机12的输出轴与其中一组转杆固定安装,安装竖板6、转动粗柱7、连接板8、横管9、连接长条板10、传输钢带11、第二电机12和传动轮13的设置,将整个运输设备设计成跷跷板的形式,可随意更改角度,便于根据深基坑的深度进行调节,转动粗柱7的两段外壁均固定连接有连接板8,两组连接板8的相邻侧壁固定安装有连接横板,连接横板的一侧固定安装有横管9,横管9的底部固定连接有喷头,输出管道205的另一端与横管9的外壁固定连接且相通,连接板8和横管9跟随安装竖板6的转动并转动,使得横管9与传输钢带11保持一个合适的距离,连接长条板10上挡板的设置,降低出现泥土掉落的概率。
再进一步的,箱体1的顶部固定安装有四组导向杆14,平台5上开设有四组可供导向杆14穿过的圆形开口,导向杆14的一端固定连接有限位块。
实施例
请参阅图1-6,在实施例一的基础上,辅助组件包括有双轴电机18、传动柱19、固定板20、固定块21、伞型齿轮22、收卷辊23和绳索24,两组安装竖板6的相邻侧壁固定安装有横板,横板的顶部固定安装有竖柱,竖柱的外壁固定连接有两组斜杆,竖柱的顶端固定安装有U形架17,U形架17的内侧底部固定安装有双轴电机18,双轴电机18的两端输出轴固定连接有传动柱19,传动柱19的一端固定连接有伞型齿轮22,U形架17上固定连接有固定板20,固定板20的外壁与斜杆固定连接,固定板20的底部固定安装有四个固定块21,每两个为一组,两组固定块21的相邻侧壁转动安装有转动杆,转动杆的外壁固定套设有收卷辊23,收卷辊23的外壁固定套设有绳索24,转动杆的一端延伸至固定块21的前侧并固定连接有伞型齿轮22,两组伞型齿轮22相啮合,两组连接长条板10上均固定安装有弓形板28,绳索24的另一端与弓形板28的顶部铰接安装,控制双轴电机18的两端输出轴不同方向的转动,两组传动柱19转动方向不同,带动两组伞型齿轮22转动方向不同,使得一组收卷辊23将绳索24进行收卷,另一组收卷辊23带动绳索24进行放线处理,使得连接长条板10和传输钢带11呈倾斜设置,导出板15位于高处,挡料板16位于低处,横管9内的泥土掉落至传输钢带11上,能够对连接长条板10和传输钢带11的角度进行调节,根据深基坑的深度来调节其倾斜角度,便于将挖出的泥土运输到基坑外。
进一步的,箱体1的两侧外壁均固定安装有两组竖筒25,竖筒25内滑动安装有圆形滑块27,圆形滑块27的底部固定安装有插杆26,竖筒25的底部开设可供插杆26穿过的开口,竖筒25的外壁开设有矩形开口,矩形开口内滑动安装有拨动块,拨动块与圆形滑块27的外壁固定连接,竖筒25的外壁开设有三组移动口,将本装置移动至深基坑内,移动至合适位置后,握住拨动块向下运动,带动圆形滑块27和插杆26向下运动,插杆26插入泥土中后并将拨动块滑动至移动口内,插入地下能够对装置起到固定的作用,降低出现突然移动和翻倒的情况,降低危险性。
更进一步的,平台5上开设有两组方形开口且呈对称设置,连接长条板10的顶部固定安装有挡板。
再进一步的,一组连接长条板10的另一侧固定安装有导出板15,靠近横管9的一组弓形板28上固定安装有挡料板16,导出板15和挡料板16均呈倾斜设置且倾斜方向和角度均不相同。
工作原理:将本装置移动至深基坑内,移动至合适位置后,握住拨动块向下运动,带动圆形滑块27和插杆26向下运动,插杆26插入泥土中后并将拨动块滑动至移动口内,对装置进行固定,将挖出的泥土通过进料斗3倒入箱体1内,与此同时控制第一电机202启动,第一电机202带动破碎杆201转动,破碎杆201带动螺旋刀片203转动,螺旋刀片203的转动对泥土进行破碎和传送,与此同时控制抽料泵204启动,抽料泵204通过输入管将破碎后的泥土抽出,然后通过输出管道205进入横管9内,与此同时,控制液压杆4向上运动带动平台5和安装竖板6升高至合适的高度,控制双轴电机18的两端输出轴不同方向的转动,两组传动柱19转动方向不同,带动两组伞型齿轮22转动方向不同,使得一组收卷辊23将绳索24进行收卷,另一组收卷辊23带动绳索24进行放线处理,使得连接长条板10和传输钢带11呈倾斜设置,导出板15位于高处,挡料板16位于低处,横管9内的泥土掉落至传输钢带11上,控制第二电机12启动,第二电机12带动传动轮13转动,传动轮13带动传输钢带11对泥土进行传输。

1.一种建筑施工用深基坑开挖泥土的提升运输装置,包括箱体(1)和处理组件(2),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的顶部开设有开口,箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有进料斗(3),进料斗(3)位于开口处,进料斗(3)的顶部和底部均为开口设置,箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有液压杆(4),液压杆(4)的自由端固定安装有平台(5),平台(5)的顶部固定安装有安装竖板(6);
所述处理组件(2)设置于箱体(1)上,处理组件(2)包括有破碎杆(201)和第一电机(202),破碎杆(201)转动安装于箱体(1)的两侧内壁,第一电机(202)固定安装于箱体(1)的一侧外壁,安装竖板(6)上设置有辅助组件,辅助组件包括有双轴电机(18)、传动柱(19)、固定板(20)、固定块(21)、伞型齿轮(22)、收卷辊(23)和绳索(24),两组安装竖板(6)的相邻侧壁固定安装有横板,横板的顶部固定安装有竖柱,竖柱的外壁固定连接有两组斜杆,竖柱的顶端固定安装有U形架(17),U形架(17)的内侧底部固定安装有双轴电机(18),双轴电机(18)的两端输出轴固定连接有传动柱(19),传动柱(19)的一端固定连接有伞型齿轮(22),U形架(17)上固定连接有固定板(20),固定板(20)的外壁与斜杆固定连接,固定板(20)的底部固定安装有四个固定块(21),每两个为一组,两组固定块(21)的相邻侧壁转动安装有转动杆,转动杆的外壁固定套设有收卷辊(23),收卷辊(23)的外壁固定套设有绳索(24),转动杆的一端延伸至固定块(21)的前侧并固定连接有伞型齿轮(22),两组伞型齿轮(22)相啮合,两组连接长条板(10)上均固定安装有弓形板(28),绳索(24)的另一端与弓形板(28)的顶部铰接安装,安装竖板(6)的数量为两组,处理组件(2)还包括有螺旋刀片(203)、抽料泵(204)和输出管道(205),破碎杆(201)的外壁固定套设有螺旋刀片(203),第一电机(202)的输出轴通过联轴器与破碎杆(201)固定安装,箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有抽料泵(204),抽料泵(204)的输入端固定连接有输入管,输入管的一端延伸至箱体(1)的内部,抽料泵(204)的输出端固定连接有输出管道(205),两组安装竖板(6)的相邻侧壁转动安装有转动粗柱(7),转动粗柱(7)的外壁固定连接有四个连接长条板(10),每两个为一组,两组连接长条板(10)的相邻侧壁转动安装有两组转杆,两组转杆的外壁套设有传动轮(13),两组传动轮(13)套设有传输钢带(11)且通过传输钢带(11)传动连接,一组连接长条板(10)的后侧固定安装有第二电机(12),第二电机(12)的输出轴与其中一组转杆固定安装,转动粗柱(7)的两段外壁均固定连接有连接板(8),两组连接板(8)的相邻侧壁固定安装有连接横板,连接横板的一侧固定安装有横管(9),横管(9)的底部固定连接有喷头,输出管道(205)的另一端与横管(9)的外壁固定连接且相通,平台(5)上开设有两组方形开口且呈对称设置,连接长条板(10)的顶部固定安装有挡板,一组连接长条板(10)的另一侧固定安装有导出板(15),靠近横管(9)的一组弓形板(28)上固定安装有挡料板(16),导出板(15)和挡料板(16)均呈倾斜设置且倾斜方向和角度均不相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用深基坑开挖泥土的提升运输装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的顶部固定安装有四组导向杆(14),平台(5)上开设有四组可供导向杆(14)穿过的圆形开口,导向杆(14)的一端固定连接有限位块。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑施工用深基坑开挖泥土的提升运输装置,其特征在于:所述箱体(1)的两侧外壁均固定安装有两组竖筒(25),竖筒(25)内滑动安装有圆形滑块(27),圆形滑块(27)的底部固定安装有插杆(26),竖筒(25)的底部开设可供插杆(26)穿过的开口,竖筒(25)的外壁开设有矩形开口,矩形开口内滑动安装有拨动块,拨动块与圆形滑块(27)的外壁固定连接,竖筒(25)的外壁开设有三组移动口。
