s1: selecting raw materials of safflower, pubescent holly root, turmeric root-tuber, pseudo-ginseng, szechuan lovage rhizome, turmeric and Chinese angelica according to certain weight parts, crushing the raw materials into 20-40 meshes by using a crusher, adding an ethanol solution which is 10-12 times of the weight of the raw materials, and extracting for 1-2 times under the ultrasonic condition to obtain an extracting solution;
s2, aiming at the obtained extracting solution, filtering impurities in the extracting solution by adopting a 1um-10um filter membrane to obtain a filtrate;
