Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine has the following steps: pain is not clear, and general pain is not clear. For modern people, there are three main causes of pain: firstly, due to lack of exercise, people sit for a long time for office work, blood circulation is easy to be blocked, and channels and collaterals are not blocked; secondly, due to obesity, gout and the like caused by improper diet, tissue fat is excessive, and various nodule injuries caused by fatty tumor stasis or gout nodules formed by joint tissue stasis sodium glutamate urate; thirdly, the typhoid bone diseases, joint strain, rheumatism and the like are caused by excessive labor, traumatic injury and the like.
The tissue is not general due to the reasons, so that swelling and pain can be caused, and even life is endangered due to the fact that free movement is not possible. In order to relieve the symptoms, the effective composition for relaxing tendons, activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and dispelling nodes and dredging is required to be used for treating diseases and relieving pain.
The existing many tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating composition (liquid/oil/paste) technologies have the following problems: 1) The traditional Chinese medicine composition is not a traditional Chinese medicine composition, takes effect quickly, but takes effect only in time, cannot radically treat the disease, and has larger side effect and irritation; 2) The pure traditional Chinese medicine composition has slow effect and insufficient osmotic power; 3) The extraction method of pure traditional Chinese medicine combination seeds is different, and effective substances cannot be extracted effectively, so that the effect of the composition is limited.

Examples 2 to 6
The Chinese medicinal composition for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals comprises the following medicinal materials in proportion in table 1:
table 1: traditional Chinese medicine extract raw materials table (/ part) of different embodiments
The "2 times, 50%" in the extract A of Table 1 above indicates that the amount of ethanol added at 50% concentration is 2 times the total parts of the Chinese medicinal materials, and the amounts and descriptions of ethanol in other extracts are similar.
Table 2: table of raw materials (/ parts) for the different examples
Extracts A-F were prepared according to the data of Table 1 and the preparation steps (1) - (3) of example 1, respectively; the preparation steps (4) - (7) of example 1 and the data of table 2 were used to prepare the tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating Chinese medicinal compositions of examples 2-6, respectively, wherein 75% ethanol was not added in the preparation step (4) of examples 4-6.
The refractive index, the active matter content and the residue remaining amount of the extract A-F are measured to obtain the following data:
table 3: extraction data of Chinese medicine of different embodiments
Wherein, 1) the refractive index is detected by adopting a refractometer, and the deeper the color and luster of the same proportion, the better the extraction effect; 2) Active matter content calculation: taking the weight M of the extract, baking at 200 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain the weight M2 of the solid, and calculating the formula M2/M = active matter content; 3) Extraction rate: adding the total weight M of the Chinese medicines, and baking the residues obtained after extraction at 200 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain residues M1 without water and alcohol residues, (M-M1)/M=extraction rate.
As can be seen from Table 3, the Chinese medicinal extract liquid prepared by the invention can not only maintain the activity of Chinese medicaments, but also extract the active substances of Chinese medicaments with high efficiency. Examples 3 and 6 gave higher extraction rates, indicating that the higher the alcohol concentration level, the higher the extraction rate; if the later-stage medicine is a high-concentration Chinese medicine liquid, the method of the example 3 is selected, and if the later-stage medicine is a low-concentration Chinese medicine liquid, the method of the example 6 is selected to extract the Chinese medicine liquid into an optimal extraction mode.
