respectively crushing 30g of radix clematidis, 25g of rhizoma drynariae, 30g of notopterygium root, 30g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10g of asarum, 10g of fructus evodiae, 10g of pepper, 15g of cinnamon, 22g of ground beetle, 15g of clove, 32g of radix sileris and 25g of rhizoma corydalis, sieving the crushed materials with a 40-mesh sieve, adding water for repeatedly decocting twice, adding water with the weight 10 times of the raw materials for each time, and keeping the decocting time for 2 hours; then filtering to obtain decoction and dregs; concentrating the decoction to relative density of 1.15, and spray drying at 150 deg.C to obtain extract; mixing the extract and the residue at 60 deg.C, adding 20-50 wt% of white vinegar or Chinese liquor, stirring, and mixing to obtain the final product.
Test examples
Treatment and observation were performed on 68 patients with hyperosteogeny, 36 male patients, 32 female patients, and age 35-65, and the patients were divided into two groups with no statistical difference (P > 0.05). One group of the Chinese medicinal compositions is used as a test group, and patients in the group are treated once a day by using the Chinese medicinal composition for treating the hyperosteogeny provided by the embodiment 4 of the invention; the other group is used as a control group, and the patients in the group are treated by using the bone hyperplasia pain-relieving plaster once a day; the treatment is continued for 14-28 days and the treatment is observed.
Patient inclusion criteria: (1) the traditional Chinese medicine composition meets the corresponding diagnosis standard, has the clinical characteristics of typical hyperosteogeny diseases and has the symptoms of pain, swelling, friction sound and the like; (2) patients received the treatment with their own knowledge and voluntary.
Patient exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from severe psychiatric disorders; (2) pregnant and lactating women; (3) suffering from other serious organ diseases; (4) those with drug allergy.
The criteria for therapeutic effect are as follows:
the method has the following advantages: the pain sensation is basically eliminated, the inflammatory reaction such as swelling and the like is basically eliminated, and the daily life is not influenced;
improvement: the pain and other inflammatory reactions are obviously relieved, and the influence on daily life is small;
and (4) invalidation: no or no significant change in symptoms compared to pre-treatment.

Song Dynasty, women, age 52, pain and numbness in the waist and lower limbs, difficulty in getting up, and serious influence on daily life; the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the hyperosteogeny provided by the invention is used, the pain feeling is obviously relieved after the continuous treatment for 7 days, the activity can be basically slowly performed after 14 days, the symptoms are obviously improved after the continuous treatment for 28 days, and the treatment effect is obvious.
Liu Yi, female, 38 years old, neck and joint pain accompanied by dizziness and numbness symptoms; when the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the hyperosteogeny provided by the invention is used, the symptoms of dizziness and numbness are basically controlled after 3 days of continuous treatment, the pain feeling is obviously relieved, all symptoms are basically controlled after 14 days of continuous treatment, the normal activity of the neck can not be influenced, and the treatment effect is obvious.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the hyperosteogeny is generally considered to be caused by deficiency of vital qi of a human body, deficiency of spleen and kidney, and deficiency of wind, cold and damp evil; or injury of waist due to sudden fall, contusion, overstrain, injury of channels, and obstruction of qi and blood. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly crushing and sieving the clematis root, the drynaria rhizome, the notopterygium root, the heracleum hemsleyanum michaux, the asarum, the evodia rutaecarpa, the pepper, the cinnamon, the ground beeltle, the clove, the anemone broussuriensis and the corydalis tuber, and controlling the particle size of the crushed medicine so that the particle size is not too large or too small, thereby facilitating the subsequent extraction of beneficial components in the medicinal materials and being beneficial to the full utilization of the medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperosteogeny according to claim 1, wherein the dosage of each raw material is respectively as follows according to the parts by weight: 30 parts of clematis root, 30 parts of drynaria rhizome, 30 parts of notopterygium root, 30 parts of pubescent angelica root, 10 parts of asarum, 10 parts of evodia rutaecarpa, 10 parts of pepper, 10 parts of cinnamon, 30 parts of ground beetle, 10 parts of clove, 30 parts of radix sileris and 30 parts of corydalis tuber.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperosteogeny according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials further comprise white vinegar or white spirit, and the weight percentage of the white vinegar or white spirit is 20-50%.

A method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition for treating hyperosteogeny according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of: pulverizing and sieving radix Clematidis, rhizoma Drynariae, Notopterygii rhizoma, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, herba asari, fructus evodiae, fructus Zanthoxyli, cortex Cinnamomi, Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga, flos Caryophylli, radix seu folium Jasmini Lanceolatae, and rhizoma corydalis, respectively, decocting in water twice, and filtering to obtain decoction and residue; concentrating and drying the decoction to obtain extract; mixing the extract and the residue, adding white vinegar or Chinese liquor, stirring, and mixing to obtain the final product.
