Abstract
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperosteogeny and lumbar muscle strain, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines. The raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 20-30 parts of rhizoma zingiberis, 15-20 parts of rhizoma gastrodiae, 8-15 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10-20 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 10-15 parts of musk, 5-10 parts of realgar, 5-10 parts of borneol and 5-10 parts of saffron. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the weight, slicing and mixing to prepare a mixture; mixing the mixture with ethanol solution, soaking for 10min-30min, adding edible vinegar solution, decocting for three times, performing solid-liquid separation, and mixing the medicinal liquids to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has good treatment effect on symptoms caused by lumbar disc herniation and cervical hyperplasia. Meanwhile, vinegar is used for promoting the percutaneous absorption capability of the composition, so that scars on the surface of the skin can be avoided while the drug effect is improved.

Background

At present, no method for radically treating lumbar muscle strain and lumbar hyperplasia exists, and the disease can be relieved only through proper functional exercise and drug treatment. While the western medicine treatment mainly comprises oral anti-inflammatory analgesic, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, injection corticosteroid, local external muscle relaxing drug and analgesic, and the drugs only can achieve the purpose of temporarily relieving pain, and once the drugs are stopped, the phenomenon of repeated diseases can occur, so that the physical and mental afflictions of patients are increased.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:

It should be noted that in the present application, the folium artemisiae argyi is selected from wild folium artemisiae argyi.
Dried ginger: pungent and warm in flavor, enter spleen, stomach, kidney, heart and lung meridians, warm middle energizer to dispel cold, return yang to activate pulse, warm lung to resolve fluid retention, and can be used for treating abdominal psychroalgia, emesis, diarrhea, cold limbs, slight pulse, cough and asthma due to cold fluid retention.
Gastrodia elata: sweet taste, neutral nature, entering liver meridian, extinguishing wind and relieving convulsion, suppressing liver yang, dispelling pathogenic wind and dredging collaterals, and can be used for treating giddiness, headache, limbs anesthesia, hand and foot paralysis, rheumatalgia, etc.
Pseudo-ginseng: sweet, slightly bitter and warm in nature. It enters liver and stomach meridians. Disperse blood stasis, stop bleeding, resolve swelling and alleviate pain. Can be used for treating hemoptysis, hematemesis, epistaxis, hematochezia, metrorrhagia, traumatic hemorrhage, thoracico-abdominal pain, and traumatic swelling and pain.
Polygonum multiflorum: bitter, sweet, astringent and warm in nature. It enters liver, heart and kidney meridians. Remove toxicity, cure abscess, moisten intestines and relax bowels. Can be used for treating scrofula, sore, carbuncle, rubella, pruritus, constipation due to intestinal dryness, and hyperlipidemia.
Musk: pungent flavor and warm nature. It enters heart and spleen meridians. Realgar: pungent taste and warm nature; is toxic. It enters liver and large intestine meridians. Detoxify and kill parasites, dry dampness and dispel phlegm, check malaria. Can be used for treating carbuncle, furuncle, snake and insect bite, abdominal pain due to parasitic infestation, epilepsy, and malaria.
Borneol: pungent and bitter in flavor, slightly cold in nature, entering heart, spleen and lung meridians. Induce resuscitation and refresh mind, clear heat and alleviate pain. Can be used for treating fever unconsciousness, convulsion syncope, apoplexy, phlegm syncope, qi stagnation, sudden syncope, coma, conjunctival congestion, aphtha, sore throat, and purulence in ear canal.
Safflower carthamus: can effectively expand peripheral blood vessels, effectively inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce blood pressure, properly improve anoxia resistance and have certain protection effect on ischemic encephalopathy. Tranquilizing and analgesic effects.

The eucommia bark is pungent in taste and neutral in nature, has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening bones and muscles and preventing miscarriage, and is mainly used for treating diseases such as soreness and pain of waist and back, flaccidity of feet and knees, dribbling urination, pruritus vulvae due to dampness, vaginal leakage, abortion, threatened abortion, hypertension and the like. The root of Camphora acuminate enters liver and lung meridians, has the efficacy of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, and is mainly used for treating wind-damp spasm and pain, skin wind swelling and other diseases. Herba Visci has effects of relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and can be used for treating bone and muscle pain, limb spasm, waist and back pain and traumatic injury etc. Therefore, the medicine can further treat hyperosteogeny and lumbar muscle strain and can achieve the effect of quickly relieving pain.

Wherein the mass ratio of the first edible vinegar solution dosage, the second edible vinegar solution dosage and the third edible vinegar solution dosage is 4:2:1, and the volume ratio of edible vinegar (acidity 5%) to water in the edible vinegar solution is 4: 1.

Wherein the mass ratio of the first edible vinegar solution dosage, the second edible vinegar solution dosage and the third edible vinegar solution dosage is 5:2:1, and the volume ratio of edible vinegar (acidity 8%) to water in the edible vinegar solution is 5: 1.

weighing the raw materials according to the weight, slicing and mixing to prepare a mixture; mixing the mixture with ethanol solution, soaking for 10min-30min, adding edible vinegar solution, decocting for three times, performing solid-liquid separation, and mixing medicinal liquids to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 20-30 parts of rhizoma zingiberis, 15-20 parts of rhizoma gastrodiae, 8-15 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10-20 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 10-15 parts of musk, 5-10 parts of realgar, 5-10 parts of borneol and 5-10 parts of saffron.
2. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the Chinese medicinal composition further comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 6-8 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 1-3 parts of kava root and 2-4 parts of mistletoe.

The preparation method of claim 3, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 25 parts of rhizoma zingiberis, 18 parts of rhizoma gastrodiae, 12 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 15 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 13 parts of musk, 8 parts of realgar, 7 parts of borneol, 8 parts of saffron, 5 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 7 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 2 parts of shanshu ginger root, 3 parts of mistletoe, 6 parts of pyrola, 18 parts of semen raphani, 10 parts of cynomorium songaricum and 3 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis.
5. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the vinegar solution is added for the first time, and then the mixture is decocted at 100-120 ℃ for 6-8 hours.
