Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperosteogeny and lumbar muscle strain as well as preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating hyperosteogeny and lumbar muscle strain, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Lumbar muscle strain, also known as functional lumbago, chronic lower lumbar injury, lumbar gluteal myofascitis and the like, is chronic injury inflammation of lumbar muscles and fascia at attachment points or periosteum of the lumbar muscles, is one of common causes of lumbago, has main symptoms of distending pain, soreness and repeated attack of the lumbar or lumbosacral parts, can change along with climate change or fatigue degree, is a common clinical disease, and is mainly characterized in that degenerated lumbar intervertebral discs on lumbar vertebrae gradually lose water, intervertebral spaces become narrow, fibrous rings relax and bulge to the periphery, vertebral body instability occurs, the fibrous rings tear outside the edges of the vertebral bodies to cause outward protrusion of nucleus pulposus in the fibrous rings, the periosteum of posterior longitudinal ligaments is jacked up to stimulate generation of new bone below the periosteum, and accordingly, bony spur or osteophyte is formed, which is called as lumbar hyperosteogeny or lumbar hyperosteogeny for short.
At present, no method for radically treating lumbar muscle strain and lumbar hyperplasia exists, and the disease can be relieved only through proper functional exercise and drug treatment. While the western medicine treatment mainly comprises oral anti-inflammatory analgesic, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, injection corticosteroid, local external muscle relaxing drug and analgesic, and the drugs only can achieve the purpose of temporarily relieving pain, and once the drugs are stopped, the phenomenon of repeated diseases can occur, so that the physical and mental afflictions of patients are increased.
Moxibustion with Chinese herbs is one of the methods for treating the above diseases, but after moxibustion, the affected part has scars, which not only can injure the skin of a patient, but also can leave scars, and the scars are not easy to remove.
Therefore, in order to overcome the above disadvantages, it is important to develop a composition with good therapeutic effect and no scar left.

Has good treatment effect on cerebral ischemia, headache, dizziness, numbness of limbs, severe pain of lumbar vertebra and shoulder joints, arthritis and rheumatism pain caused by lumbar disc herniation and cervical hyperplasia.
The traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are selected, subjected to impurity removal and cleaned before being mixed. And the cleaning mode adopts ultrasonic equipment for cleaning.
After cleaning, slicing can be carried out, and then the raw materials are mixed to prepare a mixture.
And soaking the mixture in ethanol solution to make the ethanol solution penetrate the cell wall of the material and reduce the surface activity of the material. After the immersion is finished, the vinegar solution is added into the vinegar for decoction for three times, so that the vinegar can quickly exert the action of a solvent, active ingredients in the vinegar are dissolved out, the raw materials are softened, the dissolution amount of the active ingredients is further improved, and the efficacy value of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is enhanced.
In the application, after the vinegar solution is added for the first time, the mixture is decocted for 6 to 8 hours at the temperature of between 100 and 120 ℃. That is, the raw material added with the vinegar solution is decocted with slow fire, so that the effective components in the raw material are fully dissolved.
In the application, the mass ratio of the dosage of the first vinegar solution, the dosage of the second vinegar solution and the dosage of the third vinegar solution is (3-5):2:1, the decocting time after the vinegar is added for the second time is 2-3 h, and the decocting time after the vinegar is added for the third time is 30-40 min. The dosage of the vinegar solution is gradually reduced, the decoction time is shortened, and at the moment, the residual effective components in the dregs of a decoction can be further extracted, so that the dissolution rate of the effective components is improved, and the effect is better.
In the application, the volume ratio of vinegar to water in the vinegar solution is (4-5): 1. Under the conditions, the damage to the skin caused by high content of vinegar can be avoided.
In addition, in the present application, the acidity of vinegar is 5% to 8%.
In the present application, the volume ratio of the vinegar solution to the 55 voL-65 vol% ethanol solution is (3-5): 2. The ethanol solution is used for reducing the surface activity of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, and then the vinegar is used for softening the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, so that the dissolution speed and the dissolution amount of the effective components are improved.
In the application, in order to avoid the loss of volatile components of the traditional Chinese medicine materials along with the volatilization of ethanol in the decocting process, distillate can be collected in the decocting process and mixed with liquid medicine.
In the application, the traditional Chinese medicine composition also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 6-8 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 1-3 parts of root of kadsura heteroclita and 2-4 parts of mistletoe.
The rhizoma ligustici wallichii is pungent in taste and warm in nature, has the effects of promoting qi circulation and relieving depression, dispelling wind-dryness and dampness, and activating blood and relieving pain, and is mainly used for treating diseases such as wind-cold headache and dizziness, hypochondriac pain and abdominal pain, cold arthralgia, spasm of muscles, amenorrhea, dystocia, postpartum stasis and pain, carbuncle, ulcer and the like. The eucommia bark is pungent in taste and neutral in nature, has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening bones and muscles and preventing miscarriage, and is mainly used for treating diseases such as soreness and pain of waist and back, flaccidity of feet and knees, dribbling urination, pruritus vulvae due to dampness, vaginal leakage, abortion, threatened abortion, hypertension and the like.
