Discussion:
knee osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease, and is characterized mainly by degenerative changes of articular cartilage and secondary hyperosteogeny. The knee osteoarthritis belongs to the fields of traditional Chinese medicine bone rheumatism and wind-cold-dampness arthralgia, and is a common bone arthropathy in old people. "Su Wen & Chang Ci Jie Lun" (Su Wen & Long spine festival): the disease is in bones, the weight of bones cannot be lifted, bone marrow is sore and painful, and the disease is known as bone impediment. The 'Su Wen & Yin Yang correspondence theory' is in the legend: the kidney-derived marrow … … is bone in vivo and kidney in viscera. "it is seen that the osteoarthritis of knee joint is located in bone and closely related to liver and kidney. The pathogenesis of the disease is liver and kidney deficiency, viscera dysfunction, inability of generating essence and blood, deficiency of qi and blood, easy blood stasis caused by deficiency of qi and blood, and easy invasion of wind-cold-dampness pathogen when the pathogen is still deficient. Therefore, the disease is characterized by deficiency of the origin with excess of the origin, deficiency of the liver and kidney, and obstruction of qi and blood due to wind-cold-dampness, blood stasis and obstruction of meridians. Just as in "treatment of symptoms and regulations" cloud: wind, cold, contusion, blood stasis, phlegm accumulation, excess, kidney deficiency, also the root cause. Aiming at the pathogenesis characteristics of the deficiency and excess, the prescription is combined by adopting the principles of warming middle-jiao to dispel cold, promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels, so as to take the effects of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease, tonifying deficiency and reducing excess, and also has the effects of nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals. Although the medicine has simple taste, the compatibility is precise and appropriate, and the curative effect is better.
Research results show that the self-heating acupoint application traditional Chinese medicine combination for treating knee osteoarthritis can expand knee blood vessels, improve and accelerate local blood microcirculation, enhance joint metabolism, and facilitate the repair and regeneration of articular cartilage tissues, has better curative effect than oral loxoprofen sodium tablets and hot towels matched with hot water bags for local hot compress, is a safe and effective treatment means, and is worthy of popularization.
The invention provides a thought and a method for self-heating acupoint application of a traditional Chinese medicine composition, and a plurality of methods and ways for realizing the technical scheme are provided, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the invention, and it should be noted that for a person skilled in the art, a plurality of improvements and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the invention, and the improvements and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the invention. All the components not specified in the present embodiment can be realized by the prior art.
