Description

External traditional Chinese medicine composition with functions of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, hot compress medicine bag and external traditional Chinese medicine preparation
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition with functions of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, a hot compress medicine bag and an external traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
Background
The hot compress therapy is usually to put hot objects such as hot water bags or hot towels on the pain part to eliminate or relieve the pain, which is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method, and can increase the local temperature, expand the capillary vessels, accelerate the blood circulation, and play the roles of diminishing inflammation, reducing swelling, dispelling cold and dampness, relieving the pain and eliminating fatigue.
The hot compress therapy generally includes two kinds according to its treatment principle. One is simply using physical heat, the skin layer fills the blood vessels and capillaries, when the hot substance contacts the skin, the blood vessels of the skin dilate congestion, so that the metabolism of the body is accelerated, and the dissipation and absorption of inflammation are promoted. The waste in the muscle after hot compress can also accelerate excretion to reduce fatigue, relieve stiffness and spasm, and relax and make the muscle comfortable. Heat can also increase sweat gland secretion and promote body heat dissipation. The other one is that the medicine liquid is applied to the affected part to make the effective components permeate into tissue and to take effect of external treatment.

Currently, pain in the lumbosacral area and left lower limb occurs again and becomes more severe, and pain in the left lower limb is concentrated in the left hip and the rear side of thigh. The primary diagnosis is prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and osteoarthritis of lumbar vertebra.
The main etiology and pathogenesis of the lumbar disc herniation are kidney qi deficiency injury, wind-cold-dampness pathogen entering with deficiency, accumulation in muscles and bones of muscles and tendons, excessive strain, sprain, contusion and fall, and damaged meridians and collaterals and blockage of meridians and collaterals, which are pain. The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy is directly applied to the pathological change part, stimulates the skin, opens the channels and collaterals, and leads the efficacy of the medicine to directly reach the disease to achieve the effects of dispelling cold and removing dampness, and relieving arthralgia and pain. The primary diagnosis is scapulohumeral periarthritis.
The scapulohumeral periarthritis belongs to the category of arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine, is commonly called frozen shoulder, shoulder leaking wind, shoulder congealing disease or cold bone wind, and is also called fifty shoulder because the frozen shoulder, the cold bone wind or the cold bone wind is good for middle-aged and elderly people. The disease has high incidence and long course of disease, and the clinical application usually adopts local closure and symptomatic treatment, and the long-term curative effect is not good enough. In contrast, the traditional Chinese medicine hot compress is an ideal method, and has the advantages of quick response, good curative effect and no toxic or side effect. Effectively dispel pain-causing factors, eliminate inflammation and delay the joint aging speed.
Adopts an external traditional Chinese medicine composition with the functions of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals to treat, and the composition comprises: 30g of folium artemisiae argyi, 30g of lycopodium clavatum, 30g of garden balsam stem, 20g of radix clematidis, 15g of notopterygium root, 10g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10g of myrrh, 25g of caulis spatholobi, 30g of cassia twig, 30g of ginger, 12g of safflower, 12g of angelica, 25g of teasel root, 40g of rhizoma drynariae, 30g of eucommia bark, 25g of poria cocos, 20g of ephedra herb and 25g of elderberry.

The initial diagnosis is arthralgia syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis. The cervical intervertebral disc is protruded, the neck and neck pain is caused, the cervical vertebra movement is slightly limited, the occasional headache and dizziness are caused, the syncope is not caused, the night aggravation is avoided, and the cotton treading sense of the double lower limbs is avoided.
Cervical spondylosis is a common slow-moving change of the cervical spine, which occurs after middle age, with more men than women. Patients often complain of neck, shoulder and arm pain, headache, dizziness, tinnitus and the like, and the main reasons are cervical intervertebral disc degeneration, loosening between vertebral bodies and hyperosteogeny at the edge of the vertebral body, so as to press and stimulate a series of symptoms and signs caused by nerve roots, cervical spinal cords, autonomic nerves, vertebral arteries and adjacent soft tissues. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the occurrence of the disease is mainly caused by the 'arthralgia syndrome' caused by cold-dampness after the neck is injured by the tendons, so that the effects of warming channels, dispelling cold, dispelling wind, removing dampness and relieving pain are forced. The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress has the effects of directly reaching the affected part and targeted therapy, the medicine effect does not need to reach the affected part through blood circulation, and the medicine effect directly reaches the focus through the absorption of the skin at the affected part, so that the disease can be rapidly treated and repaired by acting the maximum medicine effect on the body at the fastest speed.

And (3) preliminary diagnosis: degenerative hyperosteogeny of the knee joints is accompanied by severe synovitis.
The severe synovitis of knee joint hyperosteogeny belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, and is caused by the fact that the patients are old and weak, the liver and kidney are insufficient, muscles and bones are not nourished, the muscles and bones are injured by long-term fatigue, and wind-cold-dampness pathogen invades due to deficiency, so that qi and blood circulation of joints is blocked; or qi and blood stagnation failing to disperse after injury, resulting in phlegm accumulation, obstruction of channels and collaterals, joint swelling and pain, and physical disability. The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress treatment utilizes the heat energy of the heated medicine and the functions of the medicine, has double effects, has the functions of promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals, dispelling wind and removing dampness, and can cause the skin mucosa to be congested and dilated by the heat energy.
