本发明公开了一种开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯55‑70份、水合硅酸镁1‑5份、固体添加剂4‑20份、有机钼1‑5份、聚异丁烯10‑20份、胶粘剂1‑10份,所述固体添加剂为石墨、铜粉和银粉的混合物;具有良好的润滑性、粘附性、优异的耐温和抗极压性,能够提高产品的稳定性,有效的保证开式齿轮在运转中齿面保留油膜持续长久润滑。所添加的固体添加剂功能性强,且能够分散均匀,具有很好的抗水性,且产品成分环保,对人和环境无危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,具体涉及一种开式齿轮合成润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
开式齿轮一般应用于水泥、电力、矿山、冶金、化工等行业传递大功率和大扭矩的设备。如煤磨、球磨机、回转窑、干燥机、造粒机等,由于其尺寸大、载荷高、运行工况恶劣等特殊条件,使其具有如下工作特点:低速、重载、伴有冲击载荷,易受粉尘和水的侵袭,有时伴随着高温。开式齿轮润滑剂要满足以上工况要求,需要具有抗极压、抗水、抗高低温,粘附性好等特性。现有的开式齿轮润滑剂一般分为以下几类:第一代开式齿轮润滑剂:润滑油类型的开式齿轮润滑剂在一些小型设备上仍旧采用这种类型的润滑剂,有时会有少量固体添加剂含量,采用油池或循环方式润滑;第二代开式齿轮润滑剂:沥青式开式齿轮润滑剂,采用的溶剂大多不环保,对人和环境有危害,温度变化对粘度影响大,维护工作量大,油池或自动喷射;第三代开式齿轮润滑剂:润滑脂类型的开式齿轮润滑剂有多种不同类型的基础油可供选择;可以包含固体添加剂以降低磨损;但是生产工艺比较简单,固体添加剂单一且分散不均匀,产品抗水性能以及极压抗磨性能差。
因此,需要一种新型的开式齿轮润滑剂及其制备方法,能够改善开式齿轮润滑剂的极压抗磨性能,提高产品的稳定性,并解决润滑剂的环保性问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种开式齿轮合成润滑剂及其制备方法,能够改善开式齿轮润滑剂的极压抗磨性能,提高产品的稳定性,并解决润滑剂的环保性问题。
本发明的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯55-70份、水合硅酸镁1-5份、固体添加剂4-20份、有机钼1-5份、聚异丁烯10-20份、胶粘剂1-10份,所述固体添加剂为石墨、铜粉和银粉的混合物;
进一步,按重量份铜粉1-5份、银粉1-5份、石墨2-10份;
进一步,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯65份、水合硅酸镁2.8份、石墨6份、铜粉3份、银粉2份、有机钼2份、聚异丁烯15份、胶粘剂5份;
进一步,所述水合硅酸为托尔萨水合硅酸镁PANGEL系列B20;
进一步,所述胶粘剂雅富顿公司生产的HiTec151胶粘剂。
本发明还公开一种开式齿轮合成润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为60-80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的开式齿轮合成润滑剂及其制备方法,具有良好的润滑性、粘附性、优异的耐温和抗极压性,能够提高产品的稳定性,有效的保证开式齿轮在运转中齿面保留油膜持续长久润滑。所添加的固体添加剂功能性强,且能够分散均匀,具有很好的抗水性,且产品成分环保,对人和环境无危害。
本发明通过采用合适的组分配以合理的用量,促使各原料组分在制得的润滑剂中能够更好地发挥相互协同作用,再经过特定的制备工艺,促进了各原料组分实现相互协同作用,例如偏苯三酸酯具有优良的高低温性能,高温蒸发小、结焦量低,与各种添加剂具有良好的相容性,是合成齿轮油的理想基础油;石墨、铜粉和银粉为固体润滑剂,相互协同作用提高润滑剂的润滑性;有机钼的润滑减摩机理主要与摩擦副的磨光面有关,在摩擦副的表面,其在高负荷压力的各点,尖端发生化学反应,促使有机钼分解,分解出MOS2和某些磷化物,硫化物,氮化物等,这些产物分散在油溶剂中,吸附并沉积在摩擦面上,MOS2形成膜覆盖在抗磨损层上,从而达到减摩,抗磨,润滑的作用;水合硅酸镁B20具有良好的分散性,与各组分协同作用,提高产品稳定性能;HiTec151胶粘剂和聚异丁烯协同作用于润滑剂油膜驻留、油膜厚度和表面附着,以提高粘附性。
最终制出在苛刻环境下也能够保持优异的润滑效果的润滑剂,本发明采用的偏苯三酸酯、水合硅酸镁、有机钼、固体润滑剂石墨、铜粉、银粉、HiTec151胶粘剂、聚异丁烯均匀混合后,能够实现良好的融合和分散,进而各原料组分之间能够相互配合、相互协同发挥作用,使制得的润滑剂质量稳定、具有良好的润滑性、粘附性、优异的耐温和抗极压性,有效的保证开式齿轮在运转中齿面保留油膜持续长久润滑,能够有效降低摩擦,减少齿轮的磨损和点蚀,有效延长开式齿轮的使用寿命。

实施例中,所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例一
本实施例的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯55份、水合硅酸镁1份、有机钼1份、聚异丁烯10份、胶粘剂1份、铜粉1份、银粉1份、石墨2份。按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为60℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解,制得开式齿轮合成润滑剂。
实施例二
本实施例的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯70份、水合硅酸镁5份、有机钼5份、聚异丁烯20份、胶粘剂10份、铜粉5份、银粉5份、石墨10份。按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解,制得开式齿轮合成润滑剂。
实施例三
本实施例的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯55份、水合硅酸镁5份、有机钼1份、聚异丁烯20份、胶粘剂1份、铜粉5份、银粉1份、石墨10份。按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为70℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解,制得开式齿轮合成润滑剂。
实施例四
本实施例的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯70份、水合硅酸镁1份、有机钼5份、聚异丁烯10份、胶粘剂10份、铜粉1份、银粉5份、石墨2份。按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为65℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解,制得开式齿轮合成润滑剂。
实施例五
本实施例的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯65份、水合硅酸镁2份、有机钼4份、聚异丁烯15份、胶粘剂3份、铜粉3份、银粉2.5份、石墨8份。按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为75℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解,制得开式齿轮合成润滑剂。
实施例六
本实施例的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯65份、水合硅酸镁2.8份、石墨6份、铜粉3份、银粉2份、有机钼2份、聚异丁烯15份、胶粘剂5份。按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为70℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解,制得开式齿轮合成润滑剂。
上述实施例中,所述水合硅酸为托尔萨水合硅酸镁PANGEL系列B20;所述胶粘剂雅富顿公司生产的HiTec151胶粘剂。

1.一种开式齿轮合成润滑剂,其特征在于:润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯55-70份、水合硅酸镁1-5份、固体添加剂4-20份、有机钼1-5份、聚异丁烯10-20份、胶粘剂1-10份,所述固体添加剂为石墨、铜粉和银粉的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,其特征在于:按重量份铜粉1-5份、银粉1-5份、石墨2-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,其特征在于:润滑剂原料按重量份包括以下组分:偏苯三酸酯65份、水合硅酸镁2.8份、石墨6份、铜粉3份、银粉2份、有机钼2份、聚异丁烯15份、胶粘剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,其特征在于:所述水合硅酸为托尔萨水合硅酸镁PANGEL系列B20。
5.根据权利要求2所述的开式齿轮合成润滑剂,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂为雅富顿公司生产的HiTec151胶粘剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的开式齿轮合成润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:按设定重量份将各组分均匀混合后加热至温度为60-80℃,然后搅拌至完全溶解。
