技术领域
本发明涉及汽车软顶材料技术领域,具体涉及一种敞篷车软顶复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
敞篷车是一种常见车辆种类,按照车顶的结构可以分成硬顶车和软顶车。软顶车更为常见,通常采用帆布,乙烯或塑料为车顶材料,配以可折叠的支架。然而现有的敞篷车软顶材料的防水性能差、气密性差、隔音效果差、抗光老化的性能差、使用寿命较短。无法满足消费者对于敞篷车软顶材料的各项性能的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种敞篷车软顶复合材料及其制备方法。本发明提供的敞篷车软顶复合材料具有优异的防水耐候性、粘结性能、气密性、隔音效果、抗光老化性、耐化学品性能,使用寿命10年以上。
本发明的一个目的在于保护一种敞篷车软顶复合材料。其中,所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料包括外饰面、中间层、内饰面;所述的外饰面为机织面料、仿皮材料、真皮材料中的一种;所述的中间层的原料组分为丁基橡胶或卤代丁基橡胶;所述的内饰面为机织面料、仿皮材料、真皮材料中的一种。
优选地,所述的机织面料为PET机织面料;所述的仿皮材料为PVC人造革、TPU蒙皮、TPO蒙皮中的一种;所述的真皮材料为牛皮或羊皮。
进一步优选地,所述的PET机织面料为PET色纺短纤纱机织面料NO:7008;或PET色纺短纤纱机织面料JM7053;所述的TPU蒙皮为BS3590-G;所述的TPO蒙皮为ARP2025/045。
优选地,所述的卤代丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶或溴化丁基橡胶。
进一步优选地,所述的丁基橡胶为IIR 1751、IIR 1751F、IIR BK 1675N中的一种或多种;所述的卤代丁基橡胶为BIIR 2211、BIIR 2222、BIIR 2235、BIIR 2244、BIIR 2255、CIIR 1065、CIIR 1066、CIIR 1068中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料的门幅为1-1.5m,厚度为0.8-2.5mm。
本发明的另一个目的在于保护上述的敞篷车软顶复合材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.采用挤出机将丁基橡胶或卤代丁基橡胶进行挤出,制得橡胶卷材,加热硫化,制得中间层;
S2.从上到下将外饰面、中间层、内饰面进行复合,制得所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料。
优选地,步骤S1中,所述的加热硫化的温度为175-205℃,加热硫化的时间为60-180S。
优选地,步骤S2中,所述的复合的压力为0.1-1kg/cm2。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
(1)本发明提供的敞篷车软顶复合材料的中间层的原料采用丁基橡胶或卤代丁基橡胶,具有良好的防水性和气密性,使用在寿命10年以上。
(2)本发明提供的敞篷车软顶复合材料的外饰面具有优异的抗光老化性能。
(3)本发明提供的敞篷车软顶复合材料具有较好的NVH声学属性,可以有效隔绝外界噪音。
(4)本发明提供的敞篷车软顶复合材料的制备方法操作简单、技术稳定、原料易得、制得的产品性优异、极具商业价值。

中间层的原料组分为BIIR 2211;中间层的厚度为0.5mm。
内饰面为PET色纺短纤纱机织面料JM7053;

S1.采用挤出机将丁基橡胶或卤代丁基橡胶进行挤出,制得橡胶卷材,加热硫化,制得中间层;
S2.从上到下将外饰面、中间层、内饰面进行复合,制得所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料。
步骤S2中,加热硫化的温度为190℃,加热硫化的时间为120S。

3.根据权利要求2所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料,其特征在于:所述的PET机织面料为PET色纺短纤纱机织面料NO:7008或PET色纺短纤纱机织面料JM7053;所述的TPU蒙皮为BS3590-G;所述的TPO蒙皮为ARP2025/045。
4.根据权利要求1所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料,其特征在于:所述的卤代丁基橡胶为氯化丁基橡胶或溴化丁基橡胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料,其特征在于:所述的丁基橡胶为IIR1751、IIR 1751F、IIR BK 1675N中的一种或多种;所述的卤代丁基橡胶为BIIR 2211、BIIR2222、BIIR 2235、BIIR 2244、BIIR 2255、CIIR 1065、CIIR 1066、CIIR 1068中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料,其特征在于:所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料的门幅为1-1.5m,厚度为0.8-2.5mm。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1.采用挤出机将丁基橡胶或卤代丁基橡胶进行挤出,制得橡胶卷材,加热硫化,制得中间层;
S2.从上到下将外饰面、中间层、内饰面进行复合,制得所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述的加热硫化的温度为175-205℃,加热硫化的时间为60-180S。
9.根据权利要求7所述的敞篷车软顶复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,所述的复合的压力为0.1-1kg/cm2。
