The dietary nutrition meal for clearing lung and relieving cough as claimed in claim 1, wherein the formula of the dietary nutrition meal comprises, by weight, 2% of fructooligosaccharide, 6% of dried apples, 8% of black sesame, 8% of red date rings, 10% of wheat germs, 8% of chickpeas, 6% of black highland barley, 5% of sago, 4% of black peanuts, 2% of mulberry leaves, 3% of pumpkin seeds, 2% of muskmelon, 2% of reed roots, 3% of loquat leaves, 6% of lily, 7% of black tartary buckwheat, 4% of dried carrots, 3% of dried orange peels, 2% of jasmine flowers, 3% of ginkgo biloba, 4% of licorice and 2% of donkey-hide gelatin.
10. The method for preparing the lung-heat clearing and cough relieving dietary nutritional meal according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the method for preparing the dietary nutritional meal comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning and impurity removing:
a. main material pretreatment: selecting black sesame, red date rings, wheat germs, chickpeas, black highland barley, sago, black peanuts, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds and black tartary buckwheat which are full in particles, free of insect bite and mildew according to parts by weight, cleaning and drying for later use;
b. auxiliary material pretreatment: selecting high-quality fructo-oligosaccharide, donkey-hide gelatin, dried apples, mulberry leaves, reed roots, loquat leaves, lily, dried carrots, dried orange peels, jasmine flowers, gingkoes and liquorice according to parts by weight, cleaning and drying for later use;
(2) soaking and fermenting raw materials: taking the cleaned main material and auxiliary material according to the parts by weight, uniformly mixing, adding a proper amount of water, and soaking in a constant-temperature water bath at 50 ℃ for 1-3 hours for later use;
(3) preparing a main material: according to the parts by weight, the main raw materials processed in the working procedure (2) are crushed by a coarse crusher, a proper amount of water is added, and the mixture is soaked in a constant-temperature water bath at 50 ℃ for 1 to 3 hours for standby;

(7) and (3) cooking and sterilizing: placing the primary product in a sterilizing pot, and autoclaving at 115 deg.C for 15-25 min to obtain nutritional porridge;
