Abstract

本发明还涉及一种用于机动车辆的混合动力传动装置,该混合动力传动装置包括这种扭矩分离离合器,其中电机被布置在热力发动机与齿轮箱之间。
背景技术
在机动车辆的情况下,传动装置通常包括热力发动机、齿轮箱、以及将热力发动机连接到齿轮箱的离合器机构。电机有时联接到传动装置,使得车辆有时用热力发动机操作、而在其他时候用电动机操作,或者有时用电动机和热力发动机这两者同时操作。电机还可以构成电制动器,或者向燃烧发动机提供功率提升以帮助它或防止它失速。特别地在FR2830589中披露了这种传动装置。
混合动力传动装置内的电动机与热力发动机之间交替操作涉及使用布置在电动机与热力发动机之间的扭矩分离离合器。扭矩分离离合器特别地使得可以在机动车辆行驶中时重新启动热力发动机,而且将驱动扭矩从热力发动机传递到齿轮箱。FR2830589中披露的扭矩分离离合器在干燥环境中操作,并且非常笨重。
专利申请WO 2018/078029 A1中描述的扭矩分离离合器部分地解决了先前的问题,因为所述分离离合器在潮湿的环境中操作。这种扭矩分离离合器的优点是在传动装置内更加紧凑。
更具体地,该扭矩分离离合器插置在双质量飞轮的输出与双离合器机构的输入之间。这种扭矩分离离合器架构实施起来是复杂的,并且需要生产大量冲压零件,这样增加了传动装置的总成本。这些冲压零件是复杂的,并且需要大量的尺寸控制。此外,扭矩分离离合器与双离合器机构之间的连接是通过焊接实现的,这样使得不太容易将此子组件组装到混合动力传动装置内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是至少在很大程度上解决上述问题,并且还通过提出一种新的扭矩分离离合器而带来其他优点。
本发明的一个目的是促进实现这种类型的扭矩分离离合器。
本发明的另一目的是改善用于机动车辆的混合动力传动装置的组装,该混合动力传动装置包括这种类型的扭矩分离离合器。
为此,本发明提出了一种用于机动车辆的混合动力传动装置的扭矩分离离合器,该扭矩分离离合器包括:
-具有旋转轴线X的扭矩输入构件,该扭矩输入构件被布置为旋转地连接到热力发动机的驱动轴;
-扭矩输出组装盘架,该扭矩输出组装盘架被布置为旋转地连接到电机的转子,该扭矩输出组装盘架包括支撑凸缘、输出环和围绕轴线X成角度分布的组装柱栓,这些组装柱栓在其端部处附接到支撑凸缘和输出环;
-多盘组件,该多盘组件至少包括板和摩擦盘,这些板和这些摩擦盘分别旋转地连接到扭矩输入构件和组装盘架中的一个或另一个,该多盘组件通过对组装柱栓的压力而被旋转地驱动,
其中,组装盘架包括一组轴向突起,这组轴向突起围绕轴线X成角度地分布,并且形成在组装盘架的侧面之一上,并且被布置成与混合动力传动装置的双离合器机构旋转地连接。
根据本发明的组装盘架具有的优点是,由于减少了冲压零件的数量而简化了扭矩分离离合器的生产。有利地,组装盘架使用简单的部件制成。
根据本发明的组装盘架还具有减少扭矩分离离合器的径向空间需求的优点。组装柱栓之间的可用的自由空间可以用于植入扭矩分离离合器的其他部件或混合动力传动装置的其他部件,比如电机转子支撑件。
根据本发明的扭矩分离离合器具有的优点是,通过双离合器机构的部件之一中的轴向突起的重叠,可以容易地结合到相邻的双离合器机构,从而使得可以避免使用复杂的组装过程。
有利地,组装盘架的组装柱栓可以是圆柱形的,多盘组件通过对圆柱形接触区域的压力而被旋转地驱动,这些圆柱形接触区域是组装柱栓的一部分。通过这种方式,通过组装柱栓的接触区域驱动扭矩分离离合器的多盘组件避免了使用形成在盘架上的花键。这样省去了生产这些花键所需的加工成本。
优选地,组装柱栓的连接端部通过连接器件无角度游隙地、旋转地连接到支撑凸缘和输出环,该连接器件通过焊接、通过铆接或通过螺纹联接而产生。通过这种方式,输出环、支撑凸缘和组装柱栓形成在扭转上刚性的子组件,并且有助于扭矩在混合动力传动装置内的有效传递。连接器件可以在给定柱栓的每个端部处是不同的。
有利地,组装柱栓可以固定在输出环的外周边上。
类似地,组装柱栓可以固定在支撑凸缘的外周边上。
优选地,组装盘架经由引导轴承的中介由封闭盖旋转地支撑,引导轴承插入支撑凸缘的圆柱形接触部分中。
有利地,扭矩分离离合器可以包括致动系统,该致动系统集成到封闭盖中,从而使得可以将所述离合器配置为接合构型或脱离接合构型。

以下在说明书和权利要求中,作为非限制性示例并且为了便于理解,术语“前”或“后”将根据相对于由机动车辆的传动装置的主旋转轴线X确定的轴向取向的方向来使用,并且术语“内/内部”或“外/外部”将相对于轴线X并且根据与所述轴向取向正交的径向取向来使用。
图1和图2展示了混合动力传动装置1的第一实施例,该混合动力传动装置包括联接到具有旋转轴线X的双离合器机构100的扭矩分离离合器K0。混合动力传动装置还包括电机2,该电机可以是永磁式同步电机、异步电机、可变磁阻电机、或所谓的同步磁阻可变磁阻同步电机。
双离合器机构100连接到扭矩分离离合器K0的输出。双离合器机构100和扭矩分离离合器K0在潮湿的环境中操作。双离合器机构100被示意性地描述并且将驱动扭矩传递给齿轮箱的同心从动轴A1、A2。控制双离合器机构100,以便选择性地将驱动扭矩联接到第一从动轴A1和第二从动轴A2。
优选地,第一从动轴A1和第二从动轴A2同轴。当所述第一离合器E1闭合时,第一从动轴A1旋转,并且当所述第二离合器E2闭合时,第二从动轴A2旋转。
扭矩分离离合器K0特别地包括:
-具有旋转轴线X的扭矩输入构件10,该扭矩输入构件被布置为旋转地连接到热力发动机的驱动轴;
-扭矩输出组装盘架20,该扭矩输出组装盘架被布置为旋转地连接到电机2的转子3;以及

扭矩分离离合器K0形成整体式组件,该组件由齿轮箱经由封闭盖30和滚珠轴承类型的引导轴承29旋转地支撑。封闭盖30还支撑电机2的定子4。封闭盖30附接到齿轮箱的外壳。
扭矩输入构件10包括输入毂13,该输入毂具有轴向地延伸到传动装置后部的花键部段。输入毂13特别地延伸到扭矩分离离合器的外部,并穿过封闭盖30中的中央孔口。扭矩输入构件10还包括盘架14,该盘架接收外部扭矩传递花键14a,该外部扭矩传递花键与形成在摩擦盘11上的内部花键配合。每个摩擦盘11包括接收摩擦衬片的金属支撑件。盘架14和输入毂13彼此刚性地连接,并且通过焊接被焊接在一起。
组装盘架20特别地包括支撑凸缘25、输出环21和围绕轴线X成角度分布的组装柱栓24,组装柱栓24在其端处附接到支撑凸缘和输出环。组装柱栓24轴向地插置在输出环21与支撑凸缘25之间。
如图2所示,组装盘架20的组装柱栓24是圆柱形的,并且与多盘组件的摩擦板12配合。圆柱形接触区域24c(为组装柱栓的一部分)与摩擦板12中形成的凹口配合。因此,摩擦板12包括围绕轴线X成角度分布的多个凹口,这些凹口与在组装柱栓上产生的相同数量的圆柱形接触表面24c配合。因此,扭矩分离离合器K0的多盘组件由组装柱栓的圆柱形接触区域24c上的压力驱动。
在图1的示例中,组装柱栓24是具有两个连接端部24a、24b的销。其中一个端部24a被固定至输出环21,而另一个端部24b被固定至支撑凸缘25。组装柱栓的连接端部24a、24b通过连接器件26无角度游隙地、旋转地连接到输出环和支撑凸缘。
在此示例中,连接器件26在给定的组装柱栓24的每个端处是不同的。在输出环21与组装柱栓的端部24a之间,通过螺纹联接产生连接器件26。在支撑凸缘25与组装柱栓的端部24b之间,通过铆接产生连接器件26。
在未示出的变型中,销24可以在其端部24a、24b处被铆接或焊接。
输出环21具有环形形状,并且首先包括具有径向取向的环形部分,组装柱栓24被添加到该环形部分上。特别地,输出环21在其外周边上包括孔口21a,这些孔口可以接收组装柱栓。

扭矩分离离合器K0包括致动系统,该致动系统集成到封闭盖30中,从而使得可以将所述离合器配置成处于接合构型或脱离接合构型。封闭盖30包括环形腔31,该环形腔朝向多盘组件轴向地定向并且被布置成接收用于致动扭矩分离离合器的致动活塞15。
扭矩分离离合器K0包括插置在多盘组件与致动活塞15之间的力传递构件40,力传递构件40由组装柱栓24轴向地引导。力传递构件40包括围绕轴线X成角度分布的凹口,这些凹口与在组装柱栓上产生的圆柱形接触表面24c配合。
扭矩分离离合器K0主要用于重启热力发动机。在这种情况下,重启扭矩由电动机提供,并且通过关闭扭矩分离离合器而被传递到热力发动机的轴。被传递的扭矩的值例如在50N·m至150N·m的数量级。扭矩分离离合器的另一主要目的是将来自热力发动机的扭矩传递到齿轮箱。为了有效地传递这些不同的扭矩,组装盘架20包括一组轴向突起27,这组轴向突起围绕轴线X成角度地分布,并且形成在组装盘架的侧面之一上,并且被布置成与混合动力传动装置1的双离合器机构100旋转地连接。
在图2的示例中,连接器件26是适配到组装柱栓的连接端部24a的螺纹螺母。螺纹螺母26具有圆柱形外部轮廓,并且用作轴向突起27,这些轴向突起与在双离合器机构中产生的匹配孔口101配合。螺纹螺母26使用特定工具旋拧到组装柱栓24上。
在此示例中,双离合器机构100包括用于电机2的转子的支撑件102,用于转子的支撑件102被布置成轴向地面向输出环21。
用于转子的支撑件102呈大致的钟形、具有旋转轴线X,在该支撑件的底部处具有侧面103,该侧面能够接收轴向突起27。附加孔口101被布置在转子支撑件102的所述侧面103上。扭矩分离离合器K0在其朝向双离合器机构的侧面上具有突出的轴向突起27。轴向突起27的尺寸和形状被设计为允许“盲”组装,其中操作者不能直接看到轴向突起在匹配孔口的底部处的插入。这样简化了混合动力传动装置1的最终组装。
轴向突起27和匹配孔口101被配置为便于组装,但是具有最小的角度游隙,以便有效地传递扭矩。
可替代地,双离合器机构100可以包括第一离合器E1和第二离合器E2共用的扭矩输入盘架110、120,输入盘架在其侧面之一上直接包括匹配孔口101,这些匹配孔口能够接收组装盘架的轴向突起27。互补孔口101围绕轴线X成角度地分布。
下面是对图1和图2中呈现的双离合器机构100的简要描述。双离合器机构100包括第一离合器E1和第二离合器E2,该第一离合器和该第二离合器彼此轴向相邻地布置。
第一离合器E1的多盘组件包括旋转地连接到输入盘架110的凸缘131,以及旋转地连接到第一扭矩输出盘架133的摩擦盘132。摩擦盘132单独地被轴向地插置在两个相继的凸缘131之间。第一离合器E1的输出盘架133通过与摩擦盘132接合并且通过花键连接到所述第一从动轴A1而旋转地连接。输出盘架133包括连接到从动轴A1的输出毂。
第二离合器E2的多盘组件包括旋转地连接到输入盘架120的凸缘141,以及旋转地连接到第二扭矩输出盘架143的摩擦盘142。摩擦盘142单独地被轴向地插置在两个相继的凸缘141之间。
第二离合器E2的输出盘架143通过与摩擦盘142接合并且通过花键连接到所述第二从动轴A2而旋转地连接。
双离合器机构100通过加压流体(通常是油)液压地受控。双离合器机构100也通过冷却流体(通常是油)得以冷却。冷却油来自齿轮箱,湿式双离合器机构100被适配在该齿轮箱上。
双离合器机构100包括致动系统150,该致动系统被设计成与所述第一离合器E1和第二离合器E2接合或脱离接合。致动系统105包括:
-第一致动活塞151,该第一致动活塞被设计成将第一离合器E1配置成处于接合构型与脱离接合构型之间的构型;

图3示出了根据本发明的第二实施例的扭矩分离离合器K0,其总体功能类似于第一实施例。然而,该第二实施例的不同之处在于,组装柱栓24的附接到输出环21的每个端部24a包括轴向地突出的圆柱形部分24e,圆柱形部分用作轴向突起27。

组装盘架20经由引导轴承29的中介由封闭盖30旋转地支撑,引导轴承29插入支撑凸缘的圆柱形接触部分28中。
扭矩分离离合器K0包括致动系统,该致动系统集成到封闭盖30中,从而使得可以将所述离合器配置成处于接合构型或脱离接合构型。
封闭盖30包括环形腔31,该环形腔朝向多盘组件轴向地定向并且被布置成接收用于致动扭矩分离离合器的致动活塞15。
通过示例描述的本发明的第一实施例和第二实施例具有减小扭矩传递装置的径向尺寸的优点。因此,可以将根据本发明的双离合器机构与同轴线X同心定位的电动机相关联,并减小传动装置的尺寸。
在本发明的另一实施例(未示出)中,输出环21可以包括围绕轴线X成角度分布的弯曲凸耳,弯曲凸耳用作轴向突起27。
在本发明的另一实施例(未示出)中,输出环21可以包括围绕轴线X成角度分布的冲压柱栓,冲压柱栓用作轴向突起27。
本发明不限于刚刚已经描述的实施例。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于机动车辆的混合动力传动装置的扭矩分离离合器(K0),所述扭矩分离离合器包括:
具有旋转轴线(X)的扭矩输入构件(10),所述扭矩输入构件被布置为旋转地连接到热力发动机的驱动轴;
扭矩输出组装盘架(20),所述扭矩输出组装盘架被布置为旋转地连接到电机(2)的转子(3),所述扭矩输出组装盘架包括支撑凸缘(25)、输出环(21)和围绕所述轴线(X)成角度分布的组装柱栓(24),所述组装柱栓在其端部(24a,24b)处附接到所述支撑凸缘(25)和所述输出环(21);
多盘组件,所述多盘组件至少包括板(12)和摩擦盘(11),所述板和所述摩擦盘分别旋转地连接到所述扭矩输入构件(10)和所述扭矩输出组装盘架(20)中的一个或另一个,所述多盘组件通过对所述组装柱栓(24)的压力而被旋转地驱动,
其特征在于,所述扭矩输出组装盘架(20)包括一组轴向突起(27),所述轴向突起围绕所述轴线(X)成角度地分布,并且形成在所述扭矩输出组装盘架的一个侧面上,并且被布置成与所述混合动力传动装置的双离合器机构(100)旋转地连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述组装柱栓(24)是圆柱形的,所述多盘组件通过对圆柱形接触区域(24c)的压力而被旋转地驱动,所述圆柱形接触区域是所述组装柱栓(24)的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述组装柱栓(24)的连接端部(24a,24b)通过连接器件(26)无角度游隙地、旋转地连接到所述支撑凸缘(25)和所述输出环(21),所述连接器件(26)通过焊接、通过铆接或通过螺纹联接而产生。
4.根据前一项权利要求所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述连接器件(26)是适配到所述组装柱栓(24)的连接端部(24a,24b)的螺纹螺母,所述螺母用作轴向突起(27)。
5.根据前一项权利要求所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述连接器件(26)具有圆柱形外部轮廓。
6.根据权利要求1和2之一所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述组装柱栓的附接到所述输出环(21)的每个端部(24a)包括轴向地突出的圆柱形部分(24e),所述圆柱形部分(24e)用作轴向突起(27)。
7.根据权利要求1和2之一所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述输出环(21)包括围绕所述轴线(X)成角度分布的弯曲凸耳,所述弯曲凸耳用作轴向突起(27)。
8.根据权利要求1和2之一所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述输出环(21)包括围绕所述轴线(X)成角度分布的冲压柱栓,所述冲压柱栓用作轴向突起(27)。
9.根据权利要求1和2之一所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述扭矩输出组装盘架(20)经由引导轴承(29)的中介由封闭盖(30)旋转地支撑,所述引导轴承(29)插入所述支撑凸缘(25)的圆柱形接触部分(28)中。
10.根据前一项权利要求所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述封闭盖(30)包括环形腔(31),所述环形腔朝向所述多盘组件轴向地定向并且被布置成接收用于致动所述扭矩分离离合器(K0)的致动活塞(15)。
11.根据前一项权利要求所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述封闭盖(30)包括能够接收所述电机(2)的定子(4)的圆柱形内部部分。
12.根据权利要求1和2之一所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述输出环(21)包括能够接收所述电机(2)的转子(3)的圆柱形外部部分(21c)。
13.根据权利要求1所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0),其中,所述输出环(21)包括反作用器件(21b),所述反作用器件(21b)圆形地安装在直径上,该直径小于组装柱栓(24)的安装的直径,所述反作用器件(21b)被布置成轴向地保持所述扭矩分离离合器的多盘组件。
14.一种用于机动车辆的混合动力传动装置(1),所述混合动力传动装置包括:
根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的扭矩分离离合器(K0);
双离合器机构(100),所述双离合器机构包括第一离合器(E1)和第二离合器(E2),所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器分别为围绕旋转轴线(X)旋转的多盘式离合器、被操作为使得将所述驱动轴选择性地联接到第一从动轴(A1)和第二从动轴(A2);
所述扭矩输出组装盘架(20)的轴向突起(27)被插入在所述双离合器机构(100)中产生的匹配孔口(101)中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的混合动力传动装置(1),包括所述第一离合器(E1)和所述第二离合器(E2)共用的扭矩输入盘架(110,120),所述输入盘架(110,120)在其侧面之一上包括能够接收所述扭矩输出组装盘架(20)的轴向突起(27)的所述匹配孔口(101)。
16.根据权利要求14所述的混合动力传动装置(1),其中,所述双离合器机构(100)包括用于所述电机(2)的转子(3)的支撑件(102),用于所述转子(3)的所述支撑件(102)被布置成轴向地面向所述输出环(21),并且包括能够接收所述扭矩输出组装盘架(20)的轴向突起(27)的所述匹配孔口(101)。
17.根据权利要求16所述的混合动力传动装置(1),其中,所述支撑件(102)的至少一部分周向地布置在组装好的盘架的组装柱栓(24)之间。
18.根据权利要求16所述的混合动力传动装置(1),其中,所述支撑件(102)共同地围绕所述扭矩分离离合器(K0)和双离合器机构(100)。
