可替代的实施方式设置成,使用拆除工具和固持在板材中的螺钉,螺钉沿轴向以传递力的方式插入螺纹孔中。
在此可使多个螺钉接合到在周向上(均匀)分布的螺纹孔中。
此外,本发明也涉及用于拆卸根据本发明的混合动力模块中的分离离合器的方法,其中,拆除工具形状配合和/或力锁合地与盘毂接触并且然后将在轴向上作用的(拉)力施加到盘毂上,并且在此将盘毂以及定位在其上的部件与中间轴分开。在此有利的是,提前移除用于将盘毂固定在中间轴上以防轴向移动的中央螺钉或紧固螺钉。
换句话说,本发明在于提出一种可单独地安装和拆卸混合动力模块的K0离合器的构造。由此在维修情况下也可单独地更换离合器,无需更换具有电机和功率电子构件、接合系统、壳体等的整个混合动力模块。对此例如在K0离合器上也需要有合适的用于拆除的工装部或机构。这例如通过以下方式实现,即,使用固定环的现有凹槽来拆除离合器。另一方案例如是盘毂中的螺纹孔,用于拆除的工具可安装在螺纹孔中。提出的拆卸实施方式可用于轴平行的P2混合动力系统也可用于同轴的P2混合动力系统。
也可说,根据本发明固定环的凹槽或盘毂中的螺纹孔设计使得他们能够使用工具来卸下分离离合器。

具体实施方式
图1和图2作为剖视图(图1)或在立体图(图2)中示出了混合动力模块1的纵剖面。混合动力模块1具有中间轴2以及相对于中间轴单独的驱动轴3。驱动轴3用作变速器输入轴。经由安装在中间轴2上的分离离合器4可使第一驱动设备(未示出)和/或第二驱动设备(未示出)以传递扭矩的方式与中间轴2连接。中间轴2经由支撑部件5支撑在混合动力模块1的壳体6上。也呈离合器8的形式的启动元件7与驱动轴3和中间轴2连接。
壳体6具有中间壁9,混合动力模块1关于中间壁可被分成驱动机侧10和变速器侧11。此处未示出的第一驱动设备和第二驱动设备位于驱动机侧10上。作为第一驱动设备使用例如内燃机,内燃机经由安装在内燃机的曲轴(未示出)上的双质量飞轮与构造成多片离合器14的分离离合器4的外侧离合器片支架13连接。
第二驱动设备例如构造成电机、例如电动机(未示出)的形式并且经由皮带15借助内侧离合器片支架16以传递扭矩的方式与分离离合器4连接。经由分离/接合装置17操作分离离合器4。离合器片组18(摩擦片或钢片)经由盘形弹簧19预紧。
分离离合器4作为整体单元布置在盘毂20上,盘毂经由轴毂连接部21与中间轴2以传递扭矩的方式连接。盘毂20经由中心螺钉或紧固螺钉22固紧以防轴向移动。
在示出的实施方式中构造成单盘离合器23的启动元件7位于变速器侧11上。单盘离合器23经由此处实施成两件式的飞轮24与中间轴2连接。单盘离合器23经由离合器盘25和摩擦元件26以传递扭矩的方式与驱动轴3连接。
分离离合器4也可称为K0离合器,并且离合器8也可称为K1离合器。为了操作分离离合器4的分离/接合装置17,壳体6具有管路27,可经由管路输送例如液压介质。
图3示出了与图1相同的视图,其中,此处聚焦在作用关系上。在此附图标记100表示皮带盘和离合器片支架实施成一件或多件。
附图标记101表示,分离离合器的轴向固定件和力支撑件经由螺旋连接与中间轴连接。

图4示出了混合动力模块1在中间轴2的区域中的局部的纵剖面图。在此处示出的实施方式中,也可称为K0离合器的分离离合器4是“常闭”离合器,其具有CSC(同心从动缸)或从动缸28作为分离/接合装置17。构造成多片离合器14的分离离合器4可实施成干式离合器或湿式离合器。如前所述,内侧离合器片支架16用作皮带15的皮带盘支架。可替代地,尤其对于同轴混合动力系统(未示出),内侧离合器片支架16也可用作电机的转子支架。还可设置调节弹簧29。外侧离合器片支架13经由轴承30支承在盘毂20上。轴承30经由置入在盘毂20中的相应凹槽32中的固定环31固紧,以防轴向移动。中间轴2经由支撑部件5支撑在壳体6上、确切地说中间壁9上。在此处示出的实施方式中,支撑部件5具有两个轴承33,其中一个构造成深沟球轴承34并且另一个构造成角接触球轴承35。
图5示出了混合动力模块1的与本发明相关的组件的分解图。在此,组件36包括中间轴2,中间轴经由支撑部件5支撑在壳体6的中间壁9上。组件37在此包括构造成多片离合器14的分离离合器4,分离离合器布置在盘毂20上。组件38具有紧固螺钉22。
多片离合器14如前所述具有内侧离合器片支架16、外侧离合器片支架13、盘形弹簧19、两个离合器片组18、18以及杯形压力件39和调节弹簧29。根据图5可非常清楚地看出,必须提前除去紧固螺钉22,由此可将盘毂20与安装在其上的分离离合器4从中间轴2上取下。
图6和图7示出了设置在盘毂20上的工装部或机构40,以可将盘毂20与布置在其上的离合器4或14一起从中间轴20上拆卸或取下。这种工装部40的第一方案是用于固定环31的凹槽32。工装部40的第二方案是轴向的螺纹孔41(也参见图7),螺纹孔从在轴向上看的一侧被引入盘毂20中。
图8示出了拆除工具42的第一实施方式,拆除工具准备用于借助径向向内延伸的突出部43接合到固定环31的凹槽32(参见图6)中。因此,径向的突出部43形状锁合地接合到凹槽32中,并且通过使拆除工具42沿着箭头P1的方向运动可以(在除去中央螺钉22之后)将离合器4或14与盘毂20一起从中间轴2上拆卸。
图9示出了拆除工具42的第二可能实施方式,其中,拆除工具在此可称为拆除系统44,因为拆除系统由拆除工具42、拆除板45以及螺钉46构成。为了拆卸盘毂20以及布置在其上的分离离合器4或多片离合器14,使螺钉46穿过拆除板45并且旋入盘毂20中的相应螺纹孔41中。拆除工具42在此也具有径向向内延伸的突出部43,突出部构造成,使得突出部可在径向上从后方接合拆除板45,从而在拆除工具42沿着箭头P2的方向运动时可将盘毂20与分离离合器4一起从中间轴2上拆卸。

Claims (9)

1.混合动力模块(1),其具有第一驱动设备、第二驱动设备,所述第一驱动设备和所述第二驱动设备能经由中间轴(2)以传递扭矩的方式与驱动轴(3)连接,其中,扭矩从所述第一驱动设备和/或所述第二驱动设备能经由分离离合器(4)传递到所述中间轴(2),其中,所述中间轴(2)经由支撑部件(5)支撑在壳体(6)上,并且所述分离离合器(4)经由盘毂(20)与所述中间轴(2)连接,其中,所述盘毂(20)具有至少一个工装部(40),用于施加力的拆除工具(42)形状配合式和/或力锁合地接合到所述工装部上,以在使用所述拆除工具(42)的情况下能够拆卸所述盘毂(20)和所述分离离合器(4),
其中,所述分离离合器(4)构造成多片离合器(14),其具有用于连接内燃机的外侧离合器片支架(13)和用于连接所述盘毂(20)的内侧离合器片支架(16),所述外侧离合器片支架(13)经由轴承(30)支承在所述盘毂(20)上,使得所述分离离合器(4)作为整体单元布置在所述盘毂(20)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述工装部(40)构造成凹槽(32)或螺纹孔(41)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述内侧离合器片支架(16)与循环牵引件(15)接触。
4.拆除工具-混合动力模块组合,其由根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1)与拆除工具(42)组成,其中,所述拆除工具(42)构造成,使得所述拆除工具力锁合和/或形状配合地接合到所述相应的工装部(40)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的拆除工具-混合动力模块组合,其特征在于,当所述工装部(40)构造成凹槽(32)时,所述拆除工具(42)具有沿径向指向内侧的突出部(43),所述突出部接合到所述凹槽(32)中。
6.根据权利要求4所述的拆除工具-混合动力模块组合,其特征在于,当所述工装部(40)构造成螺纹孔(41)时,使用所述拆除工具(42)和固持在板材(45)中的螺钉(46),所述螺钉以传递力的方式接合到所述螺纹孔(41)中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的拆除工具-混合动力模块组合,其特征在于,多个螺钉(46)接合到在周向上分布的螺纹孔(41)中。
8.用于拆卸根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1)中的分离离合器(4)的方法,其中,拆除工具(42)形状配合式和/或力锁合地与所述盘毂(20)接触,然后将在轴向上作用的力施加到所述盘毂(20)上,并且在此将所述盘毂(20)以及定位在其上的部件与所述中间轴(2)分开。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于拆卸分离离合器(4)的方法,其特征在于,提前移除用于将所述盘毂(20)固定在所述中间轴(2)上以防轴向移动的中央螺钉(22)。
