本发明是从烟叶中提取烟碱的新工艺。是以甲基叔丁基醚和甲醇为提取溶剂,在50~70℃温度和常压下,提取烟碱的新工艺。该工艺具有收率高,三废少、工艺路线短等特点。

Description

烟叶提取烟碱新工艺
烟碱是天然烟草中含有的主要生物碱,它的用途十分广泛,如用于粮食、蔬菜、油料水果等人类食用的农作物的无残毒,无公害的高效生物型杀虫剂:在医药工业上,用于心血管、皮肤病、蛇毒咬伤等病的特种药的原料,在烟草工业上用于高级香烟的品质改良剂。
近年来,国内外采用多种不同的工艺路线提取烟碱,本发明涉及的新工艺是针对老工艺所采用的酸、碱水溶液提取、中和、水蒸汽蒸馏、溶剂萃取老工艺路线的缺点如收率低、三废多、工艺路线长而开发成功的、本发明的新工艺路线短、收率高、三废少。其最佳工艺条件为:混合溶剂中甲基叔丁基醚含量50%,甲醇含量50%提取温度55℃~65℃,压力为常压。

Claims (6)

1、烟叶中提取烟碱的新工艺,其特征是由甲基叔丁基醚和甲醇为混合提取溶剂,直接从烟叶中提取烟碱的新工艺。
2、根据权利要求1的烟叶中提取烟碱新工艺,采用的混合溶剂中甲基叔丁基醚含量为40%~80%。
3、根据权利要求1的烟叶中提取烟碱新工艺采用的混合溶齐中甲醇含量为0%~50%。
4、根据权利要求1的烟叶中提取烟碱新工艺,采用的提取温度为40℃~70℃。
5、根据权利要求1的烟叶甲提取烟碱新工艺,采用的提取压力为常压。
6、根据权利要求1的烟叶中提取烟碱新工艺,采用的最佳工艺条件为混合溶剂中甲基叔丁基醚的含量为50%,甲醇含量为50%,提取温度:55~65℃,压力为常压。
