As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the machine comprises two sets of driving wheel devices 7, the driving wheel devices 7 are respectively positioned between the corn sowing devices 5 and the soybean sowing devices 6, and the driving wheel devices 7 are mainly used for providing power for the soybean sowing devices 6. The two sets of main transmission devices adopt a coaxial design, so that the stability of the seeding transmission is ensured. The driving wheel device 7 comprises a walking wheel 702, a main power transmission mechanism 703, a main transmission shaft 704 and an auxiliary transmission shaft 705, wherein the walking wheel 702 is connected with the frame 1 through a transmission fixed connecting piece 701. The wheel shaft of the walking wheel 702 is in transmission connection with the main transmission shaft 704 through a main power transmission mechanism 703, and the main power transmission mechanism 703 can adopt chain transmission or gear transmission to transmit the power of the walking wheel 702 to the main transmission shaft 704. The main transmission shaft 704 and the auxiliary transmission shaft 705 are arranged in parallel and are both arranged on the frame 1, and the main transmission shaft 704 and the auxiliary transmission shaft 705 are connected through a power reduction box 8. The power gearbox 8 is used for receiving the power of the travelling wheels 702, and realizes different rotating speeds of the seed sowing device in the soybean sowing device 6 and the adjustment of the soybean planting distance by adjusting different touch ratios. The main transmission shaft 704 receives the power transmitted from the main running wheels 702, and transmits the power to the auxiliary transmission shaft 705 through different speed ratios in the power reduction box 8. The auxiliary transmission shaft 705 is in transmission connection with the soybean seed metering device and transmits power to the soybean seed metering device so as to realize the seed metering operation of soybeans. Limiting plates are fixed on two sides of the power gearbox 8 and used for preventing the power gearbox from moving back and forth on the shaft and enabling the position of the power gearbox to be fixed. Meanwhile, the main transmission shaft 704 is in transmission connection with the fertilizer discharging transmission shaft 305, a part of power is transmitted to the fertilizer discharging transmission shaft 305 through the main transmission shaft 704, and the fertilizer discharging device 303 is powered through the fertilizer discharging transmission shaft 305, so that fertilizer discharging operation is completed.
The working process of the seeder is as follows. At first, the rear portion at the tractor is connected in this seeder traction, drive this seeder work through the tractor, the tractor drives the in-process of global motion, walking wheel 702 and maize press wheel 508 walking thereupon and rotating be connected with the frame, along with maize press wheel 508's rotation, through parts such as middle suppression final drive shaft 509, suppression counter drive shaft 510, with the power transmission of maize press wheel 508 to the derailleur in the maize disseminator 506, realize the seeding of maize. Along with the rotation of the walking wheels 702, the power of the walking wheels 702 is transmitted to the soybean seeder through the main power transmission mechanism, the main transmission shaft 704, the power gearbox, the auxiliary transmission shaft 705 and the like, so that the seeding of the soybeans is realized. Meanwhile, partial power generated by the rotation of the main transmission shaft 704 is transmitted to the fertilizer discharging transmission shaft 305, and the fertilizer discharging transmission shaft 305 drives the fertilizer discharging device 303 to act, so that the fertilizer discharging action is realized.
