发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防腐蚀蝶阀,其有益效果为通过多个密封圈进行良好的密封。
一种防腐蚀蝶阀,包括蝶板、转轴、转动部和密封圈,所述蝶板的上部设置有转轴,转轴上设置有转动部,转动部上设置有多个密封圈。
还包括阀体和密封环,密封环设置在阀体内,蝶板的外圈与密封环相接触。

防腐蚀蝶阀还包括滑孔105、拨杆503、压座504和橡胶条505,滑孔105设置在阀体101的下侧,两个压爪502的左部均固定连接在拨杆503上,拨杆503穿过滑孔105,拨杆503的中部设置有压座504,压座504的下侧设置有橡胶条505,橡胶条505压在阀体101内侧的滑孔105处,进而通过拨杆503在滑孔105上左右移动即可控制两个压爪502左右移动,拨杆503左右移动时会带动压座504和橡胶条505左右移动,这时橡胶条505始终挡在滑孔105处,防止液体从滑孔105处泄露。
所述防腐蚀蝶阀还包括凸条106、插孔107、圆杆108和插柱109,阀体101的下侧固定连接有凸条106,凸条106上固定连接有圆杆108,圆杆108滑动连接在拨杆503的下侧,圆杆108上套接有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧设置在凸条106与拨杆503之间,圆杆108的左部设置有插孔107,插柱109能够插入插孔107。
如图1-9所示,这个例子解决了使得拨杆503带动两个压爪502压在蝶板201上的问题,
圆杆108上的压缩弹簧给拨杆503向右的力,使得拨杆503带动两个压爪502压在蝶板201上,如果不需要将两个压爪502压在蝶板201上,手动拨动拨杆503向左移动,将插柱109插入插孔107,通过插柱109将拨杆503挡住即可,这时两个压爪502即可远离蝶板201。
所述防腐蚀蝶阀还包括连接柱506和刮环507,刮环507通过连接柱506连接在拨杆503的上部,刮环507滑动连接在阀体101的内壁上。
如图1-9所示,这个例子解决了防止阀体101的内壁发生腐蚀的问题,
拨杆503左右移动时可以带动连接柱506和刮环507左右移动,刮环507可以在阀体101的内壁上刮动,进而对阀体101的内壁进行清接,防止阀体101的内壁发生腐蚀。
所述防腐蚀蝶阀还包括中轴601、挡头602和缓冲盘603,中轴601固定连接在拨杆503的左侧,缓冲盘603的中心滑动连接在中轴601上,中轴601的左端固定连接有挡头602,中轴601上套接有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧设置在拨杆503和缓冲盘603之间。
如图1-9所示,这个例子解决了减轻阀门内部液体对蝶板201的冲击的问题,
中轴601上的缓冲弹簧给缓冲盘603向左的力,当液体冲向缓冲盘603时,带动缓冲盘603沿着中轴601向右移动,进而缓冲弹簧对缓冲盘603受到的冲击进行缓冲,进而减轻阀门内部液体对蝶板201的冲击。
Claims (1)
1.一种防腐蚀蝶阀,包括蝶板(201)、转轴(202)、转动部(206)和密封圈(207),其特征在于:所述蝶板(201)的上部设置有转轴(202),转轴(202)上设置有转动部(206),转动部(206)上设置有多个密封圈(207);
还包括阀体(101)和密封环(104),密封环(104)设置在阀体(101)内,蝶板(201)的外圈与密封环(104)相接触;
还包括圆筒(102),圆筒(102)设置在阀体(101)上侧,转动部(206)转动连接在圆筒(102)上;
还包括挡杆(103)、限位柱(203)和顶盘(204),顶盘(204)设置在转轴(202)的上端,顶盘(204)上设置有两个限位柱(203),两个限位柱(203)之间垂直,挡杆(103)固定在阀体(101)的上侧,挡杆(103)位于两个限位柱(203)之间;
还包括蜗轮(205),蜗轮(205)固定连接在转轴(202)的中部;
还包括支架(401)、蜗杆(402)和手轮(403),支架(401)固定连接在支架(401)的上侧,蜗杆(402)转动连接在支架(401)上,蜗杆(402)与蜗轮(205)啮合传动,蜗杆(402)上设置有手轮(403);
还包括半圆框(301),半圆框(301)设置有两个,两个半圆框(301)分别设置在蝶板(201)的左右两侧;
还包括挂钩(302)、插针(303)和压条(304),多个挂钩(302)设置在半圆框(301)外侧的弧形面上,半圆框(301)的内侧设置有多个插针(303),压条(304)插在多个插针(303)上,多个插针(303)的外端均设置有挡圈;
还包括门形框(501)和压爪(502),门形框(501)设置在阀体(101)内,门形框(501)上滑动连接有两个压爪(502),两个压爪(502)均能够压在蝶板(201)的一侧;
还包括滑孔(105)、拨杆(503)、压座(504)和橡胶条(505),阀体(101)的下侧设置有滑孔(105),两个压爪(502)的左部均固定连接在拨杆(503)上,拨杆(503)穿过滑孔(105),拨杆(503)的中部设置有压座(504),压座(504)的下侧设置有橡胶条(505),橡胶条(505)压在阀体(101)内侧的滑孔(105)处。
