本发明公开了一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,包括阀主体,所述阀主体内通过连接轴转动安装有阀轴,所述阀轴上固定安装有两个阻水阀板,且两个阻水阀板均与阀主体的内壁相贴合,所述阀主体内开设有两个固定槽,两个所述固定槽内均通过多个压缩弹簧杆固定安装有异形移动板,且每个异形移动板与相应固定槽之间均安装有阻水机构,两个所述异形移动板上均固定安装有弧形贴合板,且两个弧形贴合板分别与两个阻水阀板相配合。优点在于:本发明通过采用挤压贴合与吸附定位相配合的方式可对关闭的阻水阀板处进行有效密封阻水,并采用导水孔与封堵盘的配合可实现阀体内的二次密封阻水,密封效果较佳,可实现全密封零泄漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及密封蝶阀的技术领域,尤其涉及一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀是指以阀板为圆盘、围绕阀轴旋转来进行启闭的、用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体流动的翻板阀;
现有蝶阀在使用时仍存在以下不足:
1、现有蝶阀由于采用阀板旋转的方式进行开启或关闭,而阀板在长期使用后在关闭时无法与阀主体内壁完全贴合,会存在着漏水的情况,无法做到全密封;
2、现有蝶阀内仅在阀板处设有防泄露的密封装置,一旦阀板处发生泄漏,会导致蝶阀整体的密封性下降,无法做到二次密封防护,具有一定的局限性;
因此亟需设计一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀来解决上述问题。

发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,而提出的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,包括阀主体,所述阀主体内通过旋转轴转动安装有阀轴,所述阀轴上固定安装有两个阻水阀板,且两个阻水阀板均与阀主体的内壁相贴合,所述阀主体内开设有两个固定槽,两个所述固定槽内均通过多个压缩弹簧杆固定安装有异形移动板,且每个异形移动板与相应固定槽之间均安装有阻水机构,两个所述异形移动板上均固定安装有弧形贴合板,且两个弧形贴合板分别与两个阻水阀板相配合,两个所述异形移动板与相应阻水阀板之间均安装有定位机构;
所述阀主体内固定安装有固定盘,所述固定盘内通过通孔固定安装有密封盘,所述密封盘上通过移动机构安装有推移盘,所述推移盘上固定安装有挤压板,且挤压板上开设有与上部阻水阀板相配合的定位圆槽,所述推移盘上通过多个连接杆固定安装有多个封堵盘,且密封盘上开设有多个与封堵盘相配合的导水孔,所述阀主体内安装有过滤机构。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,所述阻水机构包括固定安装在固定槽内的两个梯形滑条,所述异形移动板上开设有两个与相应梯形滑条相配合的梯形滑槽,所述异形移动板的外周测环绕固定安装有密封环条,且密封环条与固定槽的内壁相挤压贴合。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,所述定位机构包括固定安装在阻水阀板上的安装杆,且安装杆上固定安装有磁性密封球,所述异形移动板上开设有固定腔,所述固定腔内滑动安装有与磁性密封球相配合的贴合弧环,所述固定腔与贴合弧环之间安装有吸附结构。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,所述吸附结构包括固定安装在固定腔内的永磁弧板,所述贴合弧环与固定腔的内壁之间固定安装有定位弹簧,且永磁弧板与定位弹簧之间为滑动连接,所述贴合弧环上固定安装有多个吸附磁球。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,所述过滤机构包括转动安装在阀主体内的多个连接轴,多个所述连接轴上共同固定安装有弹性过滤网。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,每个所述导水孔的内壁上均固定安装有橡胶环,且每个橡胶环均与相应封堵盘相挤压贴合。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,所述移动机构包括固定安装在密封盘上的多个复位弹簧杆,每个所述复位弹簧杆上均固定安装有连接板,且推移盘固定安装在多个连接板之间。
在上述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀中,所述阀轴的上端固定安装有控制把,且控制把位于阀主体的外部,两个所述异形移动板上均固定安装有导水弧板。
与现有的技术相比,本发明优点在于:
1、通过设置异形移动板,当阻水阀板由开启调整为关闭状态时,会在弧形贴合板上滑动并挤压异形移动板内移,当阻水阀板完全关闭后,此时异形移动板会内移挤压压缩弹簧杆,并在压缩弹簧杆的复位作用下使弧形贴合板与阻水阀板完全贴合,即可做到阻水阀板处的贴合密封。
2、通过设置定位机构,当阻水阀板完全贴合关闭后,磁性密封球会卡合至固定腔内的贴合弧环内,并在永磁弧板与吸附磁球的配合作用下对磁性密封球进行吸附定位,既可完成阻水阀板关闭后的稳定性,又可进一步增加密封性。
3、通过设置密封盘与导水孔,每个导水孔内均设置有封堵盘,当封堵盘位于导水孔内时,即会对导水孔进行封堵密封,此时密封盘即为全封闭状态,即可对阀主体内部进行二次密封,可在阻水阀板发生泄漏时对阀主体进行密封防泄漏。
4、通过设置控制把、阀轴,操作人员握住控制把转动即会带动阀轴转动,阀轴转动即会带动其上的两个阻水阀板转动,可将两个阻水阀板由竖直转动至水平状态,此时阀主体即为连通状态,即可进行过水。
5、通过设置推移盘,上部阻水阀板转动开启时会逐步与推移盘上的挤压板相接触并会在挤压板上移动挤压,从而会推动挤压板与推移盘整体右移,推移盘右移时即会带动多个连接杆与封堵盘移动,使封堵盘逐渐离开导水孔,当阻水阀板移动到卡合至挤压板上的定位圆槽内,即可完成水平定位卡合,此时封堵盘完全离开导水孔,导水孔即处于连通状态,此时即可通过导水孔进行过水。
6、通过设置弹性过滤网,在进行过水时,弹性过滤网会水进行过滤,可将水内的杂质滤除,当阀主体处于打开状态时,左侧的阻水阀板即会将弹性过滤网顶起(附图2所示状态),使过滤的杂质不会在弹性过滤网上堆积。
综上所述,本发明通过采用挤压贴合与吸附定位相配合的方式可对关闭的阻水阀板处进行有效密封阻水,并采用导水孔与封堵盘的配合可实现阀体内的二次密封阻水,密封效果较佳,可实现全密封零泄漏。

参照图1-3,一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,包括阀主体1,阀主体1内通过旋转轴28转动安装有阀轴5,阀轴5上固定安装有两个阻水阀板10,且两个阻水阀板10均与阀主体1的内壁相贴合,阀主体1内开设有两个固定槽2,两个固定槽2内均通过多个压缩弹簧杆11固定安装有异形移动板3,两个异形移动板3上均固定安装有弧形贴合板9,且两个弧形贴合板9分别与两个阻水阀板10相配合;
上述值得注意的有以下几点:
1、当阻水阀板10由开启调整为关闭状态时,会在弧形贴合板9上滑动并挤压异形移动板3内移,当阻水阀板10完全关闭后,此时异形移动板3会内移挤压压缩弹簧杆11,并在压缩弹簧杆11的复位作用下使弧形贴合板9与阻水阀板10完全贴合(附图1所示状态),即可做到阻水阀板10处的贴合密封。
2、每个异形移动板3与相应固定槽2之间均安装有阻水机构,阻水机构包括固定安装在固定槽2内的两个梯形滑条,异形移动板3上开设有两个与相应梯形滑条相配合的梯形滑槽,异形移动板3的外周测环绕固定安装有密封环条,且密封环条与固定槽2的内壁相挤压贴合,梯形滑条与梯形滑槽相配合用于使异形移动板3能够在固定槽2内竖直移动,而密封环条则用于对固定槽2与异形移动板3之间进行阻水密封,避免水通过固定槽2泄漏。
3、两个异形移动板3与相应阻水阀板10之间均安装有定位机构,定位机构包括固定安装在阻水阀板10上的安装杆29,且安装杆29上固定安装有磁性密封球18,异形移动板3上开设有固定腔19,固定腔19内滑动安装有与磁性密封球18相配合的贴合弧环22;
固定腔19与贴合弧环22之间安装有吸附结构,吸附结构包括固定安装在固定腔19内的永磁弧板21,贴合弧环22与固定腔19的内壁之间固定安装有定位弹簧20,且永磁弧板21与定位弹簧20之间为滑动连接,贴合弧环22上固定安装有多个吸附磁球;
当阻水阀板10完全贴合关闭后,磁性密封球18会卡合至固定腔19内的贴合弧环22内,并在永磁弧板21与吸附磁球的配合作用下对磁性密封球18进行吸附定位,既可完成阻水阀板10关闭后的稳定性,又可进一步增加密封性。
参照图1-2以及图4-5,阀主体1内固定安装有固定盘12,固定盘12内通过通孔26固定安装有密封盘13,密封盘13上通过移动机构安装有推移盘23,推移盘23上固定安装有挤压板16,且挤压板16上开设有与上部阻水阀板10相配合的定位圆槽24,推移盘23上通过多个连接杆27固定安装有多个封堵盘17,且密封盘13上开设有多个与封堵盘17相配合的导水孔25,阀主体1内安装有过滤机构;
上述值得注意的有以下几点:
1、每个导水孔25内均设置有封堵盘17,当封堵盘17位于导水孔25内时,即会对导水孔25进行封堵密封,此时密封盘13即为全封闭状态,即可对阀主体1内部进行二次密封,可在阻水阀板10发生泄漏时对阀主体1进行密封防泄漏。
2、移动机构包括固定安装在密封盘13上的多个复位弹簧杆15,每个复位弹簧杆15上均固定安装有连接板14,且推移盘23固定安装在多个连接板14之间,移动机构用于使推移盘23可相对密封盘13进行移动,并可进行自动复位。
3、阀轴5的上端固定安装有控制把6,且控制把6位于阀主体1的外部,两个异形移动板3上均固定安装有导水弧板4,操作人员握住控制把6转动即会带动旋转轴28与阀轴5转动,阀轴5转动即会带动其上的两个阻水阀板10转动,可将两个阻水阀板10由竖直转动至水平状态(附图1至附图2状态),此时阀主体1即为连通状态,即可进行过水。
4、上部阻水阀板10转动开启时会逐步与推移盘23上的挤压板16相接触并会在挤压板16上移动挤压,从而会推动挤压板16与推移盘23整体右移,推移盘23右移时即会带动多个连接杆27与封堵盘17移动,使封堵盘17逐渐离开导水孔25,当阻水阀板10移动到卡合至挤压板16上的定位圆槽24内,即可完成水平定位卡合,此时封堵盘17完全离开导水孔25,导水孔25即处于连通状态,此时即可通过导水孔25进行过水。
5、过滤机构包括转动安装在阀主体1内的多个连接轴7,多个连接轴7上共同固定安装有弹性过滤网8,在进行过水时,弹性过滤网8会对水进行过滤,可将水内的杂质滤除,当阀主体1处于打开状态时,左侧的阻水阀板10即会将弹性过滤网8顶起(附图2所示状态),使过滤的杂质不会在弹性过滤网8上堆积。
6、每个导水孔25的内壁上均固定安装有橡胶环,且每个橡胶环均与相应封堵盘17相挤压贴合,可对导水孔25与封堵盘17之间进行密封,放置在封堵导水孔25时发生泄漏。

Claims (8)
1.一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,包括阀主体(1),其特征在于,所述阀主体(1)内通过旋转轴(28)转动安装有阀轴(5),所述阀轴(5)上固定安装有两个阻水阀板(10),且两个阻水阀板(10)均与阀主体(1)的内壁相贴合,所述阀主体(1)内开设有两个固定槽(2),两个所述固定槽(2)内均通过多个压缩弹簧杆(11)固定安装有异形移动板(3),且每个异形移动板(3)与相应固定槽(2)之间均安装有阻水机构,两个所述异形移动板(3)上均固定安装有弧形贴合板(9),且两个弧形贴合板(9)分别与两个阻水阀板(10)相配合,两个所述异形移动板(3)与相应阻水阀板(10)之间均安装有定位机构;
所述阀主体(1)内固定安装有固定盘(12),所述固定盘(12)内通过通孔(26)固定安装有密封盘(13),所述密封盘(13)上通过移动机构安装有推移盘(23),所述推移盘(23)上固定安装有挤压板(16),且挤压板(16)上开设有与上部阻水阀板(10)相配合的定位圆槽(24),所述推移盘(23)上通过多个连接杆(27)固定安装有多个封堵盘(17),且密封盘(13)上开设有多个与封堵盘(17)相配合的导水孔(25),所述阀主体(1)内安装有过滤机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阻水机构包括固定安装在固定槽(2)内的两个梯形滑条,所述异形移动板(3)上开设有两个与相应梯形滑条相配合的梯形滑槽,所述异形移动板(3)的外周测环绕固定安装有密封环条,且密封环条与固定槽(2)的内壁相挤压贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括固定安装在阻水阀板(10)上的安装杆(29),且安装杆(29)上固定安装有磁性密封球(18),所述异形移动板(3)上开设有固定腔(19),所述固定腔(19)内滑动安装有与磁性密封球(18)相配合的贴合弧环(22),所述固定腔(19)与贴合弧环(22)之间安装有吸附结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,所述吸附结构包括固定安装在固定腔(19)内的永磁弧板(21),所述贴合弧环(22)与固定腔(19)的内壁之间固定安装有定位弹簧(20),且永磁弧板(21)与定位弹簧(20)之间为滑动连接,所述贴合弧环(22)上固定安装有多个吸附磁球。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,所述移动机构包括固定安装在密封盘(13)上的多个复位弹簧杆(15),每个所述复位弹簧杆(15)上均固定安装有连接板(14),且推移盘(23)固定安装在多个连接板(14)之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,所述过滤机构包括转动安装在阀主体(1)内的多个连接轴(7),多个所述连接轴(7)上共同固定安装有弹性过滤网(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,每个所述导水孔(25)的内壁上均固定安装有橡胶环,且每个橡胶环均与相应封堵盘(17)相挤压贴合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种全密封零泄漏蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀轴(5)的上端固定安装有控制把(6),且控制把(6)位于阀主体(1)的外部,两个所述异形移动板(3)上均固定安装有导水弧板(4)。
