Abstract
本发明公开了一种护眼口服液及其制备工艺和应用,所述口服液主要由以下重量份的原料制成:枸杞子1‑3份、菊花0.5‑2份、麦芽1‑2份、玫瑰花0.5‑2份、陈皮1‑2份。制备工艺包括将枸杞子、菊花、玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮各原料混合后,经水提取,浓缩,即得。本发明结合枸杞子和菊花的特殊功效,选择玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮这三种中药材饮片与其组成一种新的配方,制作一种具有滋补肝肾、清肝明目功效的口服液,用于满足人们对日常保健的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护眼口服液及其制备工艺和应用,属于中药口服液技术领域。
背景技术
枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实,主要分布于宁夏、甘肃、新疆等地。枸杞子具有滋补肝肾、益精明目等功效。现代研究中表明枸杞子还具有多种药理活性,如抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗突变、保肝及抗脂肪肝等作用,且其是药食两用中药材,具有较好的开发价值。
菊花Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.的干燥头状花序,主产于浙江、安徽、河南等省。菊花具有疏散风热、平抑肝阳、清肝明目等功效。此外菊花还具有提高心肌耗氧量、抗炎、降压等药理活性,作为药食同源的中药材,得到广泛的应用。
目前尚未有关于酸枣仁和黄精的配方产品报道,如何将两者配伍,并结合其他中药原料,制成质量优异的中药口服液,值得进一步研究。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种护眼口服液及其制备工艺和应用,所得口服液质量优异,有效成分含量高,能有效用于宁心安神、养阴除烦。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种护眼口服液,所述口服液主要由以下重量份的原料制成:
枸杞子1-3份、菊花0.5-2份、麦芽1-2份、玫瑰花0.5-2份、陈皮1-2份。
优选的,所述口服液主要由以下重量份的原料制成:
枸杞子2份、菊花1份、麦芽1份、玫瑰花1份、陈皮1份。
所述护眼口服液的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
枸杞子、菊花、玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮各原料混合后,经水提取,浓缩,即得。
优选的,所述提取的料液比为1:(8-16),更优选1:14。
优选的,所述提取的时间为1-3小时,更优选2.5小时。
优选的,所述提取的温度为60-100℃,更优选80℃。
本发明最后提供了所述的护眼口服液在制备滋补肝肾、益精明目食品或药物中的应用。
本发明结合枸杞子和菊花的特殊功效,选择枸杞子和菊花为君药,益精明目,滋补肝肾,玫瑰花、麦芽为臣药,理气活血,陈皮为佐药,理气燥湿,共同组成一种新的配方,制作一种具有滋补肝肾、清肝明目功效的口服液,用于满足人们对日常保健的需求。
有益效果:
1、本发明首次将枸杞子与菊花等其他3种中药材配伍组成一种口服液,枸杞子是一种富含多种成分的中药材,也是滋补肝肾、明目的食材。
2、本发明作为普通食品,采用枸杞子,搭配菊花、玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮等药食两用中药材,在补充人体营养的同时,能够滋补肝肾,起到益精明目的作用。
3、本发明是一款保健口服液,也是一款功能性的风味饮品。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
配方:
枸杞子1份、菊花2份、麦芽1份、玫瑰花0.5份、陈皮1份
制备工艺:
枸杞子、菊花、玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮各原料按配方配比称取,混合后,经水提取,料液比为1:14,提取时间为2.5小时,提取温度为80℃,浓缩,即得。
实施例2
配方:
枸杞子3份、菊花0.5份、麦芽2份、玫瑰花2份、陈皮2份
制备工艺:
枸杞子、菊花、玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮各原料按配方配比称取,混合后,经水提取,料液比为1:14,提取时间为2.5小时,提取温度为80℃,浓缩,即得。

配方:

实验例
1、护眼茶口服液配方
枸杞子2.0克、菊花1.0克、麦芽1.0克、玫瑰花1.0克、陈皮1.0克
2、护眼茶口服制备工艺
在研究护眼茶口服液时,以提取液中复合多糖的含量以及提取液的浸膏得率作为检测指标。复合多糖的检测采用苯酚-硫酸法,浸膏得率的检测采用蒸发法。
(1)料液比
准确称取配方量药材5份,每份6克,置于250毫升的烧杯中,分别加入相当于药材重量(6克)8,10,12,14,16倍的蒸馏水,在90℃下煎煮1小时。然后,过滤定容至200毫升。分别按照苯酚-硫酸法测定复合多糖含量,蒸发法测定浸膏得率。
见图1,在考察料液比的实验中,在14倍与16倍水提取时多糖含量无明显差距,在节约资源的前提下,选用14倍。
见图2,在考察料液比的实验中,在14倍与16倍水提取时浸膏含量无明显差距,在节约资源的前提下,选用14倍。
(2)提取温度
准确称取配方量药材5份,每份6克,置于250毫升的烧杯中,加入相当于药材重量(6克)14倍的蒸馏水,分别在60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃、100℃下煎煮1小时。然后,过滤定容至200毫升。分别按照苯酚-硫酸法测定复合多糖含量,蒸发法测定浸膏得率。
见图3,在考察提取温度的实验中,提取温度在80℃时多糖含量最高,且温度一般实验室均可达到此温度。
见图4,在考察提取温度的实验中,提取温度在80℃时浸膏得率最高。
(3)提取时间
准确称取配方量药材5份,每份6克,置于250毫升的烧杯中,加入相当于药材重量(6克)14倍的蒸馏水,在80℃下分别煎煮1小时、1.5小时、2小时、2.5小时、3小时。然后,过滤定容至200毫升。分别按照苯酚-硫酸法测定复合多糖含量,蒸发法测定浸膏得率。
见图5,在考察提取时间的实验中,在提取2.5小时处多糖含量最高。
见图6,在考察提取时间的实验中,在提取2.5小时处浸膏得率最高。

枸杞子、菊花、玫瑰花、麦芽、陈皮各原料混合后,经水提取,浓缩,即得。
